Bought in Oct/nov 2025. Last month it stopped connecting to CarPlay. Tired everything to reconnect. No way to contact for warranty. Even firmware update doesn’t work and says device does not exist! It’s suppose to have 2 year warranty!

Bought this for a trip, tested it out and it was great so I adhered it. Not even an hour into the trip the screen kept going black using CarPlay, then it would disconnect it. Reconnecting it sometimes took turning the unit on off and my Bluetooth on and off. Sometimes even that wouldn’t work to connect back to car play. I just had to wait it out. I’ve tried updates, troubleshooting, everything. It’s great when it works, but the whole point was I didn’t want to be looking at my phone for navigation on a long drive which I ended up doing the whole time on my trip. Even on short drives on my trip it kept doing this. The unit wasn’t hot and was working as long as not on CarPlay screen. Useless if I can’t use CarPlay, especially for the price.

Replaced some time ago. Hesitant to replicate the settings below. Maybe a software glitch occurred when I changed the audio source while still connected to the car. Not sure but it works great now.
Old review: Detective device. Worked great right out of the box for 10 mins. When I changed the audio source to the speakers, it shut down on me. It continues to shutdown whenever I press on anything. Ordered a replacement and will return. Will update this review depending on the replacement.

I bought this for my kid-in-law after they got their driver’s license. Its perfect. Easy set up (don’t have to connect it to internal car stuff). Apple and Android play works great. music and calls can play through bluetooth, the radio, aux, or just the device speaker. Backup cam and dashcam look great and record great. Screen is very clear. Only a few negatives: 1) Its kind of bulky. Make sure you have the dash space for this thing. 2) You need to manually delete the recorded videos from time to time. 3) You will need to purchase some cable management supplies so that you can run the wires for the back up camera. Other than that, this is great to keep your kids from look at their phone while driving. Recommend.

I bought cheap and I got cheap. Several features don’t work despite reading the manual, following the instructions and troubleshooting. Some features that did not work was mirror shading, aux sound output, dual screen, etc. yes I read the manual, manually selected the audio output like it said, still nothing. When I got to the camera… I noticed it’s installed incorrectly. I had to tilt the device significantly to level out the video. Yes the camera moves but only moved more in the opposite direction I needed it to. Aka I could make the problem worse but if I tried to straighten it out that was as far as the camera would rotate. I’m returning this. It was a huge waste of time.

Carplay is good, included camera quality is great and usable. Fm sound quality is a bit questionable but usable. Installing the camera is different for each car so u might want to search up a guide. However the touchscreen isnt the best quality, it’ll spass out and is incredibly unresponsive and unreliable, usable but not the best, I would go with a higher quality one

I love it was easy to install so far have to do the dash cam only downfall is not being able to hear through car speakers I listen to audio books so this is a downer for me

As my vehicle is a 2015, car play does not come with it. After using this product for months i can say it is AMAZING. Survived the brutal AZ HEAT without any issues such as lag or freezing. The camera stayed great quality as well. I would recommend if you are looking for a good dash cam while also CARPLAY functionality.

Good price, Android auto, Apple CarPlay, Bluetooth call, music, backup camera all works fine. Sound quality and backup camera night vision not that good but acceptable. Music using car's FM transmission works well. Backup camera cable is long enough, as I installed this in Honda Odessey van. This cable has 90 deg connector, that's not good as that makes it difficult to move that cable freely with other cables in the van. Manufacturer should change it to straight connector to make installation a bit easier.
Update - After a month or so using it some strange issue happening with the backup camera. In the morning, when trying to back up the vehicle, backup view on car play is split into many views making it difficult to use. After that morning issue, it works fine whole day. Also, this issue in the morning doesn't happen always. Not sure if it has anything to do with cold. Vehicle stays outside and now a days sometimes nighttime temps goes below 20 deg Far.

So I was bet skeptical about orders a Carplay, last time ordered different brand was hard to set-up so I returned it. Watched the price and got it on great sale. Packaging came wonderfully un tack, and no damage observed at delivery. Connectivity was quick and simple,tried thru Bluetooth, radio channel and even thru Aux option to if is it all worked, if ever needed in the future. All options for sound worked. As I read as instructed Android Carplay was quick. Easy and simple. Whenever I get in the care Auto Android connection is Automatic, Screen display is bright and colorful. Actually got this for the dash camera as well and it worked perfectly. I THOUGHT the SD card thst came with the device 🤔 didn't work, but it did, I just had to push it further in the SD slot for it to take (it may look like it coming back out, but be patient and just push the SD CARD back in further using (used pencil tip) or tool to make sure it in far) and it will take perfectly.
Dash camera actually records well,and you can go in settings and delete or replay any videos, it records in 2 mins increments could be wrong, may have to test time recording on your own. I while driving the dash cam records in real time and you can snap pictures as well. Split screen is wonderfully and used well if that's your options. I already have a Smart traffic Garmin GPS so I use it only for dash came and android play. Now the suction however, that's another story. You may have to get double-sided, strong strong double-sided tape to hold it down. And it was prefect didn't move at faster speed or nothing. AND THE Carplay head piece does swivel with is a PLUS. Unfortunately The suction isn't strong enough for the Car play to stay on the dashboard. Just make sure that you clean dash very well. I would recommend this to anyone who needs carplay or apple pay, in their vehicle. Its worth the investment.
I will give it abot 2 months and do a updated review however RIGHT now out the box 📦 its great. Recommend to anyone. Review my recordings and pics and judge for yourself.

Very Happy with this CarPlay, easy to install, the instructions are very small to read but everything is pretty much self-explanatory. Only reason I gave it a 4 star was because I would’ve rather have a bracket to attach to the windshield instead of a sticky pad which more than likely would need to be replace in a few months but for the price it’s a good purchase.

I want to give this a 5 star as it was very easy to setup and it fits perfectly in my car. I have two complaints. The rearview camera does not automatically come on when in reverse. I saw someone else mention this in their review but I thought it was their wiring. But I’m pretty confident about my wiring and I’m having the same issue. The display has a blueish hue that washes the color which is annoying. It’s really evident when using a map app. The screen doesn't seem to have a color adjustment and adjusting the brightness does not help. I can still use the rear camera when I manually select it

Nice set of screen for car play, this is a new find for me, and it is very nice alternative to just use my phone to navigate. Easy to install the front section and quickly connected to my phone. Drove several times around the town and it worked great. The car camera is recording and it is a nice addition to car play, assume it is useful when needed.

Sounds great. Connected to Bluetooth easily. Instructions were provided and simple to follow. I didn’t install the rear camera just yet as I need a longer red wire that connects to my back up (reverse) lights to trigger the camera. No rush since I already have a full dash cam system separate from this. I’ll let you know later down the road if I have any feedback from further use.
