I am writing this review, the same exact day It was delivered. I expected the headphones to be solid and bigger than they came, the actually earphones themselves are extremely wobbly and uncomfortable to put on my ears, as they make an uncomfortable sound over them. The real issue I have is the fact that they don't work/charge fully/connect to my phone. I plugged these headphones up for over 4-5 hours, I came back home to set them up to my phone. The light was blue so I assumed that they were fully charged. I took them off the charge and turned them on and they turned red and started blinking. Not only that, but they would not connect to my phone. I tried twice and my device would not pick up these headphones for anything! To be honest, I just want my money back that I spent on these, I'm not sure what's going on but I would like a full refund ASAP.

Great sound and battery life.
I bought these in early 2016 for use at work to drown out the noise of an open office. They worked pretty well for that purpose, the sound is great (disclaimer that I'm not in any way an audiophile and I don't listen to bass-heavy music) and despite not being active noise-canceling, not much outside noise gets through. They're also comfortable and sleek looking and the battery life is great.
There are a few annoyances - one being the persistent flashing blue light. I don't want to look like a lighthouse going off. That's minor though... The main issue I had is that pretty quickly, the lining on the band and the ear pads started to flake off. As you can see in the photo I uploaded, the entire lining on the band is now gone - it was bad enough that I just peeled the rest off. The ear pads started to flake about a year ago. Whenever I wore them, I would have to pick little flakes of black out of my hair. There seems to be no way to buy replacement pads, so even though these are still perfectly functional I can't use them anymore. I just ordered a different brand to replace these, which is unfortunate because I did really like them.

DON’T Trust all the Positive Reviews!!!!
This was a complete waste of my time and money. All the reviews and videos are very misleading. The build quality is very cheap.
Battery doesn’t last anywhere near what’s advertised.
Worst of all is the sound quality is HORRIBLE!! Sounds extremely muffled.
Very poor base.
Don’t trust the number of reviews.
Wasted my time and money.

Exceeded my expectations!
UPDATE 11/2017: It has now been about 3 months of use, and I still love these headphones! Even more comfortable now and the sound is still great! Again, I'm not a audiophile, but I like what I hear out of these and believe for the price you cannot beat them.
Original Review: So I have only been using these for a few weeks, but I feel that's enough time for a review. I love these headphones! Now, I am far from an audiophile, I just wanted something over the ear, comfortable and good sound. I got all of that with these. Even friends that have tried them on are impressed with the sound. Bass isn't overpowering, but still very noticeable. All of the mids and highs seem very clear to me. They are comfortable to wear for long periods of time, I can wear them four hours and still not have any discomfort.... even with my bulbous head! The Bluetooth works great. Easy to connect and a long range. I can walk from one side of the office to the other and still be connected. The battery is awesome. I have only had to charge it twice since I started wearing them. The ear parts swivel a bit so you can really get a "custom" fit. I think the only thing that annoys me, is that the Bluetooth/power light always flashes when on.... other than that, I have no complaints!

Don't judge a book by its PACKAGING?
Okay, maybe the title for this review may not have used the correct idiom but i just wanted to make a point on the quality (or lack thereof) of this headphone. The first thing i noticed when i opened its box was that its plastic bag (for the headphone) was missing. All the other accessories such as the cables and stuff had the proper packaging. What made matters worse was that the headphones look USED. I knew this because the leather (or whatever it is made from) looked scratched. Not too noticeable but i could definitely notice all the dust, and just had a very cheap feel to it. The headphone looks like it could break in a few months because of its design and materials employed. I received it a few days ago, and it is still in the package since i do not want to settle for a headphone that looks used. I will probably return it this week and get a refund. I have uploaded a picture of the package as proof.
I should have taken all the bad reviews seriously. I just ignored them since i thought i could end up getting "a good batch." Unfortunately, i believe that buying this headphone is a bad investment until the company starts controlling its quality since i would spend more in the future getting new ones. I think it would be better getting a headphone from a trusted brand. Problem is that nearly each one has negative reviews and is difficult to find out who to trust. Anyway, long story short, I HIGHLY ADVISE you not to buy these headphones and go for a trusted brand. (I know it could be more expensive but there are other brands that offer headphones for less than 100 bucks if you are willing to do a little bit of research). Hopefully, i can prevent others from making the mistake i made. Gratefully, i avoided "a loss" since i noticed its problems from day one and can return it for a full refund.

