Faulty!!!!

Ours had a hole!!! Do not recommend this!! Looked like they gave us one that was returned or faulty. DO NOT BUY.

Good Quality Mat, but Defective Pump is a Major Drawback

The mat itself is very well made and performs as expected. It feels durable, provides a safe cushioned surface on our hardwood floors, and the colors are vibrant—my daughter absolutely loves it.

However, the included air pump arrived defective, which is a significant inconvenience. Instead of being able to easily inflate the mat as intended, I have to either carry it outside to use a separate compressor or bring a compressor indoors. This takes away from the portability and ease of use that I was expecting.

Additionally, the valve design could be improved. Air escapes during inflation, requiring you to quickly seal the cap to avoid losing pressure. A built-in check valve would make a big difference.

Overall, the mat itself is great, but the faulty pump and valve design issues make the setup process more difficult than it should be.

Worth the money

Easy set up. Came with a nice pump. It’s not cheaply made and perfect for outside and indoor tumbling.

Title: Received a defective pump – customer support refused to replace it

Review:

I received a defective pump as part of this order. I contacted customer support and simply asked to replace the faulty pump — not the entire mattress. They refused and told me to return the whole thing, which is extremely heavy and expensive to ship back. This is unacceptable.

I even took the pump to a technician who confirmed it’s defective. Still, no solution was offered other than returning the entire set. I'm very disappointed both with the product quality and with the customer service. I expected much better from this seller.

Deflating

After less than 6 months of use - probably only a max of 30 days blown up- the tumble track is losing air and has an small unknown hole probably in one of the seams.

Perfect for tumbling

We bought this item for Christmas for our 9 year old. The dementions are accurate. It was easy to get it set up. Once blown up it bouncy and holding air very well. We didn't have to refill the air since it was first used and it's been 2 months. Our daughter uses it all the time. The quality is very good. Great product for tumbling and gymnastics.

Good product but arrived stained and dirty.

Product is well built and inflates quickly with the supplied pump. Overall seems like a great product but I am disappointed and frustrated that once unwrapped I saw it had several large stains and spots on both sides of the mat. I assume they are from storage of the mat prior to shipping.

Great gymnastic mat

This mat is easy to inflate and deflate. Bag is handy and product actually fits back in it. Works well by itself or under her gymnastic’s bar. No issues with weight as 60lb little plays on it and 120lb bigger plays just fine on it.

Weird discoloration on both sides of the mat

Unclear if this was spilled on, leaking something, or used. Would love a quick explanation on these stains if possible. Thanks!

Loses air, deflates

Received mat and blew up to use - within 24 hours mat was deflated and losing air.

Disappointed ☹️

Just received package and it has a spot on the mat that’s ripped. I’m sure it will produce a hole. Very disappointed

Hole in mat as soon as we aired it up

Got this for my daughter for her birthday - we aired it up and it immediately began leaking air. We found the hole and patched it, but patching a brand new $300+ mat is very frustrating.

Confused and disappointed

This was my daughters Santa gift. It won’t stay inflated and we can’t find the hole. We have been working for two hours trying to figure it out. Hoping for a Santa miracle. Also, comes with patches but no glue for the patches.

Air pump burned up

Sucked our daughter’s hair into it and chopped her hair up and smoked. Cut her face.

Junk

These things are junk! I have gotten one defective valve! Get the replacement defective valve🤬🤬🤬🤬

Only 3 months and already broke

We got this mat is April and by July 15th the mat has a hole or the seal doesn’t hold air in anymore. It deflates within 5 mins. The worst part is I took very very good care of it but it still broke. Since the 30days past, I also can’t get a refund or return it. So I’m stuck trying to figure out how to fix this mat on my own.

Doesn’t hold air

After 10 minutes of my one year old running on it, it was almost completely out of air. We went inside for dinner and came back out and it was completely flat. We will be returning it, but she loved it for the little bit we got to use it.

Decent

The mat is decent. Pump came with broken valve so it was difficult to inflate. I’ve noticed multiple people say it came with broken pump after I purchased, which is annoying and disappointing.

Mat is good, pump is low quality

The mat is great; my daughter loves it. Unfortunately, the pump arrived with a broken hose, which the company replaced, but then the pump burnt out after three uses. Rather than try to ask for another cheap one, I’m going to order a different one.

Ordered this and returned it b/c the air compressor was broken. The replacement came with a broken air compressor too. There's no way to request just a part. I had to return the whole box.

Two Week Review

This is definitely more for practicing than it is for fun. For fun, I'd say get a trampoline, it's more forgiving lol. I am so glad I bought this, since there's quite a bit of time at the moment I wanted to learn how to do breakdancing and tricks. The sizes aren't exact, but I expected to be a few measurements off. I went with the 5ft x 10ft with 6in thickness.

As mentioned earlier, landing on this isn't the best feeling. When it's fully inflated, I never pressed through to touch the ground even on the high-flying attempts and hardest impact moves. I weigh around 150lbs. and have done jumps and backflips on this thing.

Setup is pretty easy, layout the mat, attach the pump, and power on; when finished reverse-side of the pump to deflate. Overall prep time takes about 2-5 minutes for the 5ft x10ft/6in mat. I've been experimenting letting a little bit of air out, landing on it has been better. I definitely want to get a second one to attach together when I get the chance.

Flipping Party Worthy!

This product is excellent and has provided hours of fun for my son and his friends. It is very durable and they can set it up and take it down by themselves!

Much smaller then promised

Sadly this is more of a 10-13 foot. I ordered a 20 foot. It's very skinny in width as well. Hopefully it at least last.

Width measurement is wrong!

I’m not sure how they came up with the 3.28 measurement for the width. We were excited to get a longer mat and when it arrived, it is much more narrow than our other mat that is a different brand. Both of these brands have 3.3 written as the width in the description. Returning and buying the same brand that we already own.

I got it for a 12 year old and it was a perfect for her doing gymnastics like a back flip.
