Bad Quality
I assumed buying the same brand as my phone company at work would give me a good reliable head set but I was wrong. The sounds is great if you can get it to work. The strap unlatches and won’t stay tightened on my head so I’m always adjusting. It won’t stay charged long enough to even work productively and the charging stand doesn’t hold it up enough to charge it unless you are holding it or have it propped up to be held into place with another item. I would look into alternatives, asking Grandstream won’t help because I reached out to ensure this was compatible with our land lines 😭
