Excellent Purchase!

This mic is better than I expected! It is a nice Mic addition to any studio, This mic has really good quality. I have it in a sound proof booth and the clarity is crisp. I use it more for low end deep vocals where i feel it shines. I have a few mics in my studio including other Warm mics and Neumann as well and this mic is right there with them. Plug and play means you have an easy to set up system with a nice pop filter for controlling unwanted popping sounds and volume control. I really like the price to performance here making it perfect for professional studios use, home studios, and podcasting.

Skylight is alright

One of best microphones I have purchased. I can not deny I was kinda skeptical but once I got it into my portable booth and set it up and had one of my artist record with it … I was like wow this was a good investment

Good value

Really good for the money and my travel setup.

Be aware of included mic stand adapter

4 stars for now. The microphone, shockmount and pop filter all work effectively. There's just one problem, the 5/8 to 3/8 inch stand adapter got stuck on my elgato boom arm, if you have a studio you know this is the most annoying issue. The threading broke and i don't have WD40 on hand so i had to order a replacement ball mount. Good thing i have backup stands. Once I get that replaced chances are it'll go up to 5 stars. i'm

Excellent quality

It sounds good but it was something shaking bad inside because the screws were loose, glad I found the way to tighten them up. This mic is really good.

AMAZING SOUND!

I have two podcasts and a Live music channel on TikTok and I can not brag enough about the microphone!! The day i received it I plugged it in and could not believe the quality of sound! The weight is perfect. I love this mic. It has replaced my Sterling.

Buy it, if u record on Fl?

I paid near $200 to get a used focusrite and some random mic bundle from eBay.. If it isn't sounding right it isn't the mic it's your mixing I'm not even the best at mixing but it sounds crispy when I experiment. Thank you company. Checked out warranty it's good as well 😄❤️‍🩹

For $50, you're losing out NOT owning this microphone.

You should know that Warm Audio (the parent company of 512 Audio) are legends in the recording space. Their microphones regularly give Shure a run for their money. 512 is apparently no different in this capacity.

My previous Beta58 killer mic, the sE V7, was a trooper. Solid little dynamic hyper-cardioid pattern broadcast mic with good side rejection and awesome tonality. However... I bought this on a whim since it was $50 and I've been itching to have a good condenser in my life again. I do NOT regret my purchase one bit. This mic out of the box with no equalization, no compression, and expander knocks it out of the park. I've even had people ask me if I'm using an SM7dB while speaking in voice calls.

Side rejection isn't the best but you bought a condenser after all. It's part of the territory. The included pop filter really seals the deal on looks and is really effective at blocking out plosives. The shock mount is a heavy duty one, and it took me ratcheting the tension dials on my mic arm to beyond wrist tight to hold this behemoth up.

Handling noise rejection is top tier, and even punches beyond it's weight class. I can bang my desk pretty heavily and you wouldn't be able to hear it. I've currently got my mic mounted upside down as well and the shock mount shows no signs of breaking or giving out. Everything about this microphone is well engineered, and you need it in your arsenal.

Beautiful Quality Mic

This is a beautiful, high quality mic. A great upgrade for a podcaster looking for dope equipment to use. This is not a plug and play mic, you will need real equipment to use this guy. Make sure you do your research to get the matching equipment you need.
