Camera lens fractured within a year. The camera view became fuzzy and hard to see anything clearly due to the mosaic lens damage possibly from inferior quality materials. ARCCTV would not stand behind their product when contacted about a warranty replacement.

Mounting it was straightforward, and connecting it to my Wi-Fi was quick and smooth since it supports both 2.4G and 5G dual-band Wi-Fi.

I’m very happy with this security camera. The 4MP image quality is excellent and the picture looks very clear, even when there is movement. The night vision also works really well and provides good detail in low-light conditions.
I really like that it is wireless and has a built-in solar panel, which makes it very convenient and means I don’t have to constantly worry about charging it. The motion detection works very well, and the notifications are helpful for keeping track of what is happening.
The two-way audio is another great feature because I can listen and talk through the camera when needed. The WiFi connection has been stable, and the installation was fairly easy.
Overall, this is a very complete and convenient security camera with great image quality. I definitely recommend it for anyone looking for an outdoor security camera.

I originally purchased two of these wireless (and no batteries needed) security cameras and liked the way they operate and the price so I bought a third for my residence. They give enough range coverage and also work with my Wi-Fi even though they are over 25 feet away. I like the app, which is pretty straightforward to control and operate these cameras. They allow video capture and photo storage. I highly recommend buying the mini SD card for storage. These cameras can withstand the hot and dusty Texas weather conditions.
They offer a night vision setting.
I don’t care for their cloud storage and other add-ons that are marketed in the app.
They provide easy monitoring of your property remotely via your smartphone.
One can control the settings for alarm with a siren and/or flashing lights. You can hear sounds or turn off the two-way audio which captures sounds. You can set the alarm sensitivity and frame humans and/or critters. I love that these cameras work with solar power and hold their charge. I’ve never experienced a low charge indicator because I have located the cameras where the top-mounted solar panel gets plenty of sunlight but the camera lens isn’t glared or blinded.
These cameras come with an easy method to attach to many surfaces. They provide four screws and anchors. See my photos of all 3 cameras. Definitely recommended.

Easy to program, easy to install. Great HD. Good product.
Aww
easy to install, hard to turn on, water intrusion. I saw condensation inside the cameras as seen in attached picture that camera did not start, plug it in to usbc charger and after one day got green light instead of amber light. am not comfortable putting camera out of reach as if solar does not charges them will have to manually remove them to do so.

Great camera! Easy to install, very clear video day and night, and works smoothly. Feels sturdy and reliable. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

They work pretty well. The clarity is great night and day. The solar pannel works great at an exterme angle. One of mine only gets a couple hours of morning sun and its battery had kept a charge. Notifications are accurate also.

I purchased 2 sets of same cameras due to the great video quality. Images are clear captures people walking on other side of street. Motion sensors alerts me with a message if it’s a human or an object within close proximity to my home. I am happy with the purchase off all 4 cameras app is easy to understand you can view videos with a subscription for cloud storage or also by purchasing an SD card. What made me buy the cameras was that they are solar charged and solar panel is integrated on top of security device and no need to have two separate units and make unnecessary holes on home.

I like these because they are a self-contained without any extra wires hanging off of it.
One was installed last August by the front gate. So far so good, we will see how long these hold up until next year at this time.
In the Hot Arizona sun. These are super easy to set up with your Wi-Fi. Easy to find the video, and text or email the file when needed.

I purchased these to install for a customer of mine. I also purchased 2 micro SD cards that way I don't have to pay for cloud storage. The cameras have crisp 2k quality and the solar charging works phenomenal. I would avoid placing this camera somewhere there is constant motion because your battery won't last as long especially in the winter months when we have less sun. Unless you run a usb c to supply permanent power. Will definitely purchase these again. Its been almost 2 months and no problems. They do also have a built in spotlight for perfect color night vision. Great value for the cost.

I am happy with my purchase it gives me peace of mind. They were easy and fast to install. They give clear image and sound. Love the night vision and battery life is great as it’s solar. Also the app is easy to navigate.

I'm a bit concerned about the holes for the speaker. Build quality is of average quality. The mount with 4 screws in each base could be a bit sturdier. A bit confusing getting the software to operate the cameras. The one positive is that the solar cell starts putting out charging voltage under even dim light. Not Recommended.

