Cute, but Not Quite What I Hoped For
Llama Llama Back to School has the charm you expect from the series—bright illustrations, simple rhymes, and an approachable story about starting school. My child enjoyed the colorful pictures and the familiar Llama Llama character, but I wish it addressed more about the typical back to school anxieties, and more about what to actually expect for a child who is just starting school for the first time.
