Good product, and Good design
Charges easy lasts a long time, clear on music and conversation, connects easy and quickly for the mesh system, bluetooth is a bit of a process but good, overall quality is good. I recommend it

Spider QC issues out of the box
I've recently upgraded to the Spider from 2 previous Sena devices, and was exited to get to use.
However, as I opened the contents of the package, I noticed that one of the "red" connectors of the wired boom mics is mising (rendering it useless), while the other seems to be in working order.
While not a dealbreaker, it's a shame that this wasn't noticed in QC.
