Easy set up with Xfinity App about 2 minutes unless you have your own modem and router then you have additional steps. If you don't have Xfinity service, don't get these cameras. I didn't want to see too much of the cable so I ran the cables through the attic got additional ethernet cable and an ethernet extender. When mounting the cameras try not to get too much of the wall because in night vision mode, it will reflect a white wall and nothing else. They can get nearby details but further out it does look blurry but for this price they are great.

Xfinity camera with night vision

Works as Advertised
I had this exact camera at our last house and wanted to get it again in a similar setup. However, I didn’t want to pay Comcast north of $100 for a 720p camera in 2025 so this was an amazing pivot buying through this seller for 1/3 of the MSRP.
I only needed this camera to broadcast the driveway directly on our TVs, as my son’s bus picks him up from our doorstep. If you want quick access to a camera from your TV screen (as an Xfinity customer) or you want a simple integration with your existing Xfinity Home solution then it’s a great choice.
However, if you want better image quality/4K options or a local NVR option, this will not be suffice.
