Heat and Vibration Feels Amazing - High Quality and So Versatile!

I became a Bob and Brad fan over 2 years when I bought a Percussion Massage Gun to use to give therapeutic massages to my girlfriend. I was impressed with both their quality and their customer service. One day recently, as I was rubbing my own shoulder and complaining that my lower back always hurts a little, I thought I’d look to see if Bob and Brad had anything that would help. If you want to know the end of the story, they did and this heating belt/massager is amazing and I highly recommend it. If you want more details… read on.

First of all… This heating belt looked amazing because it had 4 different levels of 2 kinds of heat therapy and 4 types of massage as well. I was thinking “at least that will help with my constant aching lower back”. Also, being a larger guy, I was glad to see that the belt came with an extender belt, which I show in one of my pictures (although I ended up not needing it) so that it can fit a wide variety of waists.

When it arrived, I opened it up, read the instructions and realized… I can use this in many places - not just on my lower back. I can raise it higher and do my middle back… I’ve also been able to wrap it around my neck/shoulder and then under my opposite armpit so that I get therapy on the sore muscles I always have in my neck and shoulder area. In the included manual it shows the ability to even wrap it around thighs and elbows and to lay on it if you need the therapy in an area that you are unable to strap it onto. Basically anywhere you need heat, this will help it's soft, pliable and comfortable.

The thermal heat is great it’s adjustable in 4 increments. (For those of us in the US… the F temps for levels 1 - 4 are 104°, 113°, 122°, and 131°) I had never used Red Light therapy before, but what I’ve read and what I’ve found by using it is, it penetrates deeper.

Most of the time, I just use the heat therapy, but the massage therapy is great too. There are 4 different settings they range in intensity and whether they are constant or alternate from side to side.

The belt also has a few safety features. If you turn it on and don’t use it, it will turn itself off after two minutes to preserve battery life. It, also, will only allow you to do 15 minutes of therapy at a time before it shuts off. This is to keep someone from falling asleep and potentially burning themselves. The literature says that it lasts 1.5 - 5 hours on a charge but keep in mind... the more functions and higher settings you're using, the more battery you're going to drain. So make sure you charge often so you have it charged when you need it.

I am very happy to own this product and highly recommend to anyone. Bob and Brad have hit another home run in my book!

Good job, really like this heating pad

It's a very useful heating pad with diverse functions and plenty of heat. It has a unique temperature control feature that can be very comfortable and relieve tension. I think it delivers on its promises. I like the fact that you can use it on different body parts and the velcro seems very strong. Overall, it's very good!

Great product, easy to use and worth the price!

Don't pass this one up! No regrets! This item is easily adjustable to fit all Sizes, different levels of vibration with infrared heat. I would Suggest this product. It helped our back aches each day we used it. The adjustable belt extender also helps to use on shoulders or hips.

Great Quality Belt for Back Pain Relief

This 4-in-1 belt is a true therapy for both myself and my wife. We absolutely love Bob and Brad products and this one has become an essential part of our home health equipment.

The belt is very well made with high-quality materials. The combination of red light therapy 660 nm and near-infrared light 850 nm, together with vibration massage and heat, makes it excellent for back pain relief. It can also be used on different parts of the body, like the shoulders.

It is rechargeable, so you are free from being connected to cables. The heat and massage levels are easy to adjust. The 15-minute auto shut-off is convenient, but we often repeat the sessions because we enjoy it so much.

We highly recommend this for anyone looking to feel more comfortable and relieve pain at home.

Super happy with this

This is a super nice heating pad that you can wear around your waist! It is a total Game Changer because it doesn't slip and slide around and it stays perfectly in place. Super easy to turn on and off and takes no effort to get set up and ready to go. This charges up very quickly in the battery life last a great amount of time. This works perfect for both me and my husband. He can use this on his back for some relief and I can use it on my stomach when it's cramping! Definitely very comfortable to wear and comfortable to use. We have not had a single issue and it definitely offers pain relief for our issues! Very happy with this it is even better than I thought it would be does everything it is supposed to do and it's super easy to use and set up. Definitely a great value for your money and a solid 10 out of 10

Comfortable and includes extra band for larger waists

The Bob and Brad ThermoRed Heating Pad Belt Massager for Lower Back Support was just what I needed. It is very easy to put on. The control is easy to reach and to adjust. It charges quickly using a standard USB C charging cable which is included. There is an extra expansion piece (about 16 for larger waists. There are 4 heat settings and doesn't get too hot like some heating pads I have tried. There are also 4 different massage modes as well as 4 different red light settings. It runs for 15 mins and can then be restarted.

This belt is very well made of quality materials. My lower back hurts off and on and when I put this on my back for 15 mins, I was surprised how much better it felt. I would definitely recommend.

Major life changer for someone with lower back pain and issues

This Thermo Red heating belt massager is one of the best items I’ve gotten all year. I have Degenerative Disc Disease and deal with a lot of lower back pain. I typically have to sit down and use a flat heater/massager that has to be plugged in. This wearable version with much better options is a game changer because I can still walk around and do things. The battery lasted me almost 3 days and I probably used it at least 4 times each day. The 4 heat levels and massage levels make this even better. It’s not very heavy and is super comfortable to wear. It’s definitely worth the price, I highly recommend it if you deal with lower back pain.

Great Relief for Lower Back Pain.

