Suzuki Cello School, Vol 4: Cello Part Method Book

Very poorly packaged. So disappointing.

As you can see, the book was folded and crammed into a too-small envelope. Ridiculous!!! This is just plain poor handling on your part. So disappointing. The book is permanently messed up. I'm tempted to send it back, but I'd probably get the same treatment on the next book.

PLEASE STOP FOLDING MUSIC BOOKS!

By the way, the book itself is great, just as I expected it to be.

A No-Brainer for Intermediate Cellists

I choose this book because I am a low-intermediate cellist moving up from Suzuki Book 3.

I had avoided Suzuki books in the past because I wanted to customize my own repertoire, but now I have come to love Suzuki. The books contain an intuitive selection of works that help the student progress in difficulty. Additionally, the pieces sound great on the cello. Book is mostly bass clef, with some tenor clef etudes/practice at end of book.

I especially appreciate the suggested fingering, which saves me HOURS of trying to figure it out on my own.

I would recommend this book to any low-intermediate cellist.

The Suzuki companion CD for books 3/4 also complements this book.
