My understanding is that this camera has a 1, 1.5 and 2.0 magnification. I returned the first one because this feature did not work. However, the replacement doesn't work either. But I decided to keep it anyway. Not overly happy that's why the not so perfect rating. Paid for something I didn't receive.

The picture quality is amazing! It has a ring light that more expensive cameras don’t. I was very satisfied with the zoom capability. It’s worth the investment.

I LOVE this camera. As an author I needed a wide view to display my background while doing virtual school visit. This camera fits my needs to a T. This morning I discovered that I could tip the camera down and use it like a document camera... Displaying my book close-up on the screen while I read! Now I don't need to buy one! Highly recommended

Button is a t in a circle. My work from home desk is in my bedroom and I don't want the world to see all of my bedroom thank you! There's no cover but I can easily swivel the camera down so I don't accidentally turn on the video when I don't want it on. There's also an adjustable panel on the back bottom so it's easier to set on the top of a monitor. I will definitely buy a second one to leave in my office for the days I work from there. Light is also adjustable using the silver button on the front.

I got this webcam for Zoom meetings, and it works for those. I typically have my laptop (a 2020 MacBook Pro) off to the side and wanted a camera above the large monitor I put in front of me, rather than the angled view my laptop camera sees.
I'm sorry you have to look at my face, but I was frustrated that none of the pictures in existing reviews actually showed the output of the camera, so here you go. I included a shot from my MBP's built-in camera for comparison. I also have comparisons showing the ring light off, and on full brightness.
This camera far outperforms the built-in one, but that's not a high bar. Is it really 1080p though? Heavens no. That specification appears to be pure fiction. The picture is rather pixelated, but it's fine for Zoom meetings. The ring light maybe helps a little, but not as much as I'd hoped it would. This webcam isn't going to replace my DSLR for big presentations, but it's a lot more convenient than that for day-to-day meetings.
My biggest complaint with this thing is the autofocus doesn't work well. Frequently my face is blurry while the wall behind me is sharp. The occasional focus hunting is distracting too.
Also, it'd be nice if the ring light turned on and off with the camera (it doesn't; you have to control it manually with the touch-sensitive button on the front.

Good recording suits my recording needs purchased 2 only thing is the auto focus moves in and out while recording wish it would have a manually focus where I could control it better.

I do a lot of streaming, but have poor lighting in my room, so this was perfect for me. Even if you have good light, i would still say this camera is good for you because the brighter white light only enhancing the quality of the picture. This is a great all in one easy to use camera. The ring light, saves me from having to set up lighting, and since it is around the camera, it directly lights what i'm filming. You get a range of brightness for you liking, but the brighter i used, the better picture quality appeared. It is super easy to use, so installation required, you just plug in and go and it is compatible with my Mac! It has easy tape controls for the light as well. I also really like the base, it clips right onto my computer, with foam insides as to not scratch my computer. It also adjust many ways to accommodate any style laptop or desk tops. The bottom also has a screw inlet, that fits any standard stand/ tripod, for if you rather use it that way. This is very versatile. The quality is spot on, with and without the light on. It has an auto focus, to keep the picture crystal. clear while you move around. And this was a very reasonable price; other cameras with these features i've seem upwards of $100.

The picture quality is great but the stand is wonky which makes positioning the camera difficult.

I bought this webcam probably about a month ago for streaming purposes (I stream video games on Twitch), and it is great! The camera quality is great, and the ring light paired with the auto-focus makes my webcam portion of my stream a lot more crisp than before. I have really enjoyed it so far. It’s also well-made and seems to be good quality so far. I also feel like the price is very reasonable.

I love the ring light! I don't have enough room for a full webcam and ring light setup, so it's nice having this option for narrower options. I'm a little afraid to try to stick it to my monitor, but it holds in place pretty nicely without that thus far.

Solid quality! It is an economically priced camera that has great clarity and remains in focus. I can adjust the field of view with the 5-level zoom-in-and-out function. The ring light offers lighting compensation at several levels, which can brighten my face appropriately.
