So happy with this bidet!

I have had this bidet for 20 months. My husband and I absolutely cannot live without a bidet ever again. We have no complaints and have had such a great experience with our BidetMate. It works perfectly and we really like all the great features this bidet has. I cannot recommend this enough. It will change your life for the better!

Toilet Seat Color Turning Yellow

The toilet works fine. Very happy with the product. However, the toilet seat will get stained/turned yellow in a few months.

I researched bidets for a year and a half before purchasing this one. I chose it for several reasons… no blu night light, the beep sound per command is tolerable, it’s beautiful looking and the price, reasonable… it’s been a year and a half since I purchased it. I am happy to leave a five star review because this bidet has performed perfectly and has been an absolute joy to have in our home!

My review after six months of purchase.

This is a good product but the reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because my toilet isn't functioning the same way in the beginning. The pressure and flow of bidet sprayer has become weak and now sprays very softly them after 1 minute, it will eventually pickup pressure. Secondly. We have observed that everytime we flush the toilet, the flushing ends with a large suction noise. It's kinda annoying but eventually you just get used it. I will like to review this after 1 full year and see if other issues have come up.

Terrible customer service

Our plumber removed the BidetMate 6000 from the box and found the plastic piece across the top and back cracked in 2 places in April. BidetMate responded that the piece would be sent at the end of April. Received an email in May 6th that the piece would not be sent til July. So disappointed. Customer service response by email is horrible. You will wait a week in between emails.

Came in broken in its original package!

After 3 weeks, it finally came. However, when we open the package, the toilet bowl was broken to pieces. Can’t believe the manufacture would package something that fragile with only 4 pieces of styrofoams. The support was even worsen. When I requested for the replacement, they said the earliest expected arrival would be 30 days. I ended return it and now I have to look for a new one!

Easy to install and we LOVE all the features

I just have to say how much I love this smart toilet. I totally did my research and I really feel that this bidet is not just an affordable option, but also has all the bells and whistles of the more expensive brands. From the easy purchase, to it being delivered on time you can see the care that was put into upon opening as it was securing protected in the packaging with all that it came with for install. My licensed plumber I use for all my plumbing repairs & replacements was able to install the toilet in under 2 hours with no issues. It was the first time he had installed a bidet toilet like this and to his surprise he was able to hook it up with ease and under the time he thought it was going to take him.

The installation and operation manual is easy to follow and simply stated. I was so excited to try out the toilet and all the amazing features. As I approach the toilet the lid immediately lifts and to my surprise, the seat was already heated, what a nice feeling I must say. I then tested out the bidet features that were very accommodating, I appreciated the adjustments to both the rear and the front features for the whole family to use with comfort. I also enjoyed the different temperature settings on each feature. The drying element is very useful and effective too! I will say, the toilet's one-piece design looks modern & sleek and is amazing for us clean freaks – cleaning is a breeze! I can’t stop raving about this BidetMate toilet – Happy shopper over here.

Too fancy for my bathroom. I might have to upgrade the bathroom to fit its aesthetics

The BidetMate 6000 Intelligent Elongated Bidet Toilet is expensive. Not many people will be willing to shell out this kind of money for this super-fancy, extremely elegant, full-featured toilet, but I gotta say... this is real luxury. So much so that it stands out in my bathroom because the rest of it just looks dated compared to the aesthetics of this thing.

The BideMate is tankless, giving this toilet a minimalist look. It is sleek and full of features. The bidet functionality matches most high end bidet systems, including Toto and having it built as part of the toilet rather than an add-on, the system fits completely.

The lids have motion sensing capabilities and the top cover will open automatically when one approaches. Use your foot to tap on the button at the front and the seat opens up as well. When finished, walk away and the toilet will automatically flush and close itself after a couple of minutes.

In terms of installation, it fit my existing plumbing with no issues. There is a template that guides you to drill 4 holes for mounting. The wax ring and three-way plumbing attachments are included in the box. I was able to install this with the help of my dad in about 2 hours (this includes removing the old toilet, cleaning out the old grout and installing the new one).

This is the most fancy toilet I've ever used and I love it.

The toilet seat is a vibrant urinary yellow

We like the toilets just fine. What we don't like: the fact that the seats on the three toilets we have, turned a urine yellow, and for over a year now we've been unable to get a replacement.

Emailed the company who told us to send them photos, a copy of the receipt, and other information. They wanted to know what we cleaned it with etc etc.

We sent them all the information they requested, and after back and forth ridiculous amounts of work, they sent us a link. At the link we needed to submit serial numbers, photos of numbers, and other ridiculous hoops- they'd seen the disgusting color, so why all the back and forth after that? And when we went to submit all of the information it didn't work. I got my husband to do it, and he didn't have any luck either. We just wrote them again today to restart the hassle so that we don't have to throw away $6,000 worth of toilets. Honestly, I'm so humiliated anytime someone comes over, and must think that we have just stained our toilets with urine. So unhappy.

Amazing Value. Better than my Toto Neorest!

Put a Toto Neorest in the master bath. Put this Bidet in 1/2 bath for guests. Just as nice for 1/4 the price. Would by this toilet again in a second. Wish I hadn’t spent so much on the Toto. Only issue I had was that I needed to double up the wax seal because my tile was high, not really their fault, but overall very easy to install. Love the night light feature.

Great Toilet!

After weeks of research I finally settled on the BidetMate 6000 Toilet, and I could not be happier. The toilet was installed by my plumber and other than having to shorten the length of the angle valve (because I did not want a hole cut in my wall to relocate the water line) the installation went well. The features of the toilet are plentiful. From the kick button to the user friendly remote control I am very pleased. The toilet is well built using ceramic for the toilet bowl and a thermo plastic for both the seat and the lid.