Great Head phones! Love them
I have been using these headphones for a few months now, as my work headphones, a few hours a day, 5 days a week. They are in great condition except i think there may have been a manufacture defect in the band of the product.
Like i said the headphones are in great condition and are not used in any active activities, but there looks to have been an air bubble in the plastic band that goes over your head, the plastic band has fully cracked all the way through.
Under further inspection i found that the band has to impressions under the band i assume were part of the plastic mold, that line up, that with the addition of an air bubble in the plastic above a notch caused the plastic to crack with little force related to putting the head phones on and off.
I would recommend these headphones to friends and family, i love the bluetooth (no wires) and the near field connection they offer, its possible that the warranty (if one exists) would cover the defect. if not is there a way to purchase a new band?

Go ahead and buy them. You won't regret it.
Love these. The outlasted both my daughter's beats and for a fraction of the price. This will be my second pair. I also bought an extra for my husband in the red and he loved them. My first pair just died on me. I fell asleep with them on and had them running on an external battery. Don't know if that had anything to do with it. They were going on 3+ years and had only paid $40 for them back then so I wasn't too upset. No problem deciding what new headphones to buy.
Pro- easy to use. I have no problem syncing them to my different devices. I mostly use apple devices but I have synced them to my Dish box at night to watch tv while my husband sleeps, with no problems. Controls are easy to find. Center button to pause, play, sync and power on and off. Right above the center button you have two buttons for volume control and under the center button two buttons for back and forward. Look no more these are the headphones you want if you are looking for inexpensive, good, durable headphones.
Pro- comfortable. They surround my whole ear and aren't tight. They're cushioned around your ears and on the part that rests on your head.
Pro- durable and flexible. That was our problem with the beats, whatever plastic they use doesn't have a lot of give and they ended up breaking in half from all the pulling them wide to put them on and off. These have a bit more flex to them.
Pro- price! Hello, less than $50 bucks, what's not to love?
Pro- battery life. I haven't really paid attention to the exact time but it's hours non stop. I listen to my audible books as I go about my day. I actually don't charge them everyday. Sorry, I can't be specific. But it's a long time.
Cons- Not as crisp a sound as some like but this only matters if you're a sound geek. I think they still sound great. I liked them better than the Beats. Not distorted, no hissing, not high pitchy or too bassy ( is that a word?).
Con- I do lose signal if there are too many walls between the headphones and my device. But for the most part I can move through my house and even step outside without losing the connection.
Photos: The silver ones are my old pair after 3+ years that I burned out. I wanted to show how they fare with time. Again, I used them everyday for hours straight. The black and red are our new ones.

One of the best budget headphones
This time around, cheap headphones are getting better and better. This one is an exception, with it's amazing lightness, comfortability, and all around packs a great sound, it is by far one of the best budget headphones. If you're wondering if the headphones are an over ear headphones, I would say it's kind of. You see, it would fit perfectly around the ear to people who have normal to small ears, but for us people who have big ears, it would rest on the bottom part of you're ear. Which to say, it still feels like an over ear headphone and you'd get use to it really fast. Software is solid and getting it setup is easy, I do have a problem though, but it's really because of my own personal taste. It starts to blink blue whenever you turn it on, which at times it's fine but when you're in a dark room or in an airplane st night sitting next to someone, it might get a little annoying but you could get use to it. Nonetheless, This is an amazing headphone, great clarity as well.

Solid Set of Cans that Deliver
I have had a lot of Bluetooth headphones; whether it is in-ear, on-ear, or over-the-ear. I usually dabble in the mid to high-end range headphones too. However, these caught my attention based on the reviews. So, here's my review.
Pros:
Lightweight + build quality
Ear & top pads are extremely soft -- I wore these for about 4 hours with no discomfort -- completely covers my ears as well
Not an audiophile, but the sound is good to my ears
If you like bass, then you'll like these -- the bass doesn't overtake the rest of the sound either
Easy to store -- I ended up buying the case for these too
Tangle-free cables included
Controls are easy to use
Call quality is average -- which works for me
Noise cancellation is passive, meaning the ear cups do a great job + the music at a mid-range level
Easy to pair with multiple devices
Price
Cons:
Doesn't seem to support "Ok Google" -- if I am missing something, please let me know
I've only had these for a few days, so I can't comment on battery life.
Not a grip, but I wish it supported USB Type-C.
I would definitely recommend these cans to anyone looking for an affordable set that delivers.

4 years old and still AMAZING
I'm updating my review (bought August EP650 July 2016). I was very careful selecting headphones when I bought these by researching specs and many audiophile YouTube videos. In July, I would have been using these headphones for 4 years, longer than any electronic device I've ever owned, and I use these daily. The charge still holds (I haven't charged them since last week). For about a year and a half, I left them plugged in to my headphone jack, not using the wireless function. When removed, they took a couple days to adjust to being wireless again as far as sound quality went. The sound is still impeccable and clear. After heavy use, the first thing I noticed (after a year or so) was the chipping away at the padding. This will leave behind some flakey debris, but these pads can be replaced. The first failure happened with the detachable 2 way 3.5mm jack. I bought a replacement for less than $10, so I'm not mad about that. Most recently, the power/play button requires two long presses (as opposed to one long press) to turn them on. All in all, if you didn't see the years of wear on them, listening to them has the same clear quality as the day I bought them, and they seem to be here to stay.

