Printing error - pages missing in multiple copies
Like others have noted here, my copy is also missing pages 17-24 and pages 41-48. They ought to send us refunds...I just had to buy another copy and am out $9 for their error.
Check your pages when it arrives, and don't get stuck like I did 2 months later finding missing pages.
