every time i turn off my pc and back on the mouse doesnt want to connect it does it every time and ive tried so many different things then sometimes it just connects like normal i just hate this mouse ive had to waste 20 min almost every time i start up my pc trying to connect it

Battery life is wonderful, precise and fast mouse, build quality leaves more to be desired.
I love the look and feel of this mouse, it's got great tracking, responsiveness and features. However the side buttons get stuck sometime, can't speak for all of the units in the market but for how expensive it is , this probably shouldn't be an issue. I love this mouse and I'll use it until it stops working.

Ordered the new Limited Edition Dragon Lore version of the mouse. It arrived, but there are defects in the vinyl they used for the Dragon Lore image.
There is a white spec on the tooth which is not in the images advertised and looks like a mis-print and then by the thumb buttons there is a indentation from what I can only assume is damage from applying the vinyl to the mouse. (See images)
Was promised FACTORY NEW, but I get MINIMAL WEAR :<. RIP
Update: got sent a replacement due to defect. Replacement also has physical damage on it. I think in the tech space "Limited Edition" actually is a misprint of "No Quality Control"
We gonna keep trying! I Believe in you guys at SteelSeries. Maybe by mouse 5 or 6 I will actually get one worth the price and the novelty.
There assistance with my defective mice have been extraordinarily patient and helpful.
