This a great piece of equipment - once you solve any initial problems you may encounter.
This is a great solution for acoustic guitars with transducers in live performance. If your first attempts to create a VoicePrint work well with minimal experimentation, you're done. If not, you'll be dependent on the videos used in place of a detailed, written (and indexed) manual along with the support group on the L. R. Baggs website. I had problems getting a good VoicePrint without a loose, boomy, low end that got worse as I increased the effect, and the solutions offered did not immediately solve my problem. I happen to know more about acoustics than most, so I decided to build the box in the photo out of open cell foam I had sitting around, which did solve my problem, and I documented that on their user forum. VoicePrint DI can work extremely well and I recommend it to anyone looking for a solution like this, but you may need to work with it for a while to get the most out of it.
