Excello Global Products EGP-HD-0066 Mobile Magnetic Dry Erase Whiteboard

Damaged product

Whiteboard I received was bent when I took it out of the package.

Bubble across one entire side of board

My staff unboxed and mounted this today, and discovered the board large bubble across one side. Unfortunately we had to use the board for a mtg the same day so it is used, but this was not acceptable for a new item.

Arrived with imperfections

Great whiteboard but sadly there is a giant crease on one of the board sides. Need it for meeting so I had to use it but pretty disappointed especially for the price

YIKES!!

Holes not aligned, missing pieces, POOR QUALITY! I definitely feel like I got ripped off.

It came super warped , not flat at all! Very disapointed ...

I am very upset after putting this together just to notice there is a a very long warp in the middle!

Bent in half, like other reviews

Crease down the middle. Just like other reviews. Can't use it.

What board warped but still good

The build quality of the frame is very good but there is some warping on the actual whiteboard.

Came screwed up on one side board had wrinkles on one side

The white board would be great if one side wasn’t defective with wrinkled board

Damaged badly

Dead on arrival with what looks like no return/refund policy..

It would be a nice product but...

Sadly we received the product warped. It doesn't show up well in the picture, but it is very warped, on one side. The other side is perfectly fine. We originally thought this might have happened in transit, as the box has a hole on one side, though the packaging protecting it was intact. We set it up anyway, however, when we attempted to write on that side, it was clear that it was lacking a proper coating as it was grainy and rough. The marker wouldn't erase, we had to scrub it off. I came back and made sure that the board I bought was intended to be reversible. It is. I'm relatively certain now that the board was shipped in this state.

It is too much of a hassle to return, being rather large so we'll probably just do a fix, so that we can use both sides.

The rest of the board is very nice. It is large, the frame is study, and easy to put together. It would have been an easy five stars if I had received everything in order. It is a bit too expensive to ignore that one side is completely unusable out of the box.

Great item, fast shipping. A+ all around

Beware!

Missing screws and item is used. Bought it new.

Product Arrived Damaged

Product arrived damaged in box. The dry erase board was warped and had indentions from the metal brackets. I didn't even bother to assemble it. Be sure to check your product immediately.

A great board for a good price

I put this together with the tools included with the board. It took me 15 minutes to put together. I love how there are 2 sides to the board and the fact it rolls. This will come in handy as I online teach.

Broken

You wait along time for it to be sent, and you found out that it’s broken.

Damaged, but otherwise good for the money

We needed a white board for the kids during this corinavirus/homeschool situation. The board is the perfect size and easy to assemble. It is also cracked on one side of the board. We would return it if we weren't desperate right now.

recieved damaged

unfortunatly the product was recieved damaged. There is a big dent in the middle of one side and couple of scratches on one side.
