This is perfect for use of 2 homeschooling children. Very clean and easy to organize. Size is great, the appearance is awesome

Great, but for one major issue

I have been using these planners for several years, and I (mostly) love them. I love the vertical layout, the lined boxes, and the quality. However, the spiral wire is a problem every single year. The loops of the wire are strong, but not sealed, so as the year goes by, they spread out and then it becomes difficult to keep the planner from losing its covers. (Pages too would slip out if one doesn’t get the front and back covers back on quickly.) I believe if I didn’t fold this back on itself like one can normally do with a spiral notebook, it would be fine, but I simply cannot find it efficient to always keep it open to its full spread.

Great layout, disappointing paper quality

I really wanted to love this planner because the layout is fantastic. The weekly pages are incredibly versatile, and I was planning to repurpose it as a business planner instead of a teacher planner. The design is well thought out, and I loved the concept.

Unfortunately, the paper quality was a big disappointment. The pages are so thin that you can easily see the printing from the opposite side, even before writing on them. Several pages also arrived wrinkled and creased right out of the package, which makes the planner feel much cheaper than it looks online.

If you only write lightly with a pencil, this may not bother you. But if you write a lot, use gel pens, or plan to use this every day, the paper may be frustrating.

I still think the layout deserves 5 stars, but the paper quality brings my overall rating down. If Blue Sky used heavier paper, this would easily be one of my favorite planners.

Do Not purchase This

This was awful, the dates were wrong, someone had returned it and it was written in. They sent me a used, defective version, very annoying. See photo below of dates in the planner.

Incorrect dates, a waste of money

I started using this planner, only to realize after a week that the dates were completely incorrect.

Dates are incorrect!

The month of October and November is dated all wrong!

Mixed up dates

The dates don’t line up in two months of the planner. October and November got an extra dose of September. The rest of it was exactly what I needed.

Extra pages inserted

I was looking for a lesson plan book that wasn't too thick and had the necessary parts in it.calendar, lesson planning sheets, etc. I was a little shocked when I found a part where some pages were upside down. It seems like they are just extra pages that were inserted. Unluckily, they can be torn out and I am already passed that month. Hopefully, I don't find any more mistakes in here.

Looks excellent!/ Months out of order/ dates misnumbered and repeated

I tried planning a trip in Europe using this planner and nearly miss- booked all of my train connections. I would like a refund. I do not want to go through the hassle of returning this planner. I can send you pictures of the errors. Please let me know if that will work.
