8BitDo Ultimate 2 Bluetooth Controller

Broke with minimal usage, no reply from support

Controller broke within 1 year, despite being treated extremely well and appearing to be in perfect condition.

Less than 50h usage.

The left trigger is stuck at 100, meaning it’s stuck sending a signal that the trigger is fully pressed, even though nothing’s touching the trigger.

8bitdo did not reply to my support ticket.

Unfortunate change of heart...

Updated review:

Unfortunately, after a few hours of gameplay, my right hand started cramping up like crazy... I think its due to the lack of surface under my thumb & inner palm, especially reaching for the right stick. I'm only docking this review by one star, because other than my weird hand cramps, this thing is just incredible.

I mean...I feel like I'm the latest guy to the party as I say this thing is just incredible.

It's like watching Hamilton on Disney+ in 2019 for the first time and telling everyone to check it out because it's just incredible.

But...y'know...this thing is just incredible.

My only complaint is the bright light bar on the dock, but a couple strips of black tape made it into a tiny charging indicator light!
