Love This Phone But Important Options on Phone Aren't Working

The basic properties of the phone have been good. Noise-canceling, volume control, and sound quality are great. However, I work from home. I have a phone job that requires adding someone to the current call. This requires the "flash" button to work and put the current caller on hold. I have only had this phone since 4/29/2024 and tonight was the first time I used the "flash" and it didn't work. So, I could not do my job properly and lost money as well as the other person I was going to add to the call. I am hoping they will work with me. So bummed. This is the 3rd time I have bought this style phone.

Items damaged and used

This must have been a return that they recycled. The ties were loose and this piece is broken. I’m obviously not plugging that in due to risk of electric shock, so I will need a new one.

This product is a great value! I made my first phone call and the person on the other end said verbatim,” I have never heard you so clear”. I am sold! So glad I made the investment. When I am at my desk this product works great. Sometimes wired communication devices are needed and really are better in wireless word.

Easy to use for my work from home job. Just wish it had speaker phone capability. Fo times I need to use for personal use and not with customers. Otherwise. Love it. It's compact and lightweight and easy to use

Works with any landline phone line- plug and go!

Exactly what I needed for remote work from home on the phones. The only issue I notice to have is the war piece does tend to make my ear sore. I haven’t had any issues with hearing customers or them hearing me. For this price it’s perfect!!

Concerned with my productivity

I too started a home based business. And since I am the owner of the company, I expect my equipment to be nothing less than professional. While I admit, the phone is different, cute, doesn't take up much space, fits rather comfortably, and arrived very quickly, there are some drawbacks that may be quite costly to my livelihood.

For starters, the headset holder keeps detaching from the base of the unit at any slight movement and that can be very distracting while on the phone with customers. Also, my husband asked me to call him to check the clarity. While speaking to him on the phone, he said I sounded like I was speaking through a tin can at times, and other times he said I sounded like my voice was muffled. Then at other times he said my words were cutting off. So, I am rather concerned that my customers are going to have the same experience. I will be returning this phone and ordering a new one.

It works.. and doesn't

Worked great.. but EVERYTIME I set the date and time.. it just resets to default.

It works great for hands free.

Works Great! Sounds is great and I can hear very clear. Ringer was great as well. Came in good condition.

People can’t hear you talk.

I use this every day and ever single day I get told several times they can’t hear meZ. I have turned it up as high as I can. And I have it as close to my mouth as I can have it. I love the design and the comfort is perfect. But it’s hard to use it for work when my job consists of talking with people it’s kind of hard to use it when they can’t hear me! ☹️

I wanted to write this review since I was hesitant to buy this set and was not sure of the quality. I do work at home as an interpreter and so I am constantly on the phone and needed something good for a reasonable price. Product came in already ready to go in a small box, the headset and the dialing pad wrapped separately. All I did was connect it just as you would a regular phone. The time/date etc was correct, no adjustment needed. The headset is comfortable, the screen is good and it rings really loud, my home is a pretty decent size and I can hear it anywhere in the house. Below is what I wish it had, but then again if I wanted more I could have gone with a higher priced one, but for the price you can not go wrong. I am also attaching pictures to help anyone.

Pros/Cons/Wish List

1. It does have a mute button, wish the actual screen said the mute had been enabled just to make sure. In all fairness,the light does change from green to orange and you do hear a click of sort so you know a change has happened, but it still would be better if I could see it, that's just me though.

2. Wish it had a battery back up just in case. No biggie though.I was aware it did not have one.

3. The numbers on the dial pad do not light up. The screen does though and it helps it a bit if you are using with lights off or a little bit of light. I sometimes work late into the night,so this would be useful/helpful.

4. Only thing that I found odd was that once you spend more than 1 hour on the phone (59 minutes and 59 sec to be exact) the timer on the screen resets itself and starts counting again as if the call just started. This is odd and I don't know if there is a way to fix this. I will have to see. It is not a big deal, but I would prefer for the timer to keep running especially in my line of work I need to ensure I keep track of my minutes, I do not want to have to sit here and add all the minutes if the call runs for more than one hour.

The reason I gave it 4 stars is really because of the mute situation and the resetting of the time on the screen if you are on the phone for more than 1 hour, I have never seen that on any home or business phone. I will try to see if that can be adjusted/reset, I will update either way.

Wonderful service! The product is amazing

I received my phone within minutes of me needing it to start my training!! Wonderful service!! The product is amazing, headset is comfortable and the black device with pink buttons is cute and professional looking at the same time. I am starting to work from home as an interpreter and this headset and dial-pad are perfect, I can hear very clear and it doesn't occupy much space on my desk. I love that it comes with a little hanger on the side to hang the headset from the side of the dial-pad. This brand was recommended from my employer and its a great price. Very satisfied with my purchase, and NO, I did not get reimbursed or get any discount for my review lol.

The phone is almost the size of a calculator, it has the lenght on an iphone6 but it works pretty good! The ringer is very loud even when set to low
