Product advertised and purchased was not delivered

I took time to read the reviews and order as I wanted SILVER. I got two colors of brown! No quality control or they just don't care. It advertises:

Minka-Aire Contractor Plus fan continues the tradition of offering design and reliability in several finishes. Designed with a Brushed Nickel body and Five Silver Blades.

We have had the fan for a while and decided to unbox today and put up for the holidays. It was not that hard to put up, but something inside is blocking the mechanism and so far we cannot get it to turn correctly.

I am very disappointed as I wanted silver and a working one at that. It is not practical money-wise to return now, I am stuck with junk! Don't buy, there are other companies that will deliver what you desire.

Love these.

Works well, affordable, looks great! Quiet, blades are standard blade material not actually nickel

Not as described.

This economy kit assembled easily but came with silver fan blades. Instead of wood tone. I decided to install them anyway because it was for a rental unit. I've grown to like the look.

The fan was easy to install and felt solid. It is smooth and quiet.

Great for the size and price.

I wasn't sure about this fan since I've never heard of the brand before but I figured for the price we'd try it, I'm really glad we did! I'm super pleased with this fan, it's quiet, had the regular wobbles on the high speed as any newly installed fan has until balanced. My husband said installation was easy, "same as any other fan". I really wish I had bought it sooner, I always thought you'd have to pay $200 for a nice big fan, but turns out that's not the case.