This camera is great for places that you have Wi-Fi connection but not a readily accessible power source other than the sun. This camera takes acceptable photos and videos to let you know what's going on. I would need to change it's location in order to get more detail needed for license tags and such but I'm more interested in knowing that there is something going on period, not needing to do a zoom and enhance.
Set up was fairly easy and install was quick as well. The mount takes a little practice to get everything just right so it will probably be easier to practice if you don't have great footing or if you need to use a ladder for install.
The app is okay, but not great. There's a little of the functionality that I expected either missing or hidden, like deleting the pictures but they automatically are deleted after three days if you are bypassing the cloud storage. There's sometimes a lag for the notification of movement, this could be partly because of the Wi-Fi penetration through my metal walled shop, but sometimes it is nearly instant so I haven't quite figured that out. At any rate, it is a great option for my usage and I'm happy with my order.

Two stars for the two ARCCTV solar security cameras. The ease of use of the app is not good. The one camera that is very close to the Wi-Fi kept disconnecting from the Wi-Fi. The field of view is very poor. Quality & Look: These cameras are big and heavy. I don't know about the solar power battery life yet as I have just installed them. The battery life should be okay since they are installed in the sunlight in Florida. I have them set to continuous recording which uses more battery.
The motion detection falls very short. It's horrible. The motion detection always records the event towards the very end of the actual event. It seems to start recording very late. SEE VIDEO. There is no way to see the full video of the man approaching the house. What you see in this video is what you get. I have no idea why he was at the house before 6:00 a.m. Not good functionality.
Functionality: the quality of the camera view is nice and clear but the field of view is horribly small. The app has problems with viewing past events. You cannot continuous recording as the app always wants to skip forward to the next event after a few seconds of recording. Every time I try to go back in the timeline it just skips forward automatically. Continuous recording does not people or movement events. The timeline slider is horrible.
I tried the speaker but I don't know if it works properly as I could not hear the person talking back to me.
These security cameras seem like they are solid but they aren't the best. The return window closed so I had no choice but to keep them. I'll keep searching for better cameras.
I purchased these so they would record even when the electricity goes out during a hurricane in Florida.

Es un poco lenta pero es bastante buena.

Perfect for keeping track of wandering livestock, vagabond dogs, or the occasional stray ranch hand. Also handy for knowing if it’s USPS or FedEx rattling up the drive.
Setup was straightforward—mount it, connect through the app, and let the solar panel do its job. No cords to trip over, no need to remember to recharge. The video is sharp enough during the day, and at night I can still see what’s moving around the yard. The motion alerts come through quickly, which saves me from having to guess whether it’s coyotes, cattle, or a kid sneaking into the feed shed.
The camera feels solid, the mount holds steady, and the wireless connection hasn’t let me down. I like that it can run on both 2.4 and 5G WiFi—it made setup painless.
Bottom line: It’s not a high-end movie studio, but it does exactly what I need—gives me peace of mind, keeps me in the loop, and lets me catch both critters and delivery drivers in the act.

Highlights: Holds the charge, motion detection works great, easy to program. Downside: The SD card slot reads full even with a new card. They want you to purchase monitoring services.

These cameras appear to be built well however the view/range is not very good. The functionality of it is very confusing. You also have to purchase storage for it to function properly. It doesn’t distinguish between people and animals. Cats set it off and it told me human active. They are definitely not worth 40 each. My geeni cameras function much better. Connectivity is slow as well. Zoom feature is okay but not great. Not having its own sounds available for each camera is a no go for me as well. I do not recommend these cameras.

I’ve been pleasantly surprised by how capable this Solar Security Camera Outdoor Wireless has been, especially considering its budget-friendly price point.
Pros:
The weatherproof build and embedded solar panel are solid — it's been through a few storms already and still works like a charm.
The light is bright and effective, adding visibility and acting as a nice deterrent at night.
While it doesn’t include an SD card, that wasn’t a deal-breaker for me. Once added, storage works as expected.
Dual-band WiFi (2.4G/5G) is a great feature for faster, more stable connectivity.
The ARRCTV app was easy to find and install by scanning the QR code on the camera. There were a few setup quirks, but nothing major. Once it was up and running, I haven’t had any issues.
Motion detection works well and is sensitive enough without being overwhelming.
Things to keep in mind:
Like many WiFi-connected cameras, I’m still a little uncertain about the long-term data security, but realistically — if anyone wants backyard footage of my dog sunbathing, they’re welcome to it.
Overall, this camera is a great value for the price, and it shows just how far solar WiFi cams have come. It’s reliable, effective, and packed with the right features for everyday home monitoring. Would definitely recommend for budget-conscious buyers looking for peace of mind.