You won't find a better headset for the price!
These are fantastic headphones for the price. I can't believe you can score well made, lightweight, noise cancelling headphones with both Bluetooth and NFC for less than $50! You can "dual home" these devices via Bluetooth and connect and stream from two devices at once. I have them linked to my Surface Pro 3, and Nexus 6P at work, so I can stream Spotify, YouTube, etc. from the Surface, while also take and receiving calls from my Nexus 6P. It really is a fantastic headset that is comfortable to wear for long hours at the office.
As far as the sound goes. I've owned Bose, Beats and Monster wireless noise cancelling headphones over the past several years, and the August EP650 more than hold their own against those brands at a fraction of the cost. The truth is, no audiophile who listens to FLACs is going to use wireless Bluetooth headsets. So all of the other expensive brands simply are having you paying for the name, branding and bells and whistles that don't really make a difference when you are streaming wirelessly. Save yourself some cash, and get a decent set like these and call it a day.
In the image attached, you can see the headset paired nicely with my new Rainwavz Hengja Headphone Desk Hanger, which is also fantastic for the price.

These headphones are NEXT LEVEL! Go Get a Pair ASAP
I did a lot of research on various forums and saw hundreds of feedbacks that people have given. Now I usually don't write reviews(this being my first) but this product has compelled me to write one.
Okay first things first- Looks-4/5
Build-4.5/5 ( the extension for headband has a metal strip instead of plastic, which makes it more solid and sturdy)
Comfort-4/5(ear cushions are soft and the overall weight of headphones is very low)
Sound-4/5; Bass-4/5(yes i had to mention this separately)
Connectivity(Bluetooth pairing):4.5/5
Microphone:3.5/5
So for the past one week I've been spending an hour every night searching and it all came down to a tie between August EP650 and Status Audio, but what made August a clear winner is the fact that it has an AWESOME bass(hip-hop & trance lovers are gonna dig these) annnnd the ear cushions are large and cover ears nice and soft giving maximum noise isolation. Ive been a past owner of Marshall majors, Beats and sennheisers so trust me when i say August headphones are good THEY ARE GOOD! I'm actually surprised how these come at such a low price tag, I bet if these were in a store in an upscale shopping mall they would retail for $200 easy. Enough said, these are bombdotcom. GO GET YOURSELF A PAIR!

BEST Headset & BEST Priced!
Update 1 year later: Still works like the first day,
BUT after a 1 yr of use the ear padding is cracking on both sides. See pictures. These were well taken care of with it's own hanging stand. Hardly used maybe 3 to 4 times a week at most. Wish the quality was better but for the price I guess you sacrifice somewhere. Still love them but kind of bummed that they're cracking this bad.
Original Post: Ok so I'm writing this review after 2 of using it, verdict: I LOVE IT!
I did my research and after contemplating whether or not to get a bluetooth or a wired one, this covered both!
I mainly bought these to use at my computer for music, Netflix, and they are phenomenal! The sound quality rivals any $100 headphones and for half the cost. The charge lasts me for days I only charge them just to be safe every 3 or 5 days of use. I've also used them as a Dj with the wire and it gets the job done. I took them hiking and they work just as well, although sweat and nice headphones is something I'd rather not mix.
Build Quality: Love the matte finish and feels sturdy. No complaints here.
Sound: With bluetooth because it uses the power from the built in battery, it sounds awesome! I listen to everything from classical, Trip hop, classic rock, hip hop to drum and bass, and they all sound good. The beats are all there, you won't be disappointed.
Fit: I have a big head and they fit nice and snug. No pressure points that will cause any type of discomfort.
Conclusion: 2 months in and I am more than excited that I chose wisely. I love them so much I built a custom stand just for them. I highly recommend the August EP650. You get more than your moneys worth in comfort, feel, design and SOUND!

