Exactly what we were looking for
We have a Vtech (CM18245) 4 line business system with desk set and cordless sets. There are options for headsets that are compatible with our system for less money, but this headset is exactly what was described and definitely worth what we spent. It is comfortable, easy to set up and use. Being in a noisy environment, we needed a headset that covered both ears, blocking outside noise but not having the effect of hearing yourself talk. This headset performs nicely. Wireless would have been nice, but we are happy with our purchase.
