Great concept, unacceptable packaging
I bought this because the reversible whiteboard/projector-screen design is genuinely smart and hard to find. Unfortunately, the board arrived completely broken.
The packaging was shockingly inadequate for a product this large and fragile. The whiteboard was placed inside a very thin cardboard box with little protection, while the metal legs and other parts were taped to the outside of the box before the entire package was wrapped in plastic. There was no meaningful corner protection, internal bracing, or separation between the board and the heavy components.
This was not minor shipping damage. The packaging itself was clearly not designed to protect the product during normal delivery.
It is disappointing because the product concept is excellent, but I cannot recommend ordering it unless the manufacturer significantly improves the packaging.
