These things sometimes last a year or longer. I have one going on 2 years but this one lasted a little over a month. I actually downloaded music and when I went to use it on my trip for the first time, it was not working.
And no the screen is not crack.

Cheap and flimsy.
Flimsy. This model is one of those made by different manufacturers, and will be sold under different names. Their sound is ok, although stutters if you use the equalizer settings. After a few weeks of riding in your front pants pocket, their screens stop working.

Worthless
Extremely cheap. I wasn’t expecting much, when I opened the box I realized my expectations were still too high. It felt like something that came out of cereal box, but I didn’t need it for much, so as long as it worked. Again, I needed to lower my expectations. My notebook wouldn’t recognize it, personally I don’t blame it. So back it goes.

Pretty good with only a few problems
Ive been using it at work
It lasts all day if youre someone who turns it on and off alot.
Its bluetooth isnt to bad its got great range but some devices it wont recognize (like certain speakers) its very compact so its almost never gonna be in your way.
the black shell is kinda smooth so if you got like soft hands it could move a bit.
The speaker isnt the best, but if you just want to play music quietly its okay.
The sd card slot you kinda gotta fight with it push it in.other than that 9/10

Don’t lose it, it’s smaller than it looks!!
Okay, so I have a feeling that I’m going to get sent back to residential or some sort of care for my ED, and most places don’t allow cell phones. Last time they were very particular about mp4 players so I decided to get an MP3 player this time.
This little thing is so cute and small! It functions quite well, buttons are easy to use after a while. I got the one with I believe 64GB of storage and currently have around 140 songs. It took roughly around 2 hrs to get this set up, it comes with a memory card in I think, because I didn’t receive one in my package. It came nice and neat as well. It also pairs really easily with my Beats Studio pro (all you have to do is press it u til it’s flashing and it connects) though I’m not sure about my soundcore earbuds yet.
It’s really cute, very small, it can fit in your pocket. The speed itself is normal , and charges really fast.
Thank you!

Decent mp3 player
Alright so this thing is pretty cool if you've never owned an mp3 player before. But there are some problems I have with it.
-Slow display. Takes a bit to change volume and cycle through your songs. Also slow when you're searching for a song.
-Cheaply made, but it is $30 so what can you expect right.
-Cannot set your own custom screensaver.
-Can't use the radio feature without wired headphones.
-Has far less listening time when using bluetooth headphones or speakers compared to wired headphones.
You're getting what you paid for! It's a decent cheap little mp3 player for first time users.

Bare minimum
You get what you paid for. It plays music but the moment you want to choose a Playlist the device freezes up and restarts. I tried to give it a chance but this issue is ruining the whole experience. Lesson learned cheap is cheap for a reason.

It’s good
It’s Good for what I use it for, and it keeps me off my phone because, like every other teen, I’m always on my phone! :) I currently have 19-20 songs on it because I’m too lazy to add more. I got it because the phone ban at school because I have to have music and the teachers don’t care about if I have it because it’s technically not a phone

Peak item
It works great honestly. Its works like a USB drive that plays music, the bluetooth feature was easy to figure out, the audio quality is surprisingly good, and its NOT touch screen so I can put it in my pocket without having to worry about it randomly switching songs (I know MP3 players arn't usually touch screen but i was nervous about the bluetooth one having that issue) Anyway 10/10 would buy again.

Not super modern, but perfect for music!
Fantastic gadget.
I bought these for my 11 & 9 year old daughters. I wanted an iPad/ screen free summer but my girls LOVE music, so we threw it back to the early 2000’s and got them these mp3 players which work so well. The music sounds great, their dad loaded up all their favourite tunes and honestly, they go everywhere with them, especially on walks. The battery lasts AGES! Would 100% recommend for anyone who wants a lightweight, sturdy music player without having ties to the rest of the screen.

