Compact & effective but NOTE

Relaxing but I would change some things. First of all, if you want to use it on your neck/upper back, make sure the handle part is placed down, and the wider part is at the top. I had to check the product images here again to confirm, since I noticed the model using it like a pillow. There's a solid wedge of plastic in the middle (presumably, internal battery housing idk) that will painfully press into your spine when used the other way around. Not sure why this part isn't cushioned, or located further inside the machine.

I really enjoy the heat and how it gently radiates. This feature is a must. Also, the motion is quite fluid and dynamic.

I'm not a fan of the directional change every minute because each time I find a knot to knead, the machine switches and no longer moves where intended. I understand even distribution is best, but maybe if there were a setting for longer intervals? Because I only feel both nubs pleasantly when they move outward. When they go inward, there's more of a gap that catches my ribs and shoulder blades, then they don't even touch my neck unless I bend and tilt to one side.

I'm sure this massager outdoes others in its price range because of its compact size. Many others aren't designed as female/small person-friendly. I've estimated the narrowest clearance between the two spinners to be ~2.5" which is pretty standard, but not as precise on petite frames. I've never found a massager closer to the 2" range deemed worthy of manufacturing for safe use by the masses.

It's just difficult to target the nodes near my tight erector muscles, rather than on the outer parts of my frame. Regardless, it's still effective, and I know professionals who might recommend folding a towel to get better contact.

So far I have gotten 40 minutes out of a full day charge. I haven't turned it back on yet but I will update how many more uses.

The last thing is, I wish I could use my USB-C phone chargers. It only charges with USB-A like the one it came with.

But the fact that it's cordless, portable, powerful, and holds the well known names of Bob and Brad is enough for me.

Feels Great, 3 (Now 4) Issues

This was my second attempt at using a Bob and Brad back massager and I honestly do love how it feels. It hits the right spots in my lower back, while the first one did not go low enough and had to be returned. I also like that I can bring it in my car to help me get through long trips.

I have 3 complaints. (1) it turns off too soon and I have to turn it back on at least 3 times. It stays on for about 5 min max. Then I have to maneuver behind me to reach the button to start it up again. (2) It does not hold its charge long and has to be recharged when not in use. (3) Lastly, it cannot be used while charging. While plugged in, it does not work. Knowing all that, I make it work for me, since it does feel wonderful and is worth the annoyances.

Update…unfortunately I’m adding a 4th complaint. That will bring it down to 3 stars. The cord that charges the massager broke this morning. It is a USBC cord and the small silver tip bent and broke off. Now I will have to purchase another cord. I’ve had the massager for about a month now.

Second Update…The company reached out to me to try to make it right. They offered to reimburse me or replace the device. I am very impressed with them and the pride they take in their products and care about their customers. Not many businesses would do that.

Strong, easy to use rotating massager with heat

I like this massager much better than most I've tried. The moving parts rotate (first in one direction, then reverse), which is much safer for my body than vibration. To be clear, I have a collagen disorder that results in hypermobile joints and skeletal connections, and vibration specifically is very hazardous for that condition. This massager uses strong rotating arms that can apply real pressure, which is so much more helpful than the weak ones which I lean into and break. It feels very durable.

In terms of controls, you can't get much simpler. This device turns on and off with a long press of the power button, and a short press alternates between two speeds of rotation. Separately, there's a heat button that cycles those levels.

It plugs in simply with a standard charging cable, which they include (I love that it isn't proprietary). The light turns on and its color indicates the charging level. Easy peasy (assuming you're not color blind).

Powerful massager that everyone enjoys

The Bob and Brad cordless back massager was a total hit at my house this weekend! My parents and siblings were visiting, and I’m not exaggerating when I say everyone was fighting over turns with it. You can place it wherever you need—lower back, mid-back, shoulders—and since you lean against it, you control the pressure yourself. It’s a great size for full coverage and really gets into those tight spots.

The heat function is a fantastic bonus, especially on chilly days. We had it running all weekend long and never even had to recharge it, so the battery life gets a big thumbs-up from me. This thing has officially earned a permanent spot in our living room rotation!

Bob and Brad do it again

I love this little back massager. I mainly use it in my recliner while relaxing. It doesn't get too hot and I like the very simple features - fast and slow modes, 2 different temperatures, that's it. No fuss or anything like that. It seems well made and durable. I don't have any major back issues, but sometimes after a day of playing with my two toddlers, my back can get a little tight. This does the trick to provide some relief.

I can't say the battery life is amazing - but it's plenty for me. It's not that tough to charge it every once in a while - so not a problem for me. I wish the massager didn't protrude quite as much because then I could lay down on it - but it's not designed for that and works great as intended, so I didn't take any stars off for that. This is now the second B&B item I own and it's just as good of quality as the first. Very happy with them!

Massager doesn't stall under pressure

I've tried countless massagers and most leave something to be desired. This massager is really sturdy and can be used anywhere on the body. The rotating massagers don't slow or stop when you lean your back into them. I like that. The heat is optional and is warm, but not too hot. Two speeds are available. I used it for thirty minutes and it was still going strong. Left it on and it lasted another twenty minutes. The unit was fully charged again in about three hours when I checked it. It massages very well and I'm glad to have it.

Love the functionality!

We love this portable luxury! It is especially therapeutic after baseball games for my teenager. This device actually deeply kneads between the shoulder blades. Plus, the heated function will be so nice come winter in Colorado for the car rides up to the mountain! I highly recommend it!

Absolute Magic!