Was a 5 star but black foam falling apart. Buy something else!!
I absolutely LOVE these headphones. I had a pair of Bludio R+ that I lost at the airport over Christmas. I liked those but man am I glad I got these as a replacement. These are very comfortable, they have great sound and most of all they are comfortable! They are pretty light weight and in the very unlikely event that I lose this pair, I will replace them with the exact same thing. I mainly use these for listening to videos so I don't wake/disturb my wife if she is sleeping. I find them great for music or online videos. If the battery goes dead, you can just plug in the audio cable that came with them and keep on rolling (listening) and just charge them when you are done.
The one thing I wish they did not do (as did the Bludio R+ ) is BLINK when they are connected. If you are on a bus or a plane and it is dark, the blue light on the side just blinks away. A small piece of painters tape would cover it up but I wish there was a way to either turn the light off or just make it stay solid. I would find it annoying if someone
beside me had a headset with a blinking light in the dark. Just my opinion.
UPDATE 12/12/2019
The black foam (ear piece and head liner) does not last. It began a while back to break down and leave black residue everywhere. I contacted the company and they basically said "my problem" . The sound is great but you will have black crap over your ears and in your hair. Get something else.

Hot bass headphones for an amazing price!
These are probably the best headphones I've owned in my life. I've never been a big spender on headphones, but for around $50, these sure pack a punch! The bass is killer for its size/cost and you won't be disappointed listening to pop, hip hop, R&B, or the likes. Of course other genres sound just fine, but the bass is what really stands out to me.
These are comfortable enough that I can wear them all day at work at my desk or at the gym and not feel the slightest discomfort. And being able to walk away from my desk and still have the Bluetooth connection is priceless. (My older coworkers are baffled by the Bluetooth technology) I also get many complements about how good they look/nice color.
Lastly, the battery life is stellar. I received these for Christmas and immediately took them on a 6+ hour flight both ways without needing to charge them again. I can listen to them for several days at work on a single charge as well.
Overall, very happy with this item. It ended up being my favorite Christmas gift I received that year and they will get LOTS of good use. I even bought the matching traveling case to keep them protected. (I recommend this so they don't get bent out of shape/scratched in travel) Before you throw down hundreds for name brand headphones like Bose or Beats by Dr. Dre, seriously give these a chance. You won't be disappointed.
**** 5 YEAR UPDATE: **** (Dec 2020)
Wow I'm glad this product is still up because I'm giving an update exactly 5 years and 1 month after my purchase! I used these headphones daily at work for maybe 1 1/2 - 2 years and then let them sit in a drawer for several years. When I changed to working from home, I thought it would be great to pull them out again and see if they're alive. I figured the Bluetooth battery long term would've suffered greatly since I let them sit in a drawer for years. Guess what, I charged them up and they still play for hours!! The only issue it has now is the faux leather/vinyl fabric on the ear cups and headband has started to crackle and flake off. Which makes sense for how old it is, but the fabric literally will fall off before the battery quits holding a charge! Overall amazed and I'll probably buy another pair when I'm finally annoyed at the fabric flakes falling on my clothes and hair. Hey but they still work! Hopefully this helps in your decision making process. I am a fan of these especially for the price.

One of the best pair of over ear headphones I've bought period!
I'm not going to get into what "should sound good" because we all hear differently so a discussion on highs and lows and mid range levels are irrelevant.
I've bought my share of expensive headphones because they were supposed to be the BEST. For the price of these they blow many of those out of the water, including the Bears studio, plant tonics, and jaybirds.
The ear cups swivel to get a good comfy fit around your ear and they look sharp. My only issue is when you have them around your neck turning your head can be a little uncomfortable but minor issue.
They do have a mic for talking on the phone but I had to raise my voice so people could hear me. Accessing controls are a breeze and super simple and they're WIRELESS!

Best sounding headphones I ever heard.
August EP650k
Here is my review of the August EP650k, but first the disclosure: I am not a paid spokesman for August nor am I a employee of the company, this is my honesty review of the product.
Let's start with the Spec's: Specifications - Bluetooth Specification: Bluetooth V4.0 - Operating Range: Up to 30ft - Frequency Response: 60Hz - 20KHz - Speaker Output: 30mW - SNR: ?85dB - Distortion: ?1.0% - Battery: 3.7V/220mAh Built-in Li-ion Battery - Working Time: 10 Hours - Charging Time: 2 Hours - Standby Time: 30 Days - Weight: 8.2oz - Dimensions: 176.6 x 188.6 x 71mm. NFC compatible, audio out device.
When I opened the box, it was love at first sight as my eyes rested on the gold color headphones. The headphones felt lite but durable, the meatal along the headband give them a premium felling. It was easy to pair using NFC on my g4. I loved the ability to see the battery indicator on my phone once paired. I enjoy this feature, because it allows me to see how much juice I have left in my headphones. The leather padding on the headband and ear cups are absolutely wonderful. The Ear Cups have a swivel that allows the headphone to move with your head. As you can tell in the video the headphones was wonderful doing my workout, I had no problems, at all with them.
The Sound in these headphones are better than other headphones I heard before, including my beats. They get super loud, while keeping the quality in sound. The bass rips off a deep thunderous vibration, that made my face shake. I'm not trying to be a fan boy here, but they are a great set of head phones

