This was a replacement camera for my wired camera system. It took less than 5 minutes to get the ladder out, remove the old camera and install the new camera. Works great and is a better camera than the original one. I can move it up, down, left and right. It has good resolution.

The camera was used on the Hiseeu 8 channel Y4KXVR-8 DVR. The Pan Tilt works good. I had an issue with the camera showing a small color band of distortion on the bottom of the screen, and sparkles on the recording using night vision. Hiseeu tech support was quick to respond and sent me a replacement. The new camera did not have the color band, but the sparkles were still there. After trying different cables, power supplies, trying other ports on the DVR and even changing physical location of the camera, the image artifacts were still there. After some troubleshooting with tech support for about a week, they said that they were unable to resolve the issue. See video. The camera has a Pan Tilt function and has 2 presets that are suppose to return the camera to a certain view. See image. It doesn't work, and their tech support said that function does not work with their DVR I bought. The camera also has audio, but doesn't work. They also told me that it does not work with their model of DVR I bought. Incompatibility with their own products. The price was decent, but there is too much incompatibility, even with their own product lines.

Excellent 5MP PTZ Camera – Clear Picture, Smooth Control & Great Value
I recently installed the Hiseeu 5MP PTZ camera and I’m very impressed. The 5MP resolution delivers sharp, detailed daytime video. Night vision is solid too — infrared mode works well, giving usable images out to roughly 60 feet.
The pan/tilt is the standout feature. It covers a wide area so one camera can monitor a driveway, yard, or large room that would otherwise need multiple fixed cams. Remote control through the app is responsive.
Highly recommended for home or small business use if you want flexible, no-frills surveillance that actually performs.

I bought this set of Hiseeue PTZ cameras to replace two of the stationary cameras in my Hiseeu surveillance system, and I am glad I made the change. The new cameras allow me to scan a much larger field of vision, as can be seen in the video I have included. I highly recommend this product. I may purchase more of these to replace the other stationary cameras

Worked fine for a few hours until it got dark.
When it was dark outside the camera view was like it was pouring rain and snowing at the same time even though it was perfectly clear outside.
Sometime over the night the PTZ feature on the camera turned it self around to it's backwards stop point and just got stuck there. I could feel the motor in it running constantly but it would not move on its own. I unplugged the camera for about 45 minutes then plugged it back in hoping it would reset itself which it didn't. I had to physically move it by hand to face outward again. The picture is stuck in night mode and the PTZ doesn't work. I had high hopes for this camera but it was a big let down since I only got about 4 hours of descent picture out of it. Don't waste your money on this, spend a little more and get a better camera.

Absolutely Outstanding Camera!I purchased it for my office space and I couldn't be happier with this camera. From the moment I set it up, the image quality exceeded my expectations. The video is crystal clear, with sharp details and vibrant colors both during the day and at night. The night vision is especially impressive, providing excellent visibility even in complete darkness.A purchase I would absolutely make again! Also has ptz features so you can turn and watch from any direction!

Great upgrade for my garage setup. The install was simple, and the camera feels solid and well-built. The 355° pan and tilt let me cover the whole space with just one camera, which is a big win.
Picture quality is sharp during the day, and the night vision lights up the entire garage clearly. Definitely reliable for keeping an eye on things.

Cameras received in safe condition. Pleasantly surprised set came with cables and even a power supply. Set up without difficulty. Wanted to add two more PTZ cameras to the two I already have. All working well so far.

This is the fourth product I have purchased from Hiseeu. I purchased this PTZ camera to replace one of the stationary cameras in an earlier Hiseeu system installed a couple of years ago. That camera was working fine but we wanted the ability to tilt the camera down to see whether the pet cats were waiting to get inside (see attached photo). The new PTZ camera simply plugs in place of the other camera. I did not even shut off the system. We really like the ability to control the camera remotely, to get a better view of whatever is happening within the range of the camera. All the Hiseeu products I have continue to function and seem very reliable. I submitted a question to Hiseeu some time back, regarding the length of the connecting cable of a camera and they answered with in 24 hours. The information they provided was correct, and quite helpful.

Very slick camera with night color vision and alarm light. When motion trips the alarm, it illuminates a bright light and the night video image changes to color. I just plugged it into the DVR and it was recognized automatically. I certainly reccomend this camera. The price is right too. Well worth it!

I bought the 16-channel DVR to go with these cameras. At first, I was a little confused on the power portion of it as there is a power extender with one camera and an actual power cord included with the other camera. The extender has space enough for a couple more cameras and the DVR (four spots total). I'll be physically installing these very soon, but now that I've figured out how it works, I'll update the review soon. They can be I'm excited to have high quality recordings, and that they will not be bogging down all the WiFi bandwidth that my cloud cameras currently use. The cameras connect to the DVR hard wired. There are several features for connecting to the system remotely as well. I'll report back with the color accuracy and picture quality after they've been used for a longer period. This is a very good value as it's cheaper than my cloud subscription as I pay way too much for what I'm getting.

Highly recommend this camera this is my 5th one with Hiseeu and never had a problem with them. Bought this one to put in the side of my house, super easy installation and has really good quality and the alarm light is a super plus to have . Would definitely buy another one

Esta Mini cámara de 5MP era justo lo que estaba necesitando para incorporar a mi sistema de video vigilancia, ya que es completamente compatible y no tengo la necesidad de tener varias apps en mi celular. Ahora puedo tener una visión más amplia de la entrada de mi casa ya que la cámara puede girar hasta 355°. Además, cuenta con visión nocturna que permite tener una visión nítida a varios metros de distancia. Super recomendable por su gran versatilidad y su bajo costo.

I have got to say I can not believe that I have not gone with a PTZ already.. like when they first come out . It is so cool to be able to ACTUALLY move the camera... Lol I love hardwired devices due it being a way to make it harder for intruder to cut service to it of course. But I thought i like the POE camera I'm not going to lie this is much better!!! So many times I've wanted to move my camera to follow the direction of something and couldn't .. if you have trespassers it's sometimes critical to be able to follow them on the property for insurance of proof and clarity when somtimes you can't put a camera at every single angle that can add up to a lot ... I would definitely recommend if your looking to upgrade and help keep you and your belongings a little bit safer because of a new lack of permanent viewer ability and new access to a lot more mobility ❕⚜️❕and you can't the price much less the benefits even though it is so affordable crazy good deal ,.
