Don't know much about Docking stations, i've learned a lot. It works and powers my entire stream setup. The ethernet cable port at the top in the back I wish was on the bottom but thats a preference lol. I like the front look, where it tells me how much power I'm using. I will say the one issue I had with it, I had to figure out on my own. On the back there are USB-A ports there's 3. I have my Microphone, mouse and a port for my Cam Link Camera. On the front there's one USB-A port where I connect my Elgato Capture card. There's also 2 USB-C ports on the front. My Camera would not work on any of the ports on the back, and discovered my CamLink and Elgato were only working on the front USB-A Port on the front. So I learned the power on the back of the docking station only allows 485mpbs or whatever it is of power and the front allows 10Gpbs, which is a lot more power. So I had to buy a USB-C to USB 3.0 Adapter to attach to my cable so I can then plug it in on the front of the docking station on the USB-C port. Incase anyone has a Similar issue, now my camera works but keep in the mind if something doesn't work on the back, might be because of the power source. Just attach to the front and It'll fix it. Other than that, love it and it does get a little warm. But after gaming for a few hours, it doesn't get hot after having 7 cables plugged into it. I also charge my phone, and works great!

Perfect for my MacBook
My new work laptop had the usb and hdmi on the opposite side of my home laptop so I got this to just have one plug for my stuff.
I absolutely love this. I was using a hub for my MacBook and it was a dance to get my monitor on. Open the lid. Wait for monitor connect. Close the lid. Wait for monitor to refresh. Now I can sit down move the mouse and the computer turns on automatically.
Lastly the charging only ports on the front are great for when I do testing on my arduino boards.

Quality non-Thunderbolt docking station for those who need multiple ports
I've been a fan of and using Anker products for several years and they've become one of my go-to companies for tech products. The 14-port hub did not fail to impress me. I needed additional USB-C ports for my desktop computer, so I began my search. I looked at several styles and brands and settled on the Anker docking station because it had the number of ports I wanted and the price was reasonable.
I appreciate that there are both charging and data ports on the front panel, which makes for easy access. I often use a USB-C external hard drive for data transfer, and my device easily plugs into the front of the device. I also have a couple of USB-A dongles for a mouse and keyboard which I rarely need to remove, so these plug into ports on the back of the docking station.
There is also a display on the front that can be switched to show power draw when charging a phone or data speed when transferring files. A button on top switches between then displays. I use a fast charge Thunderbolt cable even though this device is not a Thunderbolt dock. I can watch my iPad charge with up to 19 watts of power. My computer does not have a Thunderbolt port, so I wasn't looking for a rated Thunderbolt device, but what this device does do is deliver quality performance efficiently.
I don't qualify as a "power user" as I'm not running multiple monitors or doing complex video editing, but I'd guess this product has more capacity than how I use it. As said, I can charge a tablet, transfer video files, and still have extra ports for when I need them. This product meets my needs and I recommend it. Once again, Anker delivers.

Anker Docking Station Quality and Anker Customer Service Needs Improvement
I purchased and received an Anker Prime Docking Station eight months ago. This device worked as advertised and expected until one of the USB ports in the back of the device stopped working, even after I thoroughly cleaned it. I contacted Anker Customer Service this week to request assistance. The Anker Customer Service confirmed the device has malfunctioned and assured me that a "new" device replacement will be delivered to me in a few days after I shipped my malfunctioning device. I received the "used" device replacement yesterday when I was assured, I would receive a "new" device replacement. Anker, please make this right.

Reliable and Clean-Looking Dock Option
After switching to a USB-C-based setup, I initially tried to save money by going with cheaper hubs from Best Buy. I quickly learned that was a mistake. The first hub I tried, around $70, couldn't even reliably handle MS Teams calls. I could join meetings, but video wouldn't load, audio was choppy, and no one could hear me on the other end.
Hoping it was just a low-end issue, I upgraded to a $120 hub. Unfortunately, that one wasn't much better. Teams calls would lag or drop entirely, and it even caused noticeable lag with my Logitech MX mouse and keyboard, which was incredibly frustrating for daily work.
That experience finally led me to the Anker hub, and the difference has been night and day. The functionality is rock-solid for my type of work (video calls and extensive work in the MS suite). It also doesn't require a bulky external power brick, which makes cable routing cleaner and simpler. Of course, it also looks sleek and feels solid on my desk.
My setup is straightforward: an HDMI-connected monitor, Logitech MX-series peripherals connected via a Bolt USB receiver, and a wired ethernet connection (my Wi-Fi router doesn't reach my office well enough). The Anker hub handles it all flawlessly. If you prioritize reliability and can justify the cost, it is well worth it.