You get what you pay for... in this case a virus.
Seriously? A trojan? So dumb.
The mp3 player is fine, not amazing, but it does the job. Charges fine, pairs with bluetooth fine, has a decent number of options. It's odd that the sleep duration is so short, but whatever.
I had been using it with an SD card from a previous mp3 player, but decided to put some files on the hard drive, and plugged it in, only to discover that it has a virus on it... What a dumb, ham-fisted, Windows xp attack vector, nonsense.

Can't even update the firmware because the company website doesn't have a secure certificate
Max volume is 31? Lol. Among other completely absurd user experience choices like, sometimes the back function is pressing left, sometimes it's pressing down, but press down also to change volume. The list goes on. Truly remarkable only it's it's ability to actually pass even the lowest bar of UI/UX quality assurance.

Perfect after service
I used it with great satisfaction for a few months after purchasing it. One day, I contacted the seller even though I tested it in various ways such as reset because the Bluetooth I was using every day was not connected. I received a new product after exchanging emails several times to check it, so I am using it well. It is light, has good sound quality, and I am satisfied.

It also has a lock mode for when u have it in your wallet or pocket *not touch screen

hilariously bad, worth the money
understand that when youre buying this product for 30 bucks, youre making a tradeoff from processing power to storage space
the hardware is a little slow compared to my 8GB walkman, but ofc, its just a MP3 player, youre not playing Doom on this thing
the real issue is the absurd lack of cohesion revolving around everything software-related with this product.
the UI navigation has got to be, hands down, the worst experience i have ever had to deal with,
and that somehow makes this a compelling challenge to learn to use, in the same way that Bennett Foddy makes engaging games
ive never asked myself if i could replace the operating system of an MP3 player before
i mean, look at this thing, and tell me what any of the buttons do
trick question, none of them do the same thing consistently from feature to feature, or even moment to moment
sometimes the back button is the left arrow, sometimes its the volume key, sometimes you have to press up a couple times and then the play button
good luck figuring out how to escape the FM radio the first time
want to turn the volume up? assuming youre in the dedicated music playing environment while your song is playing, you need to hold the down key, "VOL," before pressing left and right, as opposed to up and down
that wouldnt be so bad to get used to, if it wasnt for the fact that if you use this muscle memory on half of the other sliders in the UI, you will instead go a few pages back and forth through the menus
you need to press up and down (on the Menu and Volume buttons), to make your brightness slider go left and right, for example
want to turn your volume down?
thats right, you need to HOLD the volume key down for a couple seconds, before pressing the left key,
ensuring that if you ever need to turn your volume down, you will always suffer a least a small period of uncomfortable pain while you fumble around and wait for the device to catch up
you will also have to manually navigate across the entire operating system from wherever you might be, to reach the dedicated media player before you can even have the option to hold the volume buttons' button toggle
and the system will always save your current location in the operating systems entire directory,
so you will never be able to just turn it on and pause your music, if that wasnt exactly where you were when you last left it
in general, if you press the right buttons for the wrong amount of time, you will do the wrong thing, fly to a point in the file system thats a ways from your current playing song and you will have to find your way back to where you were as punishment for your mid inputs
if you would like to learn how to operate this mp3 player, there is a manual, but it basically tells you up front that its not their problem if the information in it is wrong, and some of it is, including contradictory instructions on what individual buttons do in the same context, incorrect instructions on how to do basic things and references to buttons that do not exist on the physical device, sometimes all three right next to each other, notably in the - somewhat important - "Music" section, on page 2 of the manual, somehow.
physically, this thing is alright.
the matte finish seems engineered to absorb your hand grease when you touch it
it already had shiny spots on it out of the box just from where the protective film was in contact with it
it could maybe do with 2 more buttons, since the UI navigation apparently needs it so badly
it has a built in speaker, its as bad as youd expect. still tho, i wasnt expecting it to have that feature
it uses a USB-C charger, but it is in no way close to thunderbolt speeds for transferring songs, it took me a period of hours to upload my library of music. bear in mind tho this problem can be easily circumvented by just using a microSD card
the real star of the show is the microSD slot, rated for up to 128GB, but i was able to look through a 256GB card filled with 8 years worth of photos at the usual 1 frame per second, at least until it inevitably reached a format it cant read and booted me back to the end of the folder
it has bluetooth as well, which is another upgrade from my 8GB walkman
the thing that sold me on this product was the review from a mother who said this thing had survived multiple trips through the washing machine, and multiple drops
i bought this with the understanding that it is an overpowered nokia phone, and in that regard im not disappointed
all in all, its terrible, but functional, and im still not sure if im going to keep it yet or not, even after writing this review.
i do have a strange fondness for unnecessarily bad design, in the same way i have a taste for unnecessarily bad music to fill a 32 gigabyte mp3 player with expandable storage.