I love these headphones! (Only one concern/Dislike): Here's a way to listen to music and talk on skype at the same time…
I ordered these on Sunday and got it here on Tuesday with two day shipping.
Look and Feel: I got the red one. I was going to get the gold one because that looked nicer but it was a tad bit more expensive than I had wanted to shell out. the look and feel of this one is amazing. The color is a deep red, burgundy color. It doesn't feel cheap. It feels well-made. For the price you pay, this is pretty nice. The headphones does not have a plastic feel where you can leave fingerprints etc. The outer cover (the colored part) is a satin, rubber material. It feels smooth. The inner cover (The black) is plastic. The cushion for your ears and the top of your head is made out of the faux leather material and feel comfortably.
Fit: The fit is perfect. It goes right over my ears. Then again, my ears are small so the cushion actually covers my entire ear and my ear is nestled inside.
Bluetooth Connection: Connecting it to bluetooth is easy. All you have to do is first fully charge the headphones and then press and hold the play button until it turns on. It will start pairing. Another way to start pairing is press and hold the volume up and volume down button. The headphones connected to my Windows 8.1 Pro HP Ultrabook easily.
Sound: WOW! For the price you pay, this headphone delivers an amazing range of sound. The highs and lows are really nice. The bass is also superb. I tested the headphones through what I usually listen to: Hardstyle, classical music, hip hop, R&B, rap, country etc. The headphone delivers clear, pure surround sound.
Microphone: Another reason why I chose these headphones is because I wanted a wireless headphone to talk on skype with too. It works very well with skype even when I was whispering. It does sound a bit raspy. But I can still hear myself so I am happy.
Conclusion: I am ecstatic that I bought these headphone. I think I might be buying this for my family too. I really enjoy using these headphone so far.
My only dislike would be when I am charging the headphone, the charger doesn't completely touch the headphone. Is this normal?
UPDATE: These act as an amazing stereo headphone and as a headset.
Stereo Headphone: You can listen to music but can't really use it to talk on the phone and listen to amazing music at the same time. The sound from a stereo headphone is amazing! The sound are clear.
Headset: This work as an amazing headset too if you were just using them to talk on the phone. The other side could hear you clearly. I use this mainly for skype. At first when I was talking on skype, I tried talking and listening at the music, but I found out that sound didn't go through. the only way I found that would let me listen to music, listen to the other person and use my mic all at the same time was basically:
When you are using skype or any type of app like that, you will have to set the Headset as a default playback in Control Panel--> Hardware and Sound--> Playback--> Right Click headset--> Set as default playback not default communication. Everything is now played through the headset.
When you are not using skype or talking, you can always set the stereo headphone as default again through the same way I mentioned above.
WARNING: When you set the headset as a default playback for music and hearing the other side at the same time, the sound is NOT AS GREAT. You will not get the full effect of the stereo headphones.
Anyway, definitely look forward to reviewing it after 1 month and 3 month.

the blue light is annoying, there's only 1 way to turn it off
i haven't had it for very long, but comfortable and sounds great. there's no way to turn off the blinking bluetooth light but you can do it by taking it apart, which will void the warranty and you risk breaking it. instructions on how to turn off or dim the annoying blinking Bluetooth light in 4 steps, pictured.
1. carefully pop the cover off. be careful to not split the plastic, like I did in the pic.
2. carefully pop the play button off.
3. cover the 2 white LED lights in the middle.
4. reassemble!
in the last pic, I also popped the other panel off but you don't need to do that. I unscrewed things that didn't need to be, and now you can learn from my mistakes.
did this with a small screwdriver and just covered the light with a small piece of paper.

