A Must Have For Rocksmith 2014 Guitarists & Bassists
If you play Rocksmith 2014 and love the sound of your own amp and effects but, have that annoying humm or high pitched USB noise coming out of your amplifier, get this pedal!
I have tried other ABY footswitches and they have either not eliminated the noise or had destroyed my signal so badly that Rocksmith could even hear my guitar and my amp barely got signal! I tried Y-Splitters and even DI boxes... None did the trick...
If that noise drives you batty like me get this pedal today! You won't be sorry!

The best ABY box! Pro quality. As if it wasn't even there!
I'm a self-proclaimed tone nerd. So I get very upset when components in my signal chain affect my guitar tone. I've tried a few other ABYs side-by-side (yes, AB'ing the ABYs), including a Morley and some lesser known ABYs. Without a doubt, the Radial is the best! Does that really surprise you? Radial engineering has made their name in capturing purity of signal with their direct boxes which are industry standard. The AB function general is not too much of a problem, but the Y split is much more complicated a function than most people realize. Granted the Morley is a fine product and definitely suffices for live, but for pure studio recording quality, I have to recommend the Radial. Honestly the price is not that much more ($90 vs $50), and given this box is built like an indestructible tank, with passive components (nothing to fry), I think it will last a long, long time.
As others have pointed out, it can be a bit confusing to know which setting is actually one when using this. There is a powered version with LEDs (which I haven't tried) but I specifically avoided it because I am concerned that a powered device would introduce more problems. I wish there were some sort of passive indicator in these switches, but alas there is not.
5 stars. I will definitely consider other Radial BigShot switching devices in the future!
