Compact Design, Smooth Operation & Excellent Printing Quality

This printer is very amazing in every way! Very user-friendly screen and buttons. Good grip on the handle. The system runs incredibly smoothly: no slow downs. Clear printing quality. Ink dries fast. I did not notice any smell to it.

I like the case that comes with the machine: portable and provides excellent protection for the machine. Also, many accessories that can be used straight from the box. I highly recommend this product!

Great Product for the Beverage Industry

This is a great product for printing on the go. I use it to print "best by" dates on my bottles. I would definitely recommend it for people in the food/beverage industry.

Mirror print is great!

I just started using this handheld printer, and feel it is good. I run a small business making promotional items. Usually I often need to print on the back of transparent signage. Before, I had to tediously reverse the design in design software, which was not only time - consuming but also prone to errors. Now, with this printer, I can simply select the mirror print option directly on the device. Whether it's text or graphics, everything comes out sharply reversed. I'm really loving this printer and how it has streamlined my workflow!

Reliable handheld printer for my coding need

After using this handheld printer for a while, I'd say it works well for my needs. The printing process is smooth and reliable, text comes out clean without blurring. I like that it supports custom content and multi-line editing directly on the device, which makes formatting flexible. The auto-increment and decrement feature for numbering has been particularly useful for my coding tasks efficiently. Simple to operate, I've already recommended it to my partner.

Incredibly well thought out device.

In the video I'm labeling medicated honey sticks per State guidelines. At the end of the video I said "over a thousand". It was actually 1389 to be exact. And that was with a smoke break, and chatting with some fellow manufacturers.

It took me about 30 minutes to set up the printer, figure out the right size and format and technique. I went from labeling these with dymo labels at about 200 an hour to using this baby and getting almost 700. This paid for itself in one day just on the time alone. Plus it's prints really clean.

There is a technique to my specific product which I can't even say this was designed for. But you can upload QR codes or even designs. The interface is very intuitive and you don't need any additional software to use this. My only regret is not spending the extra money on the upgraded version for assembly lines. I won't be returning this for the upgraded version. I'll just be ordering the upgraded version of this and keeping the current one. If you're labeling a grip of products, this company and device are amazing. I can't speak to customer service but I haven't needed to contact them.

Also, the ink sticks really well. I have to use oil to take this ink off. Water alone isn't enough. Just make sure you have a piece of paper to protect the surface you're printing on. If you over shoot your mark, it will print as designed and it's a pain to remove this from metal or tile. But I don't see that as a bad thing. Just play with it for an hour and enjoy. Hope this helped any one thinking about this product. One of the first reviews I've ever left. That should say something in itself).

Exceptional handheld printer performance

First time using this handheld machine, the interface is very simple and straightforward. After playing around with it for a bit, I got hang of it. I bought it mainly for printing dates, and it works great. The date is generated directly on the device, with the option for real-time dates. Importing images is easy too, just place them in the corresponding folder on the USB. The ink dried quickly, which is another big plus. Would love to recommend it to my friends.

Love this printer

This is my first experience with this handheld printer, and I feel it is fantastic! I was introduced to the feature of custom editing and printing, which will be incredibly convenient for my daily work. So I tested and used it by printing on my woven bags, using it for codes and batch numbers. The print quality is excellent and clear, I can DIY the content on my woven bag product, saving me from having to custom-order bags.

The maintenance is easy as well, just changes ink cartridge after used up. A single charge lasts me two to three days, making it a reliable tool for my needs.

Glad to find and use this machine, value for money

Has been used this handheld inkjet printer for a while, I must to say that the bentsai support team is incredibly helpful in guiding us through using the machine! I did experience some issues with connectivity when trying to pair it with my production line initially. It took a bit of troubleshooting to get everything working smoothly. With their help, we set up and it performed reliably. The print quality is consistently sharp.

What’s more, long working time! The printer can print and lasts two days on a single charge, effortlessly keeping up with our production line tasks.

Five stars for both machine and customer service!

It's definitely worth every penny!

I gotta say, this printer is pretty awesome! It was a breeze to set up. I mean, I'm not exactly tech-savvy, but I had it up and running in no time. The print quality is Top-notch! Everything comes out crisp and clear. And talk about bang for your buck - it comes with all the bells and whistles you could need. They didn't skimp on the accessories at all. I run a small business, and let me tell you, this little powerhouse handles all our printing needs like a champ. Whether it's labels, barcodes, or product info, it does it all.

Now, here's the kicker - I've tried those cheaper printers, you know, the ones around 100 bucks? Let me tell you, this machine blows them out of the water. It's not just a little smaller, it's way more compact and lightweight. That huge printers are useless when you need to print on smaller items. This one can handle it all.

If you've got a small business, this printer's got your back. It's definitely worth every penny!