BEST Bang-for-buck bluetooth headphones period.
After purchasing the MPOW Muze, the Photive BTH3 and the EP650's, the EP650's won by a landslide.
COMFORT:
Unlike the other two models I tried, these were very, very comfortable. I think the rectangular design of the ear cups (which do fit OVER-ear) disperse the tension well over your ears. I never experienced any kind of burning or pinching sensation and I'll wear these to the gym which is usually around an hour of continuous use.
SOUND QUALITY:
Man... They just rock. Plain and simple. The bass is phenomenal, and by that, I don't mean "Whoa, man! These things are ALL BASS", no. It's refined bass that's punchy and clean. The overall range is great and again, the best out of the three models of headphones. I find myself listening to music on these headphones to get a better experience which wouldn't be the case if the fidelity wasn't there. Overall, great drivers on these.
CONNECTIVITY:
Super-easy. After I paired them with my phone, I didn't notice any drop in audio quality that some who buy lesser headphones tell themselves is the reason the quality is lacking (when in actuality, it's just because they have s*** headphones, not because it's over bluetooth). The quality is great. Once they're paired, I just turn the bluetooth on on my phone first, then turn these on and badda-bing. Automatic.
CONTROL CLUSTER:
I really REALLY like that all the buttons are located in one are. It's very easy to navigate tracks, volume and play/pause. The play, pause/on, off button is concave, so it's really easy to find that as a home key of sorts and navigate volume or tracks from there. People have complained about the brightness of the actual bluetooth light - I think that's laughable. Never had an issue. If it's really an issue for some, hit it with some nail polish and relax. They're $50.
PRICE:
That's the last thing I want to talk about it. This isn't just one of those "Well, for the money it's great" which is absolutely true, but REGARDLESS of cost, these are GREAT headphones! I thought I had to buy $150+ to get the quality I was looking for (I'm a musician at heart), but these have satisfied the quality needs I have. This is one of the best bang-for-buck purchases I've made in a long time. Try them out!

Amazing sound quality at an amazing price
I had purchased, for my wife's birthday a while back, a set of the Outdoor Tech BT earbuds and was looking to get myself a pair of just regular BT headphones. I read a couple of the reviews, watched some videos on youtube, and then came upon these August EP650BT Wireless headphones. In all honesty, I was most attracted to them because of their price compared to that of the well-known brands. I took a chance of these, and can honestly say that I am thoroughly impressed. Here are some Pros/Cons:
Pros:
They have a sturdy feel and appear to be made of good materials. The headphone are a decent size, and can be folded to a more minor compact size if necessary for storage. The headband cushion is very soft and the ear cushions are like little pillows (very very comfortable). One of the great features is that the ear cups have a little swivel room to them, not a whole lot of movement, but just enough to allow it to be comfortable and allow various modes of wear. The most surprising aspect of these headphones is the sound quality....it's simply amazing. If you did not know the price of these headphones, the sound quality alone would make them appear very expensive. The sound is amazing, the bass is rich, and the connection does not cause any lag or jumping. I cannot tell you how impressed I am with the sound for a set of headphones, wired or not, of this price.
Cons:
The headphones expand, but do not expand enough for a larger head. If I put the band directly vertical, the cups reach my ears, but they are not directly lined up, as they don't reach down far enough. If I tilt the headband back a bit, using the swivel of the ear cups, they do fit fine however. Also of note, the buttons on the earcups (volume, next, back, etc.) are hard to distinguish by feel alone. You can learn it, but it's not easily felt at first.
Overall: Very good buy for a BT over ear headphone!

Sounds Amazing! (When Configured Correctly)
So yeah, these headphones are amazing. When I first got them, they were a lot smaller tan I expected them to be, but when I put them on, they fit perfectly. Anyways, when I first connected it to my phone (The Oneplus One), I noticed that they sounded really muffled. So, (luckily enough), the Oneplus One comes with a built in EQ function, which I took some time to tinker with, and I finally got a perfect fit. I also tried connecting this to my iPad, and although the muffled sound wasn't as bad, it still seemed noticeable. For headphones this cheap, I can't really complain because a quick EQ fix and they are some of the best sound Bluetooth headphones I've ever used (The Bluedio R+ still takes #1 however). But, one thing this thing is #1 on my list for is comfortability. They are downright the most comfortable headphones that I have. The cushion are very soft and don't feel cheap whatsoever. Anyways, just in case any of you guys also feel that these headphones are a bit muffled and want to see the settings that I used to offset it, I'm going to include a screenshot of my EQ settings that I have for these headphones. Overall, these headphones are amazing for the price and I wouldn't hesitate to buy another pair if the need arises.

