Great Fan for Deck Gazebo

Exactly what I was looking for our deck gazebo. Six different speeds, moves air very well. The fan is very stable and we even had to add two extra links to make it longer, and it doesn’t wobble. The light works well and everything is controlled by a remote.

Easy installation

It’s very nice ceiling fan unfortunately pieces are missing when it got delivered. It is too hot to return it and wait for another one. I improvised and the fan works wonderful.

Started off great but plastic fan blades break off.

Bought this fan in Aug 2025 and initially was very pleased with it. Moved a lot of air and light worked well. However after less than a year of outside use under a covered patio, a fan blade broke off and flew through the air. The fan blade attachment point is just plastic and broke clean off. All screws were still tight and did not come loose. Unfortunate as I really liked this fan but it must have some quality issues.

Very good light/fan

This fan/light does a great job at both functions. I love that it has both a bright LED type light and a softer incandescent light that can be at a level you set on the remote.

The only concern is that the fan sways on the hook when building speed at start-up and again when shutting down. Would a stronger hooj prevent the swaying?

As you can see, the swaying is very short but it throws me.

No more bugs!

Great packaging and instructions. Perfect to add to our foyer to keep the bugs away and nice and cool in the summer!!

Best purchase of the summah!

Wicked easy to put together: maybe 20-25min. tops to build and hang by it myself. (I took my time to make sure everything was completely straight and tight. Can’t stand a wobbly fan!) Love the dimmable light, fan sounds about as loud as my living room ceiling fan (can only hear the breeze, not the motor), nice breeze, and much to my surprise…IT DOESN'T WABBLE! I was very skeptical that it would be swinging back and forth from the hook in my 10’x12’ gazebo but it’s completely stable. At $100, this fan is totally worth it to help move our southeastern Massachusetts humidity around! Put it in your cart, checkout, and enjoy!

Excellent!

This fan moves so much air! It’s perfect for our front porch. It’s really hot here in The South, having a porch fan helps it be a little more bearable to be outside.

Our porch has a metal roof so we hooked the fan to an S hook on a support beam. It’s secure and still easy to move around. I don’t have any issues with it being wobbly.

The light is bright and lights up the whole porch. You can hear the air being pushed around especially on high, but the fan itself is quiet.

I leave the remote inside, right inside the front door to keep it out of the elements.

I think the fan looks really good, I like the gold accent. I already had a porch fan but this one has replaced it because it’s prettier and seems to be slightly bigger. the old one has been moved to our covered porch in the backyard. Porch fans really make a huge difference in this heat!

Highly recommend!

I would buy again

I’m really pleased with this outdoor ceiling fan overall! I was concerned about the summer heat, but once this fan is up and running, it performs beautifully. On the highest setting (speed 6), the airflow is strong and really helps cool down my patio space. The lighting is another major plus — it has multiple brightness levels and color temperatures, ranging from bright white to warm yellow keystones, each with different densities. It really adds the right mood whether you're dining or relaxing outside. Assembly was straightforward and easy to put together, which is always appreciated.

That said, there were a couple of design hiccups. The blades are plastic, and the included downrod didn’t quite work for my gazebo setup. It was too short to hang below the braces, and the shorter rod was too short due to the width of the blades. The fan was also a bit wobbly at first.

However, I found a great fix: I used two chains from the fan hook and added eye hooks to hang a tight chain on either side for extra stability. Since doing that, the fan has worked perfectly — starts smoothly at all speeds and cools the area effectively.

All in all, a great outdoor fan if you’re willing to make a few adjustments for your specific setup. See photos and videos for how I set it up and how well it works!

Has its flaws but looks nice.

It is real rough when it starts. Sometimes it makes no noise and other times it takes 4 or 5 tries. It also sounds like a helicopter on speeds 5 or 6 due to the way the blades curl on the end and we end up having to speak louder or turn up the TV volume.