This thing is great!
I bought it recently, and while I haven't had it for long, I can say that I love it. It was super easy to set up, you don't lose sound quality, it was really easy to connect my Bluetooth headphones. I'm giving it 4 stars just because I thought that the screen would be clearer and I thought it would be bigger, but it's still great! It currently has a little over 1000 songs and it has space for more, and that's without the extra space you could add. Over all it's great and I love it, best $20 dollars I've spent!

Great little unit, awesome sound
This unit is really small, yet powerful. The interface is very usable, lots and lots of options. FM Tuner, Shuffle function (which many units do not have) and huge memory. It has 32GB built in, and you can add a second 128GB micro-SD card if you have an insane amount of music. I plugged it into my Mac and easily uploaded over 3000 songs and still used only half of the 32GB internal memory. I love the Bluetooth which I send to my boombox, and this unit is so small it acts like a tiny remote control for my boombox! I can change the volume, skip songs, change to FM, whatever I want

Devs need to look a little deeper
ISSUE 1: The player seems to combine different album titles that begin the same few words into a single album with the last album's title. I've yet to find a work around other than adding numbering to the front of the album titles. See photos 1-3.
Example 1: Led Zeppelin, Led Zeppelin II, Led Zeppelin III and Led Zeppelin IV ... all get combined into 1 album titled Led Zeppelin IV.
Example 2: The Who Sellout and The Who by Numbers. .. get combined into 1 album titled The Who by Numbers.
I don't know if they think they're being helpful and trying to auto combine multi-volume albums, but they need to have their devs take another look at this. It's very frustrating.
ISSUE 2: The ability to display an image file as album artwork is very random. If it can display the image, then it will always show it, but sometimes I'll add artwork and it just doesn't like the file and won't display it. I'll make sure it's a jpeg and edit/save it the exact same way I did for a working album cover, but it still fails to display. It just shows the default spinning record icon instead

It's neat.
I'm in my 20's and needed something to keep me off my phone at night and when working. I bought this to replace my iPod nano that had a shitty battery life and also used a different charger.
This lil guy is- neat? Pretty janky. But it works so far (had it for like a day). The controls are not that intuitive, but I somehow picked it up pretty quickly.
Actually putting media on the player is pretty easy- just drag and drop. I DID however, have to edit the meta data of my mp3s to include artist, album, etc. (I made the artist name the playlist name for ease of use for me) But you might not have to edit metadata at all if you aren't ripping media.
I still don't know the difference between standby and the on/off switch.
The battery life seems pretty good! I haven't had to charge it yet and I used it all night.
There is a speaker on the back, but is so shitty.
ALSO.. the ouput quality depends on the quality of your earphones. The lowest end earbuds I tried are fine, they're functional, work fine. But I plugged in mixing headphones, and albeit it was a bit quiet bc of the ohm rating on those headphones, but the translation was 1:1.
It also sauishes album art that isn't square.
It does what I need it to do.

Poor quality all around avoid this
This is poorly made all around, the mp3 is hollow and cheap, the user interface is pixelated and crappy. When i plugged my earphones in all I heard was static from the mp3 player even without the music playing, the sound quality is as hollow as the mp3 player itself. Terrible, I just got this and now I have to deal with returning it and trying to get a refund. Avoid this product please. even if it's for your grubby fingered kid