Just maybe I the bad apple out of the bunch.
Ok, my predicament was that I needed Bluetooth headphones or Bluetooth speakers because my audio driver is messed up. I get the errors "No speakers or headphones are plugged in." or "No audio drivers installed" ( I use Realtek). I did everything I could do to try to fix these errors. So, I just got tired of it and thought about purchasing my FIRST Bluetooth device. This was one of the headphones that caught my eye. It's nice and sleek looking. I would prefer the USB port to be on the right side instead of the left but that's just my preference for how I have my tower placed. The audio cable is your typical cable. The manual is straight to the point and I always follow the manual first couple of times around.
Prior to using the product I read the manual. Red light means charging whilst Blue light means it's FULLY charge. This is only a guess but I would assume the headphones would need a charge before use. Before you even use the product you have to install drivers. So, this product doesn't come with a disc (duhhh) so the only way to install is use the USB cable. Drivers installed fine. I read "Wired use usb cable" and followed it to a tee. I read "Charging" in the manual. FOR FIRST USE you have to charge for at least 6 hours before you use it. In that time the device should be charge. I'm thinking "Ok, 6 hours is a little up there but I could do 6. I'm heading to the Book store then going to the gym anyway." I look over at the LED that indicates if it's charging or not and sure enough they are charging. So, everything is fine and dandy at this point. I leave... My Pc is still on mind you. Even if it were to go to sleep everything is that is plug to the USB ports are still functional so I don't have to worry about nothing turning off.
More than 6 hours pass by. I come home and notice that the LED is blue. GREAT!!! I can finally hear sound from my pc. Sound is great. I didn't even have to go pass "2" on the volume bar. That's how great it is. Probably a little more Bass than I would like but I could deal with it. I did not use the Mic. I have a Mic that suits me fine so I do not know how good the Mic is.
Not even 2 hours later I hear the warning beep which indicates that it needs charging (the red light should a appear also when this happens). At this point I'm confused right now. I RE-READ the manual.... "Working time - 10 hours", "Charging time - 2 hours", and "Standby Time - 30 days".
Knowing myself I'm thinking no big deal maybe something went wrong after I left but I'm not color blind I did see a Blue light. I plug back in my headphones into my pc via USB port. THIS TIME NO RED LIGHT IS ON. It's Sept. 11 I ordered these 2 days ago which means I rushed this to my house. If these headphones are not charge by 5:45 am tomorrow morning you BEST believe I'm returning these babies for my money back.
Sorry, for the long review I'm a little livid right now. BE READY! I also purchased this along with the Kinivo BTD-400 Bluetooth 4.0 USB adapter which there was no need for. I'm a "just in case" type of buyer. I'll only use this when it's needed for my other devices.

PRACTICALLY PERFECT
REVISED 06/13/16
I purchased these in August of 2014, so these are less than2 years old. I've loved them, they have been awesome up until today when I noticed they felt weird on my head. Upon investigation, I discovered that the right side of the plastic band that goes over the head was broken. See pictures I added. They still sound great, work great, and everything, but now they feel funny because they are crooked. Perhaps this happened because I have a big head, I don't know. But less than two years of use before I'm looking to need a replacement is not good. They are still one of the best headphones I've ever had and when they break, I will probably glue and/or duct tape them back together.
ORIGINAL REVIEW
OK, So I've been burned by writing good reviews too soon. The last Bluetooth headphones I bought were great until just after the return period, then they died and never worked again. These ones I have high hopes for. OK, so on to the review.
They connect easily to any Bluetooth item. They have good solid ear pads which block lots of outside noise. The reason I said these were practically perfect in the title is because they don't have noise cancelling ability. It wouldn't have been hard to incorporate, after all they already have a microphone in them.
Speaking of the microphone, I'm told that when I'm talking through them the other end doesn't even know I'm on a headset. So the microphone is fairly good.
If you don't have a Bluetooth device or are traveling in an airplane, no problem. The headphones have a line in port for standard headphone connections. Also, if your desk at work doesn't have an easily accessible headphone port, or you don't have the male to male cable required, you can plug in with an micro USB cable. This gives the added benefit of not only charging the battery, but the headphones still work as well.
If they add noise cancellation these would be the perfect headphone.

