Defective

I want to love these, but after just about six months, they stopped working. I purchased two. One turns off by itself at random times and the other one blows out air even though it’s turned off. The second I plug it in it starts blowing without the panel even being lit. I’ve tried chatting with the seller to ask about warranty info, but cannot get anyone to respond. I’ve also emailed them and can’t get a response back. I would like to return these defective filters and get a refund.

Worth the money

I love it. Keeps my bedroom temp comfortable while purifying the air. Low calming sound. Allergy season is here so I hope it helps manage my symptoms. I chose the color because it was on sale.

Fresh air!

I love this product! 5 start! I love it so much and it's helps me sleep/ I dont wake up with stuffy, nose as much because i'm breathing in fresher air at night. I love it so much I just got my daughter one for her room. I live an apt and it helps with dust. Its worth the money.

Best air filter i have ever bought.

This air filter is the best one i have ever purchased. My house is a smoking house and it used to be so smoky inside, now there are no more smoke clouds at all! I should’ve bought this years ago. It’s also great for picking up dust which helps my allergies. Works like a freaking charm! I always use it on high because that works the best of course! The size of it is perfect. I like that it has a timer feature on it. House smells so much better now. Very easy to use. Doubles as a white noise machine in my opinion, very comforting and relaxing! 😌

Product stopped working and customer service disappeared

I purchased this air purifier in December and used it very lightly, maybe once a month for about six months. The unit powers on, but none of the touch buttons respond at all. It became unusable despite being in practically new condition.

I contacted customer service and initially received a response asking for photos, a video, and proof of purchase, which I promptly provided. After that, all communication completely stopped. I followed up multiple times over the course of more than a month and was ignored with no resolution, explanation, or replacement.

A product malfunction is one thing, but being ghosted by customer service after complying with every request is unacceptable. I would not recommend this product based on the lack of support and follow-through. Buyer beware.

Strong and Versatile

I got this air purifier because I was having bad allergies, and this helped! I appreciate the many modes and settings you can use. I turn it on while I sleep, and it has a fan so it also helps with air flow. I put it on the highest setting, which is quite loud, but I like the white noise while I sleep.

Great air purifier for price

This cute air purifier works great for my 400 sq ft apartment. The color options are adorable and help bring the aesthetic in my living room together. I definitely noticed a difference in the amount of fur that usually accumulates in the living room. For context I have an Australian Shepherd and a cat that both shed a lot. It was super easy to put together and turn on. The touch buttons are really simple to figure out and I also noticed a difference with any smell from cooking or foul smells they quickly disappeared.

I bought an Airromi almost a year ago and I have loved it ever since. One morning, I tried to turn it on, and it was suddenly no longer working. Support got in touch almost immediately, and after discussing the problem, they sent me a brand new one free of charge. I am super impressed with this product and the excellent customer service. It is an awesome product, and you can sense the significant difference in air quality.

I bought this purifier for my new home. The filter is great, it isnt loud it helped with my allergies & it made the room feel more fresh & clean. I will say that it worked really really well until it stopped working at some point within the 5 month mark. I reached out to the company & theyre customer service is amazing. All they needed was some info from me & apologized for any inconvenience & sent me a new one. Overall i think it is worth the purchase & I recommend anyone looking for a good priced purifier to buy this one. Or at least with the company. Thank you Airromi !

Noticeable difference

I’ve been using this air purifier for a few weeks now, and I can honestly say the difference in air quality is noticeable. My allergies have significantly improved, and the air just feels cleaner. It’s incredibly quiet—even on the higher settings—and the sleep mode is perfect for nighttime use.

The design is sleek and modern, so it fits nicely with my home decor. I also love that the filter is easy to replace and has an indicator showing when it needs to be done.

Mighty Air Purifier

This is a very nice looking and powerful air purifier. I will list out both the pros and cons

Pros:

Pushes a lot of air quickly at high setting

Has pads if want to use essential oils

Cons:

Timer settings limited (only 2,4 and 8 hours)

No remote (although for price point not a deal breaker)

High fan speed can be noisy (low and medium are not bad)

Filter can be little pricey (not much different than other competitors)

It cleaned our room which is about 12 x 12 very well and did so in a short amount of time. It is reasonably priced and looks great. My unit has a blue light which points up to the top and has touch pad which is easy to use. I will have to ding it one point because after a week of use the touch pad stopped working.

Airromi support were easy to work with and replied quickly. They sent me a replacement unit the next day with no questions asked. From reading other reviews likely I was one of the few who had this issue and probably was just luck of the draw. The new replacement unit has been working great and I have no reason to believe it will have the same issue. Airromi also stands behind their product so I really appreciate that.

I got this because I have a cat box that does not smell great so I was hoping it would help with the smell, however I don’t find it helps with the litter box smell but I did find that the air quality is much better! I have a long haired cat so there is hair everywhere and I could say this air purifier sucked up so much hair! Also the dust I can’t believe how effective this was to suck up dust, there is so much dust in the purifier. The only thing I’m not a fan of is how I can’t rinse off the filter and just have to buy more! Other than that I would def recommend this product!

Great buy!

