followed seller instructions to the tee, didn't work. I questioned myself and ordered another bag, again I made sure I followed the instructions. Wrote to the seller 3 times, asking how long does the pellets take before they start working? Either I didn't get a response or they insisted that I wasn't doing it correctly. After a week after the pellets were scattered and soaked into the ground per the instructions, gopher/mole mounds/holes kept appearing and are STILL are appearing (2 weeks later after treatment).
Some holes were exactly on the area where the pellets were scattered and soaked into the ground. See pic

It helps along with other measures
I've used this and similar products. They work fairly well. The trick is to apply it often like the directions say or a little more often. If I find a gopher hole, I'll run a hose down the hole then rinse a generous handful of granules down the hole. I also use a couple solar gopher buzzers and dollar store garden wind mills. All this seems to minimize the gopher activity. Without the granules there is more activity.

RIP
DOES NOT WORK, GOPHERS AND VOLES JUST IGNORE THE GRANULES EVEN IF APPLIED DIRECTLY INTO THE HOLE. Do not waste your money. picture below is three weeks after application. The front lawn is just as bad. We are having a serious drought here in California and this is a great way to save water, by not watering lawns at all, and get of the buggers. The only recourse is to pay a company to get rid of them along wtih a monthly fee.
