Rock and roll with your whole band

Been using these for several months with my band. I can get basically anywhere in just about any bar we play and interact with the audience and have a great time. With a little EQ they sound fantastic. I do suggest plugging the receiver into an external battery or power source if you’re going to play a full night though as it will die about 1.5-2hours in of constant use.

I appear to have received a USED ONE.

I opened this up this morning to start charging it and the transmitter appears to be used. I will finish charging it and test the system - but I paid for something NEW not used.

To hot to handle

I bought this item a couple months ago. I decided to try it today. I pit the batteries inside both mics. The batteries in one of the mic immediately became hot. When you buy electronics, try them out immediately & don't assume they work as they're supposed to!!!! Disappointed! It's been 5 minutes & the bottom part is still Hot! Black and gray mic defective!!!!

My adapter is broken

Hi have been trying to find a way to replace my adapter. Does anyone know where I can buy one my Mic works great but I can’t use the adapter. Please help.

Awesome Product

I'm very happy with my purchase of the Bietrun dual microphone system. The microphones are well-made and sound great, and the receiver is easy to use. I've used them for karaoke around the house and they've always performed flawlessly.

Good buy! But I NEEED HELP!

If you look at the picture one of the microphones screens you can see in small letters one says CHA and the other CHB not sure how to change it. But now one microphone won’t connect. Please help.

Battery is TERRIBLE!

The receiver is garbage. It never holds a charge because the battery SUCKS. I went to use it and the charging port, led light and on/off switch were sucked into the inside of the unit. This is because the battery was swelled up like a massive pimple and when I opened it it almost POPPED IN MY FACE with battery ACID. The puffed battery is what pulled the charging port etc inside the unit. It needs a new battery..not sure.if.you can even get one and a new receiver only is $30 which is HALF the COST of the 2 microphones and the receiver. What??? Avoid these at all costs.

**update** I had to write another review because of the great customer service experience I had with this company. I purchased this about a year and the receiver got damaged. I inquired about purchasing only the receiver and they ended up sending me a new one at no cost. I think I found my place for all my mic purchase !!

The microphones worked great. The receiver stopped working unless it was plugged in but still workes.

So I was looking for some new microphones for my karaoke nights with my partner and I came across this brand and it’s been the best purchase I’ve made as of yet. Sound quality battery life and just overall performance is impecable would def recommend!

Perfect for Karaoke & Small Events

My old wireless microphones always gave me issues with connections, battery life, and sound quality so I decided to replace them with these mics.

They arrived quickly and were super easy to connect right out of the box. One of the mics was defective and did not work properly. I contacted customer support and they took care of the problem immediately. A1 customer service!!

If you want a good quality mic without breaking the bank, these are a good choice. Highly recommended.

No resolution with product defect!

When I first ordered this product I thought it was nice. Family loves to use for karaoke. I purchased this on 5/8/20. By 8/28/20 the receiver piece just stopped working. So I got 2 mics no receiver. Suggestion buy from a different seller and not a bietrun product!

The best!

Great sound, great battery life and sooooo easy to use. I bought these for karaoke and I’m very happy with my purchase. They feel great in the hand, not cheap or plastic like at all—--solid! Not to mention you can’t beat the price!

The best mic at that price !

I already use many wireless microphones before. Usually, for the good sound, I will go with Shure mic but this microphone gave me a surprise at the first try. Furthermore, when I connect to my Karaoke system and start singing with my family, everybody said: Wow. And then, one by one of my family try to sing, they always have the same result. "Good mic" is the words I hear from the people. I will buy another one, a newer version of 2020 and prefer them to my friends, too.

DEFINITELY BUY IT! Really wanted 2 mics since I just got a karaoke speaker (no mics included) and I love a duet. Didn’t think I could get 2 mics since speaker only has 1 mic port but found this and it worked great! Still working great. Mics are great quality, the weight of a real microphone! Only thing is you can’t do any effects or anything. Only 1 button on them, to turn them on and off. Just saying for those expecting to be able to play around with the sound. Definitely recommend for karaoke! Sing solo or just turn on the second mic for duets! Super easy! Super happy with the purchase!

UPDATE: almost a year later now and they’re still going strong!! Only thing I would say you need to charge the little black box thing every time you plan to have a karaoke night so it doesn’t run out of battery! I just make sure it’s fully charged and it’s all good! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT!!

My updated review: This system is a fantastic value, and sounds great!

I Had to send back the first unit I was shipped as they operate in the 600Mhz band. It's illegal to sell in this band as the Cell companies OWN this airspace!

Now, on to the new system I was sent (in the legal 500-Mhz band :-)

I've had excellent results!

Since the receiver is tiny and battery powered, I am using this as a wireless system for pro videos, ENG style, I simply have the receiver velcroed to my camera base, and made an adapter cable to go out of the receiver and into the camera's XLR input jacks. It's quick, easy, and the sound is quite good. Having the ability to use either just the one mic, or instantly add in the second for an interview is very handy.

I just used the system in a super crowded RF environment (a convention in downtown Nashville) and it worked excellent, see my attached video!

I'd say range rock-solid to about 150-feet.

Really cool Microphone set two mics with beatifull Light body design working awesome with nice sound and quality easy to install and use it over and over again possible to travel or bring them with you to friends party

Inconsistent sound

Beautiful equipment but we could not get the receiver/microphone to consistently pick up sound. No matter how much we tried repairing, adjusting distance or direction.