Not great
Maybe it’s just me but with my laptop, I have to reset the multi view every time to get both screens right with this device. That’s with both sets of brand new HDMI cables as well. I think if I have it set up correctly for the price, should have no issues whatsoever. It’s worth maybe have of the sale price, connectivity is not. great, I’d save the charger is the best part. It still is cheaper than a dell so I guess we will be forced to keep it. After speaking with anker, they were helpful. They offered a full refund and helped me troubleshoot it. Customer service 5 star. Device still is giving issues. Not sure if it’s the dock or laptop. We could not come to a conclusion. I will continue to purchase anker as they have been the best overall. The picture shows what the issue is where it’s one screen not coming up sized correctly. If I unplug it, and plug it back in it is normal until the screen or laptop goes to hibernate

Docking Station
Love this. It's exactly what I needed, and has many ports for various connections. I initially bought a smaller one but soon ran out of ports. This also stands so it takes up less room. It is more expensive but is fast, and gives me peace of mind. I was driving myself crazy with all the different wires/cords etc.

Great docking station for Macs and PCs
I had a Dell Docking station on my laptop and switched because I need a dock with multiple HDMI ports as well as be able to work on a Mac and PC since I have both. Also this gives me a total of 7 USB A ports and 3 USB C which is perfect for me.

Fantastic Dock For Microsoft Surface 6 & Any Desk Setup
I’m a huge Anker fan and when my Dell docking station for my work laptop died, I decided to look at what Anker had to offer. I found this docking station and it seemed to fit everything I was looking for in a replacement.
I’m using it with a Microsoft Surface Laptop 6 for Business. Outputting to 2 screens via the two HDMI ports and 3 USB A devices (web camera, keyboard/mouse, Plantroincs headset). So far I’ve had zero issues after weeks of use with anything working as expected. The docking station has also left me a little room to grow with a USB A port and 2 USB C ports still available.
The icing on the cake with this docking station is the additional USB A & C ports for charging on the front of the device. I’m using the USB A port to charge my wireless headset and one of the USB C ports to keep my iPad Pro charged. Charging these additional devices and my laptop is only around 30W of usage, so plenty of room to charge my phone and other devices as needed.
What do I like about this docking station? It’s very compact on my desk, taking up a tiny footprint of space. The screen is a nice addition to know what’s being charged and at how many watts. For my work setup, I also think it has the perfect number of each type of port, allowing me to connect everything I need. I was also expecting from a temperature perspective it could get hot, but overall it’s been cool to the touch.
What could be improved? Very little. I wish the screen would stay set on the mode you set it to. I’ve noticed if I toggle to the screen to show the watts output, after awhile it toggles itself back to what it’s providing per port. Another nice to have from a screen standpoint would be the devices temperature. Some of Anker’s newer chargers show this. The only other thing that would be nice is if it shipped with a larger USB C to C cable to connect to your laptop. I setup my docking station originally too far away from my laptop and had to move it closer. So plan on keeping it around 3ft away.
Overall it’s a fantastic little dock.

Convenient, fast, best in the market
Speeds and ease of use are best in the market. I changed out from another dock and have found 2 high end monitors, camera, mouse and keyboard, charging laptop, and headset to be no challenge at all for 8+ hours daily with this thing.
Cherry on top are charging ports on front that don’t just automatically try to connect to screen, they just charge!
Great design - very happy with the purchase.

Anker Docking Station handles all my laptop needs
The Anker Smart Integration Dock is working incredibly well connected to my laptop. I've connected two HDMI monitors, the two USB cables for my mechanical keyboard, the USB for the mouse, cables for charging via USB-C & Lightning, an external NVMe backup drive and the sound system. When on the road, I simply disconnect the USB cable from the Connect to Host port and I'm ready to go.
Everything is working as desired. I can find no fault with the unit's construction or capabilities.
The only glitch I see is when starting the Apple Music application the primary HDMI screen will turn grey temporarily but corrects itself very quickly. This appears to be strictly an Apple issue.

Doesn't Charge a Lenovo Legion 5i
I have a Legion 5i (9th gen) that takes up to 145W in on the PD 10Gbps USB C port. It works fine with other chargers ranging from 65-165W, but not on this one. The USB portion works, connecting ethernet, displays, and usb, but even with all of those unplugged, it does not charge the laptop at all.
Seems like it works for some, but it has some compatibility issues.
It does charge the laptop with the ports on the front, but they only have a maximum of 65w.
Build quality seems nice at least. It is a bit of a dust magnet on the front, but the price is comparable to getting a dock and a USB C power supply. Issue is, since I need two cables anyway, I'd rather have gone that route.

Great Product but...
i am a huge fan of Anker products. I use them for most of my ios devices (smart chargers) and an HDMI splitter so i can share my monitor with 2 laptops (work/home).
I actually was very excited about the docking station when i moved to the Macbook Air and had it running for the last 4 months. However, i just noticed that the Air is getting charged to 100% even though i have the "Optimized Battery Charging" enabled (see pic) which is supposed to only charge to 80%.
I contacted Anker support who did some checking and the response was that basically that's how it works.
I informed them that had i know of this deficiency i would never have purchased the device as it ultimately will shorten the Macbook Air battery life.

