Increasingly disillusioned longtime customer
It's now $10 pricier than just a few months ago... They use heavy-handed upsell techniques on their website... I tried to renew thru their website - and I was being FORCED to enroll into auto-renew (with the burden on me to later turn it off, post-purchase, if I wanted to)... All those rather unfriendly behaviors are ALIENATING me as a customer of many years.
ESET, as a result of your behavior and greed, instead of unthinkingly renewing every time - as I used to for a long time - I'll be looking long and hard at ALTERNATIVES to ESET... and there are many!