I’m a HUGE fan of all things Bob & Brad and own different 7 items. This one is another gem. It’s a great size and not too heavy. It’s quick to charge and has lasted several sessions. It’s nice to be able to move it onto the part of back you knead it (dad joke). You can really press your back into it rather hard and the massager knobs still rotate. It also has a nice warming feature. I hike daily 6-8 miles and when I get home something always hurts. It’s nice to have a portable massager like this to spoil the aches and pains.

WHERE HAS THIS BEEN MY WHOLE LIFE?!

The massager comes in an easy to open box with very little other packaging materials, which was great because as soon as I got this I couldn't wait to tear it open and try it out.

It had a charge in the batteries that worked as soon as I opened the box, but the instructions do say to charge it fully prior to use. There is a USB C to USB A charger that comes in the box and you must provide a wall plug that will give the correct wattage to charge.

Holding the button for a few seconds turns this on and it will stay on for about 10 minutes then shut off. Every minute it will revers the direction of the massager or you can hit the power button to reverse it on demand.

Ohh boy does this thing work! The shape and lack of cords allows you place this JUST where it needs to be to get to the parts that you need to work.

If you are in the market for one buy this!

If you aren't in the market for one, BUY THIS, and thank me later!

Buy one for anyone that you love, they will thank you many times over.

Yes, it is THAT good!

You can't have too many Bob and Brad massagers!

Did I really need another massage product? Well, yes, as it turns out, I did.

I was skeptical about yet another "mechanical ball" sort of massaging device, but the idea that this was cordless intrigued me, especially given my satisfactory experience with other Bob and Brad products. I'm accustomed to being tethered to a back massaging device that needs to be plugged into an outlet, but this little gem is cordless, lightweight and ready-to-go out of the package, and even has a convenient handle with which to carry. it

I'm tempted to use it in the car, but do think that will be too distracting and cumbersome. I will, however, likely take it with me when I go to work and/or on road trips, and I think it will be at its most valuable to me then.

Like my other Bob and Brad products, this massager has a long charge life, multiple heat and speed settings, and is very easy to use. I'm glad I didn't dismiss it because I already had a different massager. This one is a keeper.

Bob & Brad win for best portable massager in my opinion

I’m not exactly sure who Bob & Brad are (in fact I did read up a bit about them on the website) but I’m proud to have their name emblazoned on this most remarkable portable massage unit.

Over the years I’ve tried other massagers to varying successes, but straight out of the box, I have to say this is my most favorite yet.

Cordless (big plus in my eyes!) and with a handle that makes it so easy to pack or carry this with you for if/when you might need it.

The kneading is really great and gets the right spots and because you can easily adjust the position of where you want this massager to focus, it’s perfect each time.

Hurray for Bob and Brad. What else have you got to offer guys?

Bob and Brad EZBACK GO massager is another winner!

Out of the box you can tell this will solve aches and pains in your neck, back and calves. I’ve tried a few massagers before but nothing comes close to how good this one feels. The cordless design is easy to use as soon as fully charged by the included USB cord, you need your own plug. I can use it on the couch, at my desk, or even in the car, which makes it completely convenient. The massage itself is almost like real hands that work out knots, and if you use the optional heat it adds another layer of soothing healing. You can use the adjustable straps on a chair to hit your lower back and shoulders, or move the massager to under your calves, or neck. The handle makes it easy to carry and place where you want to use the massager. It has variable speeds for your needs. The fully charged battery lasts for multiple uses before recharging. It will be a favorite after a long day. Bob and Brad have come to the rescue again with this massager!

Really hits the sore back muscles.

Really nice massager if you have the right seat for it. Works great in my desk chair and the handle makes it really easy to position where I want it. I am able to put a fair amount of pressure on it without having it bog down so it can get pretty deep into the sore muscles in your back. Battery has lasted for several sessions and have not had to charge it yet.

Decent Wireless Heated Massager

This wireless back massager is a good option for pain relief, especially if you’re sitting at a desk for long hours. It’s heated and uses shiatsu-style rotating nodes that feel relaxing without being painful. Works well on an office chair and has a strap on the back to help it stay in place.

Charging is done via Type C and takes several hours for a full charge. While charging, the light flashes red and turns green when ready. It comes with full instructions, a quick start guide, and a charging cable, so setup is straightforward.

Overall, it’s a solid device for casual use. Not overly intense, but effective enough to ease tension after a long day.

Nice Portable Massager

I currently have a seat massager in my work seat and while it is still working, the pressure isn’t strong enough to warrant a relief. The one that I am using is already the third replacement because if I really badly want a deep pressure, I have to push myself back which destroys it. Also the moving parts for the back aren’t pronounced so I had to look for another one without the bulk.

I have been using Bob and Brad massage guns and they’re a good alternative vs theragun for a fraction of it’s price. When I saw this cordless back massager, I thought of two things - portability and usb charging. This means that I do not have to buy another charging cable. Also this means that I can put this on my back while driving.

One another use that I saw is I can put this one too on my back on the bed. See how pronounced the massage moving parts? That means that you’re getting the relief that you have without even reaching for a gun for it. The heating option is a nice addition but I am more concerned with the massage which is okay. By winter, I can probably test the heating much more better.

Cordless, Powerful, and So Relaxing

This thing is amazing! I’ve tried a few massagers before but nothing comes close to how good this one feels. The cordless design is a game changer, I can use it on the couch, at my desk, or even in the car without being stuck to an outlet. The massage itself is nice and firm, almost like real hands working out the knots, and the heat makes it extra relaxing. I like that I can move it around to hit my lower back, shoulders, or even my calves, and the handle makes it easy to hold in place. The battery lasts plenty long for multiple uses before recharging, which is super convenient. It’s become part of my daily routine.
