This product has a major defect. I brought my first light 1 year ago and I was too late to get a replacement so I brought another one in June 11 2026. On August 26th 2026 the same problem happened. The part that attach to the light pops off if you put a soft box on it. Did the exact same thing twice. This time I file for my warranty. I wish I can get a refund.

The product is new, but the packaging was opened. 4 stars not for the quality of the product, but for the opened packaging. Ideally, the seller should have indicated that the packaging was opened and sold the product at a discount.
The product itself is worth the money and works perfectly. I will buy another one, but not from this seller.

These are perfect for lighting my studio. I have two of these lights, mounted on the top of tripods. The power cords for the lights are wonderfully long, making it easy for me to move the tripods around my studio to get light where I need it, without having to constantly change where they're plugged in to power. Most often, I have the lights pointed up at the white ceiling to bounce the light off of it and fill the room with great light for photos, and video footage. I like that the lights are small, but they're powerful and quiet.

OK so 1st of all I'm no expert on all things studio lights BUT, I did do a ton of research and constantly came back to this light.
It is easily controlled by the Sidus App that comes with the product for free and is easy to use if the app is not for you. It's also bright enough. If you're wanting to use this outside trying to fight the sun then this is definitely not the correct light. If like me, you have a modest home studio and want soft lighting via a soft box, then this works perfectly.
I can fins absolutely nothing to complain about with this light, especially at this price.