If You Like Xtra Bass & VERY Comfortable Headphones You'll LOVE These!
There are so many choices when it comes to Bluetooth headphones that it can be hard to stand out from the crowd. These headphones by August definitely stand out both in terms of sound quality and comfort.
FEATURES
You can use these as wired headphones which is great. There are plenty of Bluetooth headphones that cost two and three times as much that don't offer that as a feature. Batter life is up to 10 hours but I found 8 to 8.5 hrs to be more realistic. Bluetooth range is 10 meters or 30 feet which is about right. These headphones do fold up which makes them great for portable use. You can also use these to make and receive phone calls. Call quality is good and you can easily hear whoever you're talking with. However, the person on the other line might hear a few pauses or a few muffled words. So this feature works great but it's just not crystal clear all the time.
COMFORT
One of the best features of these headphones is how comfortable they are. I've personally tested and used about 50 different headphones so I have a real good idea of what to expect comfort wise at different price points. These are one of the most comfortable headphones I've worn for the under $100 category and they're actually quite a bit more comfortable then many headphones I've used that cost three times as much and more!
You do get some heat build up around the ears but not to the point of getting sweaty.
GYM USE
I found these do work good for gym use but they're just not as light on the head as dedicated sport Bluetooth headphones. But they bring such energy and life to your music that these headphones definitely help you to push your workouts harder!
SOUND QUALITY
These sound incredible considering they're less than $50. The thing to keep in mind is that they bring extra bass to your music and movies. If you're after a more natural sounding headphone then you'd want to consider something else. However, if you don't mind extra bass or better yet, prefer it then you'll love these!
Genres of music that sound amazing on these would be anything along the lines of rap, hip-hop, dance, techno, house, electronic and so on.
I wasn't able to include the sound leak test here because of time constraints but you can view the original here youtu.be/cd6Ih-fyQ1o
VOLUME
These should be loud enough for most people but if you need extra loud headphones they these might not be loud enough. The volume also can get louder using these as wired headphones instead of Bluetooth.
SOUND ISOLATION
These do a really nice job of blocking out surrounding noise, especially the louder you have your music. These work well on an airplane but especially on bus trips, or for use around an office. Just be careful because if you have your music turned up you may not be able to hear people that are trying to get your attention :)
RECOMMENDATION
These are one of the best headphones I've used under $50. They are easily more comfortable then many headphones costing twice as much or more. If you like having the presence of more bass in your music then you'll love these. Unless you have to have a brand name showing on your headphones, these are an incredible value that will bring a smile to your face over and over again :)

Before You Consider Buying "Beats Audio"... August Wireless Audio, [#EP650B]--A Critical Revie
I've been saying for the past couple of years, small, private companies are making great audio products that's on par with some of the biggest names in audio equipment and even better than the fashion/fad/fake audio companies.
***
The biggest problem with "Bass [Heavy] headphones" is that midrange and higher audio levels are sacrificed for filters that emphasize/ distort a song along the bassline.
Another fact is that bass headphones typically muddy instruments like drums so you essentially hear it at a certain level before it drops back off into distortion. With headphones like Beats Audio, the main audience is into Club, Alternative, Rap and Reggae.
This is why this--August headset--is phenomenal. Listing to random cuts like Ice Cube's "No Vaseline" or LL's "Mama Said Knock You Out." Or even, Diana Ross' classic ballad-dance cut, "Love Hangover" sounds incredible. Love Hangover, in particular, shows how the headphone replicate a slow tempo with vocals and then jumps to a mid-tempo.
The audio reproduction is excellent.
*** Phone ***
The set also has a wireless speaker for phone calls. The phone reception is also stellar. People on the other end didn't know I was not speaking into my cellphone.
*** Audio-In Jack ***
I plugged the headphones into my cd/ cassette deck and played a few tracks from The Choir of Vienna Hofburgkapelle. The range reproduced was pristine.
This is one of the nicest, multi-purpose headphones I've seen in a long, long time.
*** Pro's and Con's ***
Pro's
+ Handsome, leather headphone
+ Audio quality is great for a consumer-grade headset
+ Frequency response range: 60 Hz to 20 KHz
+ Built in internal battery
+ Battery time 8.5 hours before recharging
+ Bluetooth 4.0
+ Micro usb charge cord
+ 3.5mm adapter
- None. There's no unrealistic expectation for a headphone that's under $40.
This headphone reproduces bass-heavy music without losing the umph and very little distortion. If you like Beats Audio or are considering purchasing Beat, give these a run before your drop your credit card on the counter.
5 runaway stars.

Outstanding Bluetooth headphone with excellent sound and comfort
The August EP650 Bluetooth Wireless Stereo Headphones is the best quality Bluetooth headphones I have plus some extra gestures.
Box contents:
-August EP650 Bluetooth 4.0 Wireless Stereo Headphones
-Micro USB cable
-Aux cable
-User manual
The comfort of the headphones is amazing. The pads are super soft and rest very comfortably on my head. The pads go on your ear not over your ears or around. The headphones have some noise cancelation but are not made for it. The headphones also have a thick cushion above your head. The sound quality is outstanding. I have beats solo HD's and they are close in sound quality and comfort as these but are 30% of the cost. The headphones have great bass, highs, lows, and go pretty loud too without distorting sound. I hear sounds in the song that I do not hear using Apples Earpods. That's amazing! The headphones also have the option to use an aux cable to play music to the headphones if your device does not have Bluetooth or you want to save battery. The headphones charge by micro USB. The control panel in on the right earphone which are labeled with an L and an R. You can play, pause, skip forward or back, change songs and answer/hang up on phone calls. It also has a built in microphone so your phone can be in your pocket when in a call. To top all that it has a working time of 10 hours! These are now my favorite headphones coming from beat solo HD.
These headphones are a great price, have outstanding performance in terms of sound and comfort and Bluetooth 4.0. These headphones are practically a steal.
