overall nice. Connecting was straightforward and the camera quality is clear. The different tips are useful. It also feels pretty well made and comfortable to hold. It’s honestly kind of satisfying to be able to see inside your ear.

I bought this mainly for my son. His often has too much wax. I went to hospital and the doctor there was problem in his ear. So I bought this set for his ear. So far it has been working very well.

Premium Case and Great Design

This is honestly a pretty solid ear cleaner and a big improvement over older versions. The case feels premium and keeps the wand and different tips organized in one place, making it easy to store or take with you when traveling. Battery life is great, so I’m not constantly worrying about charging it. Being able to connect it to my phone is probably my favorite part because I can use it whenever I need to. The app has some great features, including adjustable brightness and magnification, but the view rotation is especially useful since it lets me change the camera orientation without having to reposition the wand. Definitely worth it 100%.

Clear camera and great quality

I absolutely love this ear cleaner! The camera is incredibly clear, making it super easy to see inside the ear. The overall quality is excellent, and it feels very well-made. My favorite feature is definitely the tweezers attachment! It works amazingly well for removing earwax from my 3-year-old daughter’s ears. So much easier and more convenient than traditional ear cleaners. Definitely exceeded my expectations! Highly recommend!

Glad I tried this ear pick

I thought about buying this for a long time. My ears tend to build up lots of earwax that easily clogs up my ear canals. I used to go to ear‑cleaning shops regularly. When I found this otoscope ear pick online which lets me see inside my ear canal, I hesitated for quite a while before placing the order.

I tried it right after receiving it tonight. I managed to remove two big chunks of earwax, which was such a pleasant surprise! I can clean my ears safely by myself at home now, and I won’t need to go to professional ear‑cleaning services anymore.

Important safety note: Do not insert the tip too deep into your ear canal.

Bout on march 2nd 2026. 1st one messed up fairly quickly. This second one just messed up on 10/12/26. It is doing the same thing the 1st one did.

Better than professional quality.

Well worth it even if it cost DOUBLE what it cost me.

This product is OBVIOUSLY several steps above the average ear camera. I could tell that within 10 seconds of use! It has an amazing camera for sure. As I said it is instantly noticeable. Everything about this produce is way above average. At only a few dollars higher than the 2 other products I have I was very pleasantly surprised with this one. The case is a well thought out nifty box with slide out tray that holds many of the tiny attachments. Of particular positive note the operation is truly simple. WAY above the others in ease. Often the two cheap others would take maybe 15 minutes of fiddling around with settings and configurations. But this one is virtually instant on! The manual is well written. The accessories are plentiful and thoughtful. I am REALLY happy with my purchase. I would have been happy at even a much higher price. Here is a picture of me after opening my prime package.

Recommend it really fun to use

Really nice! Very easy to use, and it has squeezer which is very useful! Also it has clear instructions, and the app is so easy to install and use. The Bluetooth is easily connected. Battery lasts long. Very comfortable and satisfying and fun to use!

Awesome – Crystal Clear

Awesome product! I can see my ear canal and even the tiny hairs very clearly. I especially like the tweezers—they're real precision tweezers, not just a gimmick, and they make it easy to remove earwax and other small debris.

The image quality on my phone is outstanding. I've used several other ear cameras before, but none of them come close to this one. The picture is crystal clear, the tweezers work great, and the overall experience has been very impressive. I highly recommend this product!

Can’t live without it! Great tool!

This is the second Bebird I own. I wanted the case, and the added pinching attachment made me upgrade.

The clarity of the video on this new one is outstanding! I am still getting the hang of the pinching attachment, but very pleased with how well it works. I have struggled my entire life with ear wax buildup and now I have a perfect solution!

Not working

What a shame. Ive had this product for two months. I use it twice a week, if that, and it already doesn't work. It a great product and was my favorite new thing to use to keep track of a dryness condition I have in my ears. But, lights out. The light flickers like a short of some sort and it doesn't connect to the app any longer. So sad. I definitely would recommend it even after it died. Ps, it was fully charged.

Amazing tool for ear cleaning

I always use the liquid solution to remove my ear wax and suddenly I felt itchy inside. So I bought this and saw inside of my ears for first time in my life. It’s really helpful and doesn’t hurt a little bit. It’s pretty light weight and the camera is clear. Very easy to use with the manual.

Amazing, Diagnostic, so useful!

