Received used previously returned item
I received a used damaged item that somebody already returned and left notes about defects. Plus the RJ45 on the cables have been cut off. I am sending it back.

Zosi Support Sucks!!
Two of the four cameras installed condensate at night when the temperature drops. The condensation is inside between the outer glass Lense cover and the Camera Lense. The picture is blurry until the camera warms up enough for the condensation to dissipate (see photographs). These cameras are defective and are not sealed properly. My husband spent several hours installing this system with some of the cameras installed in very high areas with an extension ladder. For anyone buying any Zosi camera system be advised there is NO CUCTOMER SUPPORT PHONE NUMBER and they will not answer your emails.
