QUALITY PROBLEM HDD

This is my second unit in 6 months, and both failed with the same hard drive issue. Clearly a quality problem. Customer support is useless—they just send you in circles with no real solution. Not worth the time, money, or frustration. I do not recommend this product.

Disappointed failed after only six months

I purchased the ANNKE security camera system in November 2024, and unfortunately it completely stopped working after about six months. The cameras suddenly blanked out and have not worked since, which defeats the purpose of having a “security” system in the first place.

To make matters worse, because the failure happened after the return window closed, I can’t return it or get my money back — so I’m now out more than $300 for a system that’s totally useless. For something this important, I expected far better reliability and support.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product. If you’re looking for a dependable security system, i’d suggest looking elsewhere.

I purchased this item twice for my business. The first time, I got it without a hard drive because I had my own, but it didn’t work. The second time, I bought it with a hard drive so it would be easier, but it still didn’t record anything. The system has been sitting in my store for a week, and I only realized the problem when I checked the footage.

I also called the company directly, and they told me someone would reach out within 24 hours—but no one ever did. This has been a very frustrating experience, and I expected a professional company to handle this much better.

**Terrible Product & Worse Customer Service – Avoid Annke Cameras!**

I regret purchasing Annke cameras—they have **no audio**, making them practically useless for proper surveillance. When I tried to resolve the issue, the customer service was even worse. **No one answers the phone**—you can only leave a message. They provide an email for support, but **no one responds** there either.

It’s unacceptable to sell a faulty product and then ignore customers when they need help. **Save your money and buy from a company that actually stands behind their products.** I will never buy from Annke again and would strongly advise others to stay away.

Excellent buy for a DVR

Very good quality and well made product, and reasonable price for everyone to own it.

Bas compatibility with most of other cam brands

I bought Ankee DVR as an upgrade To my current DVR and it was a really bad idea, it turns all cameras view into black and white, and some other camera brands didn't even work ‘as you can see in attachment ‘on Ankke DVR! Such a cheap toy

Second hand dvr

The DVR came to me as secondhand. It already has a user and an email address attached to it, which I cannot open or set my own perimeters. I thought this DVR as I expected to come to me as a new device is only a secondhand device.
