Great Headset for Work and Calls

Comfortable, lightweight, and easy to use. The microphone works great, and the sound quality is clear. Perfect for work and calls. Great value for the price!

Terrible! Not worth $200, maybe $5

My husband is a truck driver, and we purchased these on February 17. As of April 23, the headset is no longer functioning properly. The audio has been cutting in and out for over a month, and now it’s almost completely gone. The sound is inconsistent, and the noise cancellation is minimal to nonexistent.

For a product that cost around $200, it only worked well for a couple of weeks. Based on this experience, I would not recommend buying these headphones.

Good battery, faulty buttons

This headset worked alright for almost half a year, and then started having all kinds of problems. The headset was treated well and only used a few times a week, but started to not want to turn off, and the buttons would not work correctly. The buttons will completely ignore you pushing them occasionally, and sometimes it refused to turn on until you plugged in for a second, and then it would work fine for hours after. When you go to shut it off again though, it usually just makes the powering up sounds again. It takes me 4 to 6 attempts to turn it off, and sometimes I just give up and leave it on.The battery life is great, and the mic quality is good, but the earpad is small and squishes down enough that the hard speaker presses against you ear and will start to hurt after a while. I have to switch sides every 30 minutes to give my ear a break. I could survive with this, but the buttons failing to work already is really disappointing. For $130 I certainly thought this headset would last me years.

Do not recommend

This is the second one I have broke this spring. When I’m talking and the person on the other end can’t hear me it makes me very upset. I’m out about 300 bucks because for some reason I thought maybe if I tried it again it would be better the second time. I guess I was wrong

Product came excessively used and damaged. Very disappointed and will be returning this product.

Quality dropped hard

I’ve had mine for 3 to 4 weeks used it everyday and find it uncomfortable and the quality isn’t there anymore the side that cups your head is to small made for people with a small head the rub got stretched and snapped off while working the finish on the headset looks beating up already for the price I would keep looking for something better

It’s not very comfortable .

I’m a truck driver so I use it at work but it’s not as comfortable as the one I had before, it seems smaller than the V1.11. It does last long so that’s great.

Be cautious 450 caught fire

Thr blue parrot 450 was bought in November of 2023 I use about 4 days a week. Not continuous more when snow if flying and I'm a piece.of equipment pushing snow. But the red light was flashing so I plugged it in to my charge last night. I get in my truck this morning and the plug and end of the headset is melting and sizzling 100 percent electric fire. I'm thankful that I was innmy truck early before the battery ignited and burnt my truck or shop down. Unbelievable that a simple.charge had a melt down.

The quality.in sound and noise canceling was great.

He loves it ‼️

My son picked this out for his Birthday gift .He is starting his own trucking business in the spring , he said this will help to keep him safe & make his job so much easier, which as his mom , I love the idea ‼️Thank you Smazon for another great gift ,, truly Moma Jane

Short Range, Speaker Fell off

Using with my laptop, the range of this headset was far less than the much cheaper “trucker bluetooth headset” I had previously.

Also, after just a few days of use, the ear piece fell off the head frame.

The ear piece falling off isn’t a big deal. The short range is a deal killer for me. I returned this and purchased another trucker headset like i had before.

I wouldn’t recommend if you wfh looking for noise cancellation and comfort

I wfh and these headphones was recommended. I thought because of the price that they would work…….WRONG!!!!! The cancellation sucks really bad & you can’t go too far before the connection breaks. I had some cheaper ones and the connection worked better then these. I went to the same spots and these didn’t work. Also they are very uncomfortable after wearing them for an hour , they hurt really bad

Works perfectly,I highly recommend the 450xt

I had bought a couple 650xt headsets to replace my 12 year old 250xt headsets. Had to return the 650's both had the same issues. So I bought two 450 XT's. They look like the 650's but perform like my old 250's. No hang, ups no misunderstandings, no delays in responses.

The 450 XT's are the way to go .

Hurts around my ear

I think this is a ok product just because it hurts after a few hours on my ear. The volume is hit or miss at times but the noise cancelation is very good I have gotten feedback from conversations and they cannot hear any outside noise so in that aspect I will give it a 4 star rating. I hope this helps your OTR drivers

Great pair of earphones

WC PadZ Ex Lrg Ear Pads BY Wicked Cushions saves ear from pain!

This headset is heavy, tight fitting, and my ear aches after a short while because cushion sits directly on my ear. I tried to find over the ear cushions, but Blue parrot doesn’t manufacture them. So, I settled for Tranesca over the ear cushions. I customized the cushions by cutting a slit in the thin fabric lining in the rear of cushion. I REMOVED THE BLUEPARROT FOAM COVER, SLID THE PLASTIC EARPIECE INSIDE LINING, REPLACED FOAM COVER. THEN JUST TOOK MY PINKY FINGER PRESSING AND SHAPING FOAM AROUND EARPIECE INSIDE OVER THE EAR CUSHION. BOOYAW! NO MORE PAIN ON MY EAR, YAY! My coworker owns a cheaper, lighter set which never drops calls or make his ear ache. Sometimes less is more I guess.

1 Flaw

My boyfriend is a truck driver & it was getting hard to hear him on his airpods & they would always cut out so I bought these for him & he really loves it. If he picks up the phone i can hear so much noise in the back, but if he has these on it sounds like he could be in the restroom because of how quite it is. The one & only flaw it has is the cushion that comes with headset. It doesn’t cover your ear, it just sits on top of it so it does cause some ear pains for him. For the money the ear piece could be a bit more thought out.

Excellent upgrade.

Great upgrade from my old blue pariot. Good sound while listen to music and rang. Used it all weekend around my house and outside. Only when I was in my garage did I notice a drop in music.

UPDATE!! Sent as A Gift Item...but got this in the box...

UPDATE: Despite the crushed box, hubby loves it and it works great!!!

First Review: HOPING IT WORKS OK; will review later after using BUT....someone could have pulled another box especially since selected "it was a gift".....smh...

Mic NOT noise cancelling AT ALL

I had been using a cheap headset for work that was corded and gave me a headache after a few hours of wearing it and the mic was too good (it would pick up on EVERYTHING to the point were a lot of my clients would think that I had them on speaker) so I decided to look for a wireless headset with a noise canceling mic.

I thought this was the answer but the mic is worse quality than my $25 headset AND my clients would comment on how they can hear everything around me. I hope I have a faulty one, and these headsets actually do work because the battery life is awesome and the fact that they are wireless is great, plus the sound quality is not too shabby. BUT I will be returning it. Back to cords and headaches.

Not worth the price!

Only use this headset occasionally when needed for conference calls. Maybe 2x a month since April. Today the inside of the ear piece completely broke & is not fixable. Do NOT recommend for the price I paid. And now it’s listed for $60 more!!

Unbelievable notice cancelation, range and sound quality!

What you can't hear from the video is all of the noise around me. It is a windy day and my neighbor is mowing his lawn and you can't really hear any of it. Very impressive! I use this headset while on the phone with clients and in conference calls and it's critical to cancel out noise from the kids in the background or from the highway we live on when I work on the back porch. With the 300 ft range it gives me freedom to walk all around my property and stay connected.

The 24 hour battery life is awesome. The device connects to the Bluetooth on my phone and computer almost instantly.

A really great feature to me is that the device will connect simultaneously to my computer and cell phone and switch back and forth seemlessly. If a call comes in to either it is automatically on my headset, same with outgoing calls.

I have a medium/large head (according to my hat size) and I will say the fit is tight and starts to hurt if I wear it for several hours in a row.
