Nice little speakers

Tweeter DOES extend beyond rim
If your project has very narrow specifications, be wary that the DB402 does not meet the manufacturer's specifications for, "zero tweeter protrusion," as the tweeter driver extends beyond the surface of the speaker. This was a dealbreaker in my particular use case. It's a shame, because it's the only 4" coaxial speaker with a 3/4" silk dome tweeter: I'm sure it sounds fantastic.

Its way smaller than factory 4", i have to seal the gap around with foam,sound quality is better but not powerful enough to be heard above 30mph, will need an amp cause OEM amp cant move them.returned and ordered a pioneer tsg1020

Replaced a set of 4" blaupunkt PC Series Speakers with these.
Big improvement compared to those speakers. They mount up well on a GL1200 Goldwing. Goldwing factory speaker covers fit over them with ease.

Great bang for your buck.
Great speakers. They punch pretty well for a little 4 inch woofer and put out enough sound that I can blast my music and hear it throughout the shop I work in. I mounted them inside of an ammo can that I've converted into a boom box, and as I've made a few I can can say these speakers perform very well in comparison to a few others.

Super loud
Tested these with a Fosi Audio BT20A mini Hi-Fi receiver. Not a lot of bass, but that's normal for a 4" speaker. The tweeters sound great. Installed in some Rockville 4" aluminum pods, and they sound fantastic. Unless these are in an enclosure don't expect any bass. Tested with my DB meter in the pods. At Max volume they put out 124 decibels. My ears hurt. These are going to be perfect for my motorcycle.

These speakers are junk. They came damaged and i basically threw 50 bucks in the trash. Dont buy these

Great quality speakers! Can't go wrong with them.
This little speakers sounds good! Love them on the versa pods mounted on my motorcycle windscreen, love the polk db series , already got in to a rainy day and they holding great! ,got them hook with an amplifier with 60rms and they sound awesome!
