Works ok wish the colored lights were brighter and one more adapter

The fan itself

works ok and the normal light is very bright however i wish it came with another adapter my sockets are not up and down but side to side which i didn’t think about so needless to say its looks

pretty stupid and is an eye sore so if they made another adapter or somehow something to make this a

working situation it would be so

much better i’ll end up taking it out and it will sit in the box because it just looks so

sloppy and as i mentioned the colored lights

make it look like night and nothing is visible so can’t really use the colored lights although they are fun

.. funny i read the reviews and no one else seems to have suffered from

this issue but just a heads up people

It's okay but why...

I'm still waiting for the other, only received one and saying it's in stocked was bs. I like the original better because it's not as bright and fan isn't as powerful.

Update, As y'all can figure with photos provided. I bought these for my attic and it can get over a 100° up there.

A Fan where a Fan isn’t

This was a God-send. Literally. We have central air. Love our A/c unit. But sometimes you only need a fan. This device is awesome. Where once a light bulb was is now a light with a fan. Its more than I needed since its got so many colored light choices. The light can be adjusted to lo, medium or bright. The fan also has lo, medium or high. The remote is portable, but can affixed to the wall switch for ease and less. likely to get lost. I thought the “hanging light fixture” just might starts pinning with the fan on. NOPE - stable as ever. The shade on the light was the perfect size so the fixture itself is nicely snugged in. installation is a breeze. unscrew light bulb, screw in new fixture, that simple. As you can see it’s stable. Has great cooling capacity. It looks grteat. Gives off adequate lighting. Stability it is - one of my biggest fears.

Surprisingly effective

This is the second socket fan. I’ve tried; the first one was terrible. This one is amazingly good. The lights are easy to turn on/off and modify, and the fan itself produces a very strong downdraft.

The pictures I’ve included are of the fan in the socket, and my furry child in the sink under it with her for blowing from the downdraft.

I’m going to get a second one for the other side of the bathroom that also can go into the socket light. I live in one of the very hot states, and have fibromyalgia, which means I cannot regulate body temperature – summer is horrific. Hopefully these fans along with the tower fan I currently use is going to make a big difference.

Powerful bulb Fan

This is exactly what I needed. This fan and lighting is so great for my closet. That literally gets no flowing air now you will stay nice and cool. I love the way the remote changes the fan speed and the colors. I plan on buying more.

Works well

It fit my recessed light socket in the kitchen. It is very bright and I love the color changing.

But the fan only goes one direction up and there's no way to make it blow down

Functional

My son loves it. Hope it lasts a long time, fan has 3 speed settings and control brings a wall adapter, it can glued, brings screws too. Fan brings an extension. Everything very easy to install.

Works fantastic

Our ceiling fan broke and either buying new blades or replacing the fan wasn’t an option. Putting 4 of these in the light sockets however is working WONDERS. love love love them.

Stay cool applying your make up.

This little fan is wonderful. It has remote control. The light and fan has high, med and low. The light has several setting for color. The small space between bedroom and bath gets very warm when I do my make up and hair. The fan is right over me. Works perfectly for me.

Zero Air Flow.

The light turns on and the fan spins BUT literally no air flow. Hard to explain— when I’m seeing the fan spin and rotate but even while standing under it we can’t feel anything. After trying EVERYTHING, no luck. Maybe we got a bad one. Returning.

Remote failure

The fan works good but the remote doesn’t work! Contacting customer support is a nightmare as they want pictures, videos, etc. for a $30.00 item I’ve spent over two hours trying to get a replacement part. Now I would like an entire new fan! I will update my review when I hear back from Bell & Howell

The thing you didn't know you needed!!!!

I use to have a box fan in my bathroom. Getting ready is a struggle these days as I just stay hot. This has helped with adding more airflow and helping me stay cool while getting ready. This would also be great in the kitchen over the stove.