Great docking station for my laptop, monitors, and connected devices
This Anker Prime docking station seems to work perfectly as advertised and supports a variety of connected devices. On the front, this docking station features a status display, 2 PowerIQ USB-C charging ports, 1 PowerIQ USB-A charging port, 2 10Gbps USB-C ports, 1 10Gbps USB-A port, and a headphone/mic port. On the back, this docking station features 2 HDMI ports, 3 480Mbps USB-A ports, 1 1Gbps ethernet port, and a 10Gbps USB-C port for connecting the docking station to a laptop. On the top, this docking station features a single button that allows the user to toggle through different status displays. This docking station features a built-in power supply and comes with a USB-C cable to connect the docking station to a laptop. Currently, I have 2 monitors connected to the HDMI ports, my phone connected to one of the USB-C ports, an ethernet cable connected to the ethernet port, and a thermal label printer connected to one of the USB-A ports. My laptop is able to charge quickly, the hardwired ethernet connection is working flawlessly, and all of the connected devices are working flawlessly and are all connected to my laptop with the dock’s built-in USB-C cable. This dock is such a powerful and convenient accessory that allows users to instantly connect all their workspace devices by simply plugging in a single USB-C cable instead of connecting each separate device. This is also very convenient for those who frequently connect and disconnect their laptop for work or travel because it allows users to pack up the laptop after unplugging a single USB-C cable. Overall, this Dell docking station seems to be a quality docking station that operates perfectly as expected. The numerous ports and included cables allow users to quickly set up this docking station and put it to use right away. This docking station performs exactly as expected, is perfect for my workspace, and allows me to connect and disconnect my devices quickly and efficiently. I am especially impressed with the quality and functionality of this docking station. The built-in power supply gives this docking station some weight, making it feel like a solid and robust docking station. The status display is a nice way to see how much power is being delivered to connected devices.

CAUTION: Does Not Do 2x 4K @ 60 Hz
While the description and Anker's website state that the dock can output 2 monitors each at 4K 60Hz, the manual clearly says dual displays are at 30Hz. HOWEVER the manual is incorrect because it is not even close to 4K 30Hz, it is likely 1080p at 30Hz. Debating returning or just sucking it up.

Plentiful USB-A & C ports; useful status displays; desk space saving vertical orientation
This docking station may cost more than other docks. But, unlike other docks I’ve been using, it has four USB-C ports instead of the one or two on my other docking stations. It also have five USB-A ports (some power only) as well as two HDMI display ports, an Ethernet port, and an old-school 3.5mm audio jack. Its dual mode status display is very use. In one mode, it displays the total Watts of power drawn while in the second mode it displays Watts drawn from individual ports or, when used for data transfer, a data transfer status indicator. The latter is particularly useful when performing large backups or other data movements.
I really appreciated having (a) a long AC power cable that terminate in a simple two-prong plug instead of a giant transformer. This makes it easy to find an AC outlet that it it can fit into and (b) a long removable USB-C cable to use with the dock’s PD port to power my laptop or tablet. The docking stations’ vertical orientation is a real desk surface space saver for someone with limited space like me.
Although the product description only mentions compatibility with Macs and Windows based laptops, it works great with my iPad too. This includes using the iPad with an external display plugged into the docking station.

Amazing Product
This is an amazing product. I wanted a powerful USB hub that included an ethernet port with a hard-wired connection, Multiple HDMIs, and plenty of powerful ports both USB A and USB C to connect the camera, conference phones, keyboard, mice, podcast microphone, external SSD, speakers, printers, a powerbank an iphone and an ipad [ threw the entire kitchen sink at it ]. I wanted a hard-wired connection and wanted to rely on something other than wifi. In addition, I wanted power delivery to my laptop using one USB C cable.
I couldnt find a hub that was powerful enough to do all of the above !
This is a powerful little machine for sure. I couldn't find anything close to it... I tried many powered hubs, connected them in serial connections, and lost latency and connectivity. I wanted one device to do it all.
The LCD panel is a bonus as it conveys the total power outputted to the connected devices. A must buy if youre looking to future proof your setup.

Anker delivers consistent quality
Anker has been a brand I've trusted for many years, and they continue to deliver quality. This docking station has exceeded my expectations. I have tried many docking stations over the years. I have used several that didn't work well and a few that did ok. Dock stations are an example of "you get what you pay for", so going with a reliable name is important when spending at this price point.
Normally I try to hide docking stations, but I absolutely love seeing the power draw. I have used this dock with a Dell XPS 17, an M1 Macbook Pro, and a Framework 16. This dock station seems to stay much cooler when dealing with the beast of a laptop that is the Framework 16. It's wild to see the variation in power draw when the laptop is sleeping, also. More information is always welcome.
I'm glad Anker opted for more USB-C slots than A. This is certainly the way things are going, and I appreciate it here. I love that Anker packs the power cable with a reusable Velcro tie. It shows that they not only want the product to be packaged nicely, but they also think beyond the unboxing to everyday use.
The build is premium, as are the electronics inside. If you can spend the money, this is the docking station you won't regret.
