Gran sonido por poco dinero.

Sound great

Like all speakers, you have the let them break in for the first few days. When installed they sound like old Radio Shack walk-in talkie speakers but have come to life after a few days of use.

Good upgrade

This is a nice upgrade to my Klipsch Black Reference Theater Pack 5.1 system. I also upgraded to the Klipsch RP-250C Center Channel speaker. These speakers fill the 10x12 room nicely over the smaller 3.5" woofers in the Theater Pack and provide a nice balance to the 20+ year old Pioneer VSX-D409 5x100 watt, 5.1 DD with DTS receiver. They don't seem to be as distorted at higher volumes over the smaller speakers they replaced. I wish the receiver was 7.1 capable, but it's not.

UNBELIEVABLE SOUND. BUY THESE!

When I read the reviews, I was hoping they would be true. And they are! I cannot believe the sound coming out of these relatively small speakers. I am a professional classical musician and I need authenticity. These sound amazing. I’m using a 50+ year old Scott amplifier and my turntable is a Technics from about 40 years ago. I could not be more pleased! Buy these speakers! (I ordered a sweet cabinet from Symbol.)

Quality of the sound and fair price

I bought Klipsh and Jamo which is ruled by Klipsh either

Only superlatives

Amazing! for the money its hard to beat

Horn loaded speakers are amazing, these are no exception. was going to get the r-51m, however these are very similar in size(almost the same size woofer) but cheaper. using a yamaha R-s202 with this,(also a great bang for the buck) can confirm they pair very nicely. Fills my small 12x12 room with that wonderfully warm klipsch sound. also using an audio technica atlp60 and it works great! Love this budget setup!

Great Bookshelf Speakers but a little weak on the bass

These speakers produce clear crisp sound and are very efficient and easily driven. They produce that horny airy klipsch sound that klipsch is known for. I had them set up before my subwoofer arrived and my only criticism would be they are weak on the bass. I would not use them alone and I have other bookshelf type speakers of other brands installed around my house that produce a much stronger bass. My plan was to always add a subwoofer and I added an 8 inch subwoofer and, paired together, this set up sounds incredible and I am pleased with the results.

I paired them with 10” subs and my neighbors hate me. I’m happy to give Klipsch 5 stars

These little bastards ROCK.

Give them a week or so to ripen and the flat mids will blossom into deep bass and crystal highs...

I’m happy to give Klipsch 5 stars.

Great speakers, balanced, beautiful

These are great speakers. They look awesome. They come with screens but i don't use them. They have a balanced sound. I was afraid the tweeters would be to sharp. But i use an automatic Audessy setup so it's possible it's compensating. I have an old Sony center channel and the Klipsch blend well with it. I used old floor speakers with a10" woofer before. They were very large and didn't produce much bass. They were slightly warmer than these but not by much. For a small size, these are a great replacement for older speakers as long as you aren't sending a lot of bass to them. You obviously won't feel any low end with these but for the normal range these work well. I haven't tried them in more extreme EQ settings but i can't imagine they wouldn't keep up with them. I put them on their side mostly because i think it looks better with my setup. They come with small plastic pads to stick wherever you want them. But i bought felt pads to use instead to reduce the space under them.

Fantastic sound per dollar

Overall a great pair of speakers. I have them paired with the Klipsch R-25C center channel, Micca 8” in wall as rear surrounds, and a pair of 8” powered subwoofers, driven by a Yamaha RX-A670 receiver. Use is 80% HT and 20% music. Room is 12x12’. The range of the speakers are very impressive, and extremely clear. Definitely need a subwoofer/s to get the full potential out of the speakers. For the money, the are the best sounding, best looking speakers available. My only complaint (nit-picky) is the cabinet material wrap is very delicate. Can be damaged easily, but how often will they be moved?

Worth the money

These are really worth the money. I have a 12 foot movie screen in my basement was I thought I needed huge speakers to accommodate the big screen. So on Black Friday they had the r-28f’s on sale at Best Buy for 225.00. I used them for a few weeks but realized it was just overkill and they were drowning out my surround speakers. After doing more research I took a chance and got these and the Klipsch 10” sub. What a difference ! After some audio tweaking on my sub and receiver (Onkyo TX NR656) these sound fantastic for the big screen and music. I highly recommend these. If you get these for your home theatre just make sure you get the sub.

Just Another Nobody

buy them, they are worth every cent

I absolutely love this speakers, I can honestly say there isn't much to not like. cant complain about size because that's part of how the speakers work especially the bass. they sound amazing, I still have yet to invest into a center bar and 2 center surrounds and when I get the chance I will happily invest to money in them as the quality is outstanding on my surround sound. sound, treble, bass, clarity, depth all are very rich and smooth.

totally recommend.

Best sound around

Really happy with these. I've had a pair of Bose that I was happy with and was in the market for another pair. After a bit of research I decided on this pair. Gals I did. Excellent, full sound that brings my vinyl collection to life👌🏽

I couldn't be more satisfied

Equalizer adjustment

Most speakers I've had in this category need all the treble I can push at them but these are the opposite. They produce so much high range that I need to tweak the equalizer so the bass channels are enhanced & treble reduced.

Even my Yamahas auto calibration goes negative treble on the channels these are running on.

That being said they sound just great in the roll of surround and surround back speakers for music and home theater applications.

Got my whole Klipsch setup for over 50% off on Black Friday deal. Two R-28Fs. Two R-12SWs.

One R-25C. And four R-15Ms. $1,200.00 for all so I have no complaints at all.

I always thought the sound was OK but nothing amazing. Until today when I turned off the subwoofer

I've had these speakers for about 7-8 months now. I purchased them with a subwoofer. I always thought the sound was OK but nothing amazing. Until today when I turned off the subwoofer! And Wow! The sound is so much cleaner and amazing! For music listening purchase these without a sub. They produce more than enough bass on their own. Music is where you appreciate these the most. Movies, most sound comes out from center channel. Also for the Black Friday price ($125) these are unbeatable. At full price there are other options such as ELAC speakers !

I'm running these with an onkyo receiver the 636.. I suggest keeping your eyes open for the 646 on sale.

Nice sounding speaker, but very bright and fatiguing.

I've had these for a little over a year. I mostly used them in the garage, but then started to work from home and moved them to the desk. In the garage they were nice for what I paid ($125 black friday sale) but in the house at my desk they were way to bright. This is in part due to the horn loaded tweeter. I could not listen to them for very long with out my ears getting very fatigued. I replaced them with a used set of B&W DM601 S3s I think new these sold for $500 so that is twice the MSRP of the R-15M, but I'm much more satisfied with the sound compared to the R-15m. I was slightly confused as I thought these were the "reference line" and I guess they are, they just have nicer reference lines as well. They are back in the garage and work fine for general music over bluetooth while working out or other activities in the garage.

I added some internal photos of the speakers as well.

These speakers are great. Very nice crisp highs that don't bother the ear drum at all. I use these as surround speakers in a 7.2 setup. I would not use these as front speakers unless your using them as true monitor speakers. They provide a nice punch as well for their size. I have them crossed over at 80hz and they do not distort at all even when im playing very loudly which i do often. Imaging is also very good ina surround setup not sure how much the speaker plays a roll in that but i can hear everything and where its coming from especially usefull when gaming online.