Easy fan upgrade

Our playroom has a large window and the room gets hot in the Florida summer. We opted for this instead of a ceiling fan and will take it out when the weather cools down. Super easy to use, screwed right into the existing fixture. I underestimated how long this is. Even without the extension it fills out our entire light, 8.25 inches deep. The light shown is 15" diameter and the socket fan fits it really well and has enough room for air circulation. The fan is a little noisy but it is strong, even on low. The white light is unbearably cool color temp for me, but the kids like the colorful options more anyway.

Great value for your money

I purchased this fan for my husband to put in his garage to help keep cool but we were very impressed with how bright the light was. I never realized how dark it was in there until this lit up the room! The fun colors were a bonus, and he loves the remote. So easy to install. Just screw it in the light socket. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful for small spaces

The perfect upgrade for my 1958 home! This fan/light combo is powerful, bright, sturdy and easy to install. I loved it so much in my cedar closet that I bought two more for my bathrooms- which lacked exhaust fans. It's a must-have- it cools and eliminates odors effectively! Plus, the price is unbeatable.

I have one in the dining room and wanted one in the small laundry room. I bought the one with the extender bar and after installing nothing happened. After unscrewing the extender I noticed the metal piece was still stuck in the socket. Waiting to hear back from customer service.

Great use in Chicken Coop!

After losing two chickens to heat I had to come up with ways to help with this awful heat!

This product so far is absolutely fantastic! Fits right in where my heat bulb usually goes. I LOVE that the blades are protected so I don't have to worry about the chickens hitting them. The light option I honestly won't use but the colors are bright and even!

Fan has an extender that you can add that is also a fantastic touch for customization. Fan has 3 speeds and at the high setting it could feel the wind on my hand when I was touching the shavings at the bottom.

I will update my review I'f anything changes! Good little fan for the price!

Good quality

There is no disappointment with this product. The fan gets the job done and the different colors are very relaxing. Super easy to install.

Missing parts, long shipping.

After a long wait and delay in shipping I got my package a day late. No biggie as stuff like that happens all the time, but the wait had been 2 weeks (placed on 1st gotten on the 15th). When I opened the package the extension was missing, a critical part of why I had gotten this over others. I'd like to see if I can just get the extension part shipped quickly and all be well, if not I may have to just return ill try to keep this review updated.

Obsessed with these fan lights!

Game changer for our galley kitchen with no air circulation. Super cute and easy to install. Purchased shorter extenders. ONLY concern is that we can’t get the lights to sync up with the remote. It’s crazy how the turn one on and the other goes off etc …

PERFECT SOLUTION TO A MISPLACED THERMOSTAT

I live in a 60+ year old ranch style home and we have struggled for years with how to equally distribute the air conditioning throughout the house because the furnace and air conditioner are both located on one end of the house. Originally the thermostat was on a living room wall directly across from a doorway into the kitchen so running the oven often would trip the thermostat into thinking we needed more air conditioning or more heat when we didn't, so we moved the thermostat into the hallway closer to the bedrooms, but that has not solved the issues. So far we have noticed the air conditioner is running a bit less and we are hoping out next electric bill will reflect a difference. The fan runs very quietly and the light is amazingly bright, more so than two bulbs in the original ceiling light. It is not the most attractive looking set up but we rarely entertain and have no concerns with how it appears if it makes a difference in our monthly bills.

Tough call

Good but bad at the same time. Price is too high for the fan to be so small and not for distance. Good for bathroom or closet but thats it. Think of a over priced desk fan with great lighting. I would recommend others at this price.

Other than the price and the fan not having blowing range. I think the fan lighting works great. A lot of reviews mention the remote not working but I'm happy to say, I'm not having that issue. Great deal if paid $10.

With that said, I'm returning and buying a cheaper socket fan

Not worth the money!

This works great until it doesn't! Once the light bulb goes out, you have to throw the whole thing away. There isn't a replacement light bulb for it. It doesn't say how long the bulb lasts either.