I don’t even know where to start. This little gem just arrived and I love it. I already booked an ENT appointment for next week.

I had crackling in my ears on and off for a year at least. Nothing seemed to work. So I saw this online and figured I would give it a try. No wax, but I could see everything in great detail. To my surprise I have two hairs up against my eardrum. This unit may have save me a lot of headache going forward.

The unit is absolutely beautiful. It is compact, sleek, and easy to use. All the accessories are great. I used the tweezers to pull out some small exterior hairs. The scooper will come in handy for the kids ears I’m sure.

The app is simple and easy to take pictures or videos, save and share them, or just view them on the app for later. As a physician, I can’t ever see the inner ear with this much clarity using a normal otoscope. Love this, and will use it teaching students!!

Better camera - glad I upgraded!

I had an older version of this that I used for a few years. Got this for my dad and am blown away by how much more improved the video camera has gotten. Will definitely look into ordering another updated version for myself!

Grate buy and easy to use

I bought one year ago and I truly like it, but lost it due to a house fire.

What I love the most about this is the durability and the camera performance. The camera is clear and the LCD light doesn't burn my ear canal(it doesn't get too hot), I bought one like this but a different brand and it gets so hot.

It is also easy to use and it comes with instructions which is in English language extra point for that.

I highly recommend this product.

Great but…

The product works as intended! Connecting it to the app was not as hard as some claim.

The only issue I’ve had is there are sometimes a delay or lag when using the app as a mirror. It even showed up in my video demo

Once you get the hang of the movement seeing you are viewing from a camera's point ... it's great of course be gentle and take your time so you don't hurt you ear drums!

My qualms

Charging doesn't stay long

You have to be careful where you put your fingers, or video will cut in and out

The charging base is finicky. I have to angle my base for it to make contact with the charge.

I used it for something it shouldn't be used for and it was scary cutting in and out.

But it goes up a star because I dislodged a hair in my tonsil.

Worth the money.

Get the best pic when removing attachment

Easy to use, can be tricky to get used to at first. For best pictures of ear drums, remove attachment to allow camera to focus on ear drum.

Effective and accurate

The app makes this easy to use. It was already assembled when I received it. I just had to let it charge and follow the instructions to get connected. Once it was on and connected, using it was really easy.

Pros and cons

Not bad.

Pros:

1) Adequate build quality- strong, properly weighted, metal frame with seamless componential integration.

2) SLIGHTLY fog resistant lens- while inspecting teeth it will resist a breath or two, which seems like nothing but makes a difference in many cases.

3) Extremely compact- The device is small and comfortable the lense diameter is so small that you can see your eardrum with ease

4) Ease of use.- very easy to use, gyroscope makes this camera easy to navigate the ear canal so you know exactly which way is which (i.e. no mirror effect on motion)

Cons:

1) No on/off function for device.- if you remove the cap, it turns on.

2) No on/off function for led light.- if the camera is on, so is the light

3) Unacceptable battery power retention.- This will not hold a charge if it is powered off, if its on, expect around 10 minutes of use before it dies, you can literally watch it count down battery percent once it hits 20%

Ear cleaning can be fun and safe (warring: video may be disgusting)

Great product whether you are high maintenance person or not. We all need to clean our ear at one point or another. The problem with the traditional way of cleaning our ear with cotton swab is that if you are not careful you are just pushing the wax in deeper into your ear. And since you can see what you are doing it’s not the safest method. But with this new innovative product you can actually see what you are doing while cleaning so you are accurately cleaning the parts that needs cleaning avoiding any other contacts and damaging your ear tissue.

If you are having any ear infection due to the way you maintain your ear, this is highly recommended.

The ease of use is easier than writing a review lol. Just install the app and the app will guide you through the set up. It only take less than a minute to set it up and your ready to go.

Comes with many different tip for different ear wax types and ear hole sizes.

Battery life is also good and charging is simple as hooking the base to USB hub. Once your done, you would just put it back on to the base and it’ll start charging if needed.

Last thing, I have a 4 year old son. When you need to clean someone’s ear, if it was your ear you can feel yourself hitting the side or going too deep and about to touch your ear drum but when doing someone else’s, you can’t feel anything so by being able to see it you have so much control and so much safer to use as a parent to clean your child’s ear. So definitely recommend if you need to clean someone else’s ear as well.