I bought this solar security camera to keep an eye on my backyard, and I’m really happy with it. The picture quality is clear during the day, and even at night the night vision works well enough to see what’s going on. Setting it up was simple, and I liked that it connects to both 2.4G and 5G WiFi, so I didn’t have any problems with the signal.
The motion sensor is pretty accurate — I get alerts right away when something moves. Plus, since it’s solar powered, I don’t have to worry about charging the battery all the time, which is a huge plus for me.
For the price, I think this camera is an excellent deal. It’s lightweight, works well, and gives me peace of mind. Definitely recommend if you want an easy-to-install security camera without complicated setups!

I purchased this camera for my catio so I could keep an eye on my cats while they're outside. Prior to this camera, I had a well-known brand setup, but I had to run the wiring out of a window, which looked so tacky.. I love that this camera has a built-in solar panel; it retains a charge even on cloudy days, connects to both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz WiFi, and the motion alerts are on point..
The setup took longer than I expected, which is why I deducted one star. I'm pretty tech-savvy, but I had some difficulty connecting the camera. I repeated the setup instructions a few times, and eventually, it worked. Since then, it has stayed connected without issues. I also used a memory card I already had to avoid purchasing the cloud services they offer.
I would recommend this camera to anyone looking for peace of mind without the hassle of monthly fees or complicated wiring.

I needed a camera to cover my mailbox which is outside my front gate because a delivery of iPhones was recently stolen so I ordered this ARCCTV outdoor surveillance camera. It has many features resulting in many positives. It has 4MP Ultra HD resolution with advanced IR night vision which they say provides 33ft visibility in complete darkness delivering vivid nighttime images. Another huge positive is it is powered by a solar panel so no need for expensive wring or batteries. It has two-way audio which is another plus. It supports both 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi – many others only use one or the other. The camera automatically selects the strongest Wi-Fi signal. The solar panel is on top of the camera so no separate mounting is required. The only negatives are: (a) You cannot mount it in a shady area. It must be in a fairly sunny area or it will slowly die, and (b) It can take a while to figure everything out and you may need tech help, but that it because it has so many positive features. The positives far outweigh the negatives so I am giving it 5 stars.

This seems like a really nice camera with a lot of features and a full function App. I fully charged it before installing, and it was working great when I put it up a week ago. It is under an eve so it is not in direct sun but I figured it would get enough light to stay charged - not so! A week after installing, it appears to be dead. Not sure what to do now. I have it mounted where I need coverage, so moving it is not really an option.

A very nice solar cam that has a great picture. The App works very well but would like a little less of the cloud feature ads. The camera itself works very well and night vision is super clear. Easy to install with the included template.

This camera is definitely made for security use. It can be used by itself, or it can be integrated into any existing surveillance system. In my case, I'm using it to enhance the system I already have in place. The 1440p image looks great and makes object identification easy. It's clear enough that I'm able to read my car's license plate with it. This camera also has a decent field of view. I can pretty much see everything that's going on outside the front of my home. And the good thing is, it works on both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz networks, so there's no need to worry about compatibility issues. It's an awesome camera at an awesome price.

The price with coupon is about $31. I didn't expect much and saw reviews about the app that were not favorable. It took several tries to get it connected to my phone and WiFi but once I reset the device and switched to 2G connection on my router, everything went smoothly. It really helps to read the instructions lol! 2G connection will actually work better than 5G. If the device is going to be a distance from the router and getting it's signal through a wall. The picture is sharp and the angle is wide. I'll be using this in my backyard to monitor the outdoor activity of my pets. It has night vision, a microphone and lights which are all controlled through the app on my phone.. There's a solar panel on top but you can also charge it with the charging cable that is provided. It's a standard C cable. I haven't mounted it and officially started using it so I'll come back and update in a week. So far I have not encountered any glitches with the app but I need more time to give an accurate assessment. The biggest test will be to see if I am able to use it when I am not at home. Weather or not the app will continue to be glitch free. It appears to be well made meaning the materials don't look or feel cheap. It weighs 13 ounces. The mounting hardware provided might need to be upgraded, depending on what you're mounting it to.