I am not disappointed! Having asthma, along with small animals, this has been working great. My apartment was overwhelmed with the hay smell, and was getting too much for me. I plugged this in so fast! Wow! What a difference! No hay smell. Makes my place feel very clean! So if you have pets, I would suggest getting one. Me, I’ll be purchasing two more for the bedrooms in the future, as well as one for my daughter’s place. I highly approve. And the color! Love!

Its loud

I bought this to keep in my bird's room because he needs clean air, but I can only keep it on mode 1 because 2 and 3 are too loud and blow too strong of air flow for him. If you don't have a bird, I'm sure that wouldn't bother you at all. There's a button to turn off/on the light, and a timer for 2, 4, or 8 hours. I got the blue one, and its a decent size, not too big not too small. There's also a spot for essential oils, but I wont be using that because its not good for my bird so I cant tell you how well it works. Overall good purchase, I was just suprised at how loud it was and how strong the fan was.

The best air purifier and humidifier ever!!!

First of the packaging of the air purifier is absolutely amazing! I love that on the packaging it has a QR code to answer any questions about your new item. The item is beautiful and can easily blend into your decor or design for any room. I love the touch screen and the night light. It’s not loud at all and includes a timer. I love it!!! I encounter a very small issue and the customer service is awesome and helped me resolve the issue. I’m excited about new products to come.

Great quality

I have three of these in different colors. This is one of the filters after several months of use. I initially had a cheap, tabletop UV air purifier which was useless. It would only be one speck inside the filter after repeated use. These are top tier.

Simple quick & easy to use. Quality TBD.

Just received today so can't speak to the quality and longevity of it. But I love how it looks! Noise-wise, setting 1 is almost not audible. Setting 2 is a light sound. Setting 3 is definitely louder but isn't annoyingly loud (to me). Setting 2 will probably be my go-to though. My apartment is about 1200 feet so I purchased two, one for my bedroom and one for the living room. My place gets very dusty very quickly and while my dog is hypoallergenic, her fur does gather quite a bit in corners. I'm hoping this helps! I'll report back in a few months (or years 🙂).

Filter indicator works!

I purchased 2 of the purifiers due to me and my kids always getting sick and poor air quality in the home. The noise level is low and I ran them continuously. The filter indicator definitely let me know to check the filters. Lightweight and easy to use like the ability to add essential oils.

Cute, but cheap quality

This unit was so cute, I loved the color. But the fan/motor just abruptly stopped one day, never to turn on again no matter what I did. Purifier was not dropped, and was not exposed to any damaging fumes or liquids. The buttons worked but everything else was making no signs of life. Just another poor quality drop shipped product :/ too bad because I really wanted to keep this for a while. I will not be paying $70 for a new one as I cannot depend on it’s durability

Update: I was an idiot and bought a second one. This one stopped working after just two weeks. Do nooooooot buy this product

Second update: I opted to receive a replacement for the second broke air purifier(sending it back). And customer service then tried to gaslight me by saying the replacement was already in progress for the first air purifier, which was not true- the replacement was sent for the SECOND one I purchased.

What a mess.

I have two broken air purifiers I have to spend time getting money back for. AVOID THIS BRAND AT ALL COSTS

Nice and great for small office space

This is really cute. It seems to work well the air is more breathable and ventilation is better now that I have this in my office. It's super quiet and easy to set up. I love they come in different colors so you can definitely make your space your own. Very great for small office space.

Is it defective?

I came across this Air purifier and Liked that it eliminated pet odors. But as you can see in my video, I believe the item is defected? Also no instructions on how many drops of essential oil nor how often you should change the pads? Also you can not smell the essential oil. I already have two, but purchased through different company I never heard any ticking noise nor had any issues. Can you please inform me if this is defective?

Great Product

This HEPA air filter works so great as I am staying in a room that seems to get dusty all the time. It’s easy to use, not an eye sore and isn’t loud but has a soft soothing sound. Customer Service assisted me with my warranty and we’re super responsive and helpful. I suggest purchasing this Air filter. The price is definitely a great buy as well.

So far so good!

Okay, so I just got it today. Everyone was packaged nice and neat. I took everyone out and put it together (power cord is inside the filter when you first get it). I read through the instructions and followed them. I plugged it in and everything works perfectly. I'm very happy with it. It's not to loud on the highest setting (about as lound as a normal fan). Now I did just get it today so I haven't tried the aroma part yet but I'll come back and add how that works at a later date as well as if anything else comes up with it. But so far I'm happy with it 😁

Ps: I tend to read the negative reviews of a product before buying it because there's not really going to be any paid negative reviews so I know a lot of the time they're true. But I did see on a few different 1 star reviews that the box says it's only for 195 sqft room. It's not. That's just the recommended room size but it will cover up to 990 sqft.

Decent product

I needed a compact air purifier to put in our guest bathroom where I placed my cat's litter box. We already have Holmes air purifier but it is too big to fit in this small bathroom. I was looking for an affordable option and decided to try this product.

I like the size and its settings. I use to air out every time my cat finishes her business. I also used it after painting a room. The product worked well for both purposes.

Only wish that there was more information about filter change.

Update: The company reached out and provided information on the replacement filter and offered a complementary service. I appreciate how they are alert about making sure that there customers are satisfied.
