I just got this today (Dec 22, 2022) to use for running "EXTERNAL MIDI" instruments from my outboard synths into Logic via MIDI. This thing is actually piug n play! I didn't have to download any drivers or "look for it". The picture shows that the Logic sees it for potential midi destinations (I got the 4). I can't speak for other people's situations and use. But for what I needed it for, it works! Im using a Mac Studio, currently on Monterrey 12.5.1. Im Surprised and pleased of how simple this thing is. Hope this helps someone...

Works with Casio privia px 320 & windows 10
I've never owned a midi interface before & I found it easy to use! It has been working perfectly fine with my old casio privia px 320 & windows 10 laptop. I think it's a great deal for the price!

Works.----2nd UPDATE: ONE does ONE does not work on Mac OSX Sequoia M4
Update:
I have 2 of these units, one at another location. One unit works perfectly on Sequoia, one does not. I provided pictures. They are manufactured slightly differently. The one pictured on the left works on Sequoia. The one on the right works on my Ventura intel based MB Pro, but not my Sequoia M4 MB Pro.
The one on the right does not use tapered/recessed screws and the print color (mustard/yellow) is not as bright
Update: DOES NOT WORK ON SEQUOIA
It is recognized in MIDI Studio but the check box for "Device is online" never gets checked and you cannot manually check it. The device does not pass any midi signal at all on any port and does not receive any test signal from the test function in MIDI Studio.
ORIGINAL REVIEW
Works. Some people may think that the word, "Works," is not a worthy review, but after fiddling around with a motu fastlane for a few years, it is PURE JOY to plug in this MidiTech interface and KNOW it is going to work regardless of my cable connection sequence, if my laptop sleeps and I wake it up, or I dont update a driver. I perform live using MainStage and this little box is perfect for my rig. 1 USB cable to my laptop and up to 4 keyboards. It is housed in a very sturdy box. So far it has been 100% perfect with zero midi hangs. I couldn't be happier with this device.