This heating pad belt has been a lifesaver for my lower back. The heat feels amazing, and I really like that it uses red light therapy too. It feels like it goes deeper than a regular heating pad. The vibration option is a nice extra when my back feels especially tight. The best part is that it’s cordless, so I can move around the house without being stuck near an outlet. The strap is adjustable and fits comfortably, and the battery lasts a good while before needing a recharge. Overall, it’s super convenient and really helps with back discomfort. Definitely glad I got it.

Upgraded lumbar support

As a physical therapist, I recommend this belt to my patients in order for them to improve any muscle spasm and soreness in the low back. It provides support so the muscles dont have to work as hard, massages the muscles and gives infrared to help with improved blood flow and move any swelling. Untethered at last!

As a chronic back pain sufferer, my heating pad is my best friend, but it is difficult to remain in one spot while it's plugged in when I need it.

This is an amazing and effective alternative, heard from 40 degrees Celsius to 55 in 5 degrees increments.

My one complaint is that I wish the back was curved to match the curve of my lumbar area, I recognize this may be difficult to do or not possible due to the wiring but it means I can't achieve a tight fit while standing. They have graciously added an extension waistband (I don't need it as a 35 inch waist but use it to get a more custom fit) plus a strap on the back to get a slightly better fit in the lumbar area, which is very considerate.

Vibration "massage" didn't seem very effective at first but once it got nice and hot I found it increased the heating effect and made it every enjoyable. Not sure how effective the infrared light therapy is, but my chiropractor and acupuncturist both use it so it certainly can't hurt.

Controls are very intuitive and easy to read, positioned towards the front. Numbers instead of a visual scale makes it easy to communicate settings and adjustments for effectively if you need assistance setting it up.

It came pre-charged and I've gotten over an hour out of it without needing to use the included USB cable. It shuts off every 15 minutes for safety, I find it a bit annoying but is very safe in case I fall asleep.

Game changer, this is a must have! So easy!

No regrets! This belt massager is pretty great. It has infrared red lights that help with healing. Red light intensity’s are adjustable even though I think high would be best setting. Heat is adjustable and so is the Massage settings.

It has a waist extender that also works well if you wanted a cross the body for your shoulder. I think this belt is going to be used often when we’re on long road trips because you don’t have to plug it into anything, it’s just rechargeable. No cords or remotes. It’s has the control device attached to the belt so you don’t have cords or anything like that to keep up with or in the way. They do send you USB-C cord to charge it.

I don’t have anything negative to say about it. The extender may not be large enough for someone over XXL.

I think the best part about this is you can use it anywhere on your body and completely customize it for the area.

Amazing for stress and pain relief

Worth 10 stars - this thing is incredible!! The multiple levels of heat, red-light and massage make this such a fantastic end of day relief. Super easy to use, push the buttons on the keypad and you are off to the races! Battery lasts for a while and charging is a cinch. Compared to other devices I have like this, the quality and price point on this one make it an epic value. I can't recommend it enough!

Easy to use, therapeutic and relaxing

I bought this product for me and when my husband saw it he said, "Bob and Brad? That's a good brand." I replied, "Are you sure you know the brand, I think you've just seen other things that I've bought from them." He said, "No, I watch their YouTube videos. They're good." He immediately asked to use it and fell in love with it instantly. He loves the massage feature for both his lower back and even for his stomach if feeling belly discomfort. He is a pickleballer and uses it on his knee after playing, too. I have been using the massager on my lower back and have been trying out the light therapy on my foot with plantar faciitis issues. The battery charge lasts for a good long time, even with use of the massager. It's a definite plus that you don't have to be stationary when using it because it isn't corded like other traditional heating pads. All positive experiences so far. Another plus is that it is an FSA approved purchase, or at least it is on my plan. If you've got FSA dollars left at the end of the year, this would be a great investment to make. To be honest, the only downside that I have found is that the fabric is not very breathable, so you can get a little sweaty if using heat, but what heating pad is breathable?

What an INCREDIBLE solution to help my back when out and about! FANTASTIC design!

As I approach my 40th birthday, I woke up on a Saturday morning and told my husband my back hurt. While we have one of those fancy massage chairs at our home (which is TOTALLY worth the investment, y'all), it doesn't really help me out when I'm on the go as a busy mom to two boys. I needed something I could wear while at the ballpark or while running errands.

This thing is AMAZING, y'all! Not only does it provide a FANTASTIC amount of heat relief, but it also has features like red-light therapy as well as gentle massaging/vibration features. The control panel is SO EASY to use, as it's fixated to the belt. Once secured around your waist, the controls are super easy to read and adjust... all with the touch of a button. It also shows you the battery life remaining, so you're able to gauge how much juice you have left before needing to recharge.

Once you've had the belt powered up for 15 minutes, it'll automatically shut itself off as a built in safety feature (to prevent you from falling asleep with it and overuse). You're free to power it back up and keep it going, but it'll shut off after 15 minutes once more.

I wore this to my kiddos' baseball practice over the weekend and was VERY impressed with how well it kept my back feeling loose and comfortable after a funky nights sleep.

I sent the link to my dad, as he has had spine surgery in the last 18 months and could really benefit from this since he insists on being soooooo active well into his late seventies.

10/10 recommend this one, y'all! It's a FANTASTIC option to have weather your'e at home or out on the go. The battery life is exceptional (especially when used on the lower settings to extend the time per charge), and comes with the charging cable needed (typical USB-C). HIGHLY RECOMMEND, Y'ALL! Treat yourself (or someone you love) with this one!

Excellent Back Belt

Super quality back belt for heating and massage. The materials are excellent and feel both durable and very comfortable. It’s also very easy to get the right fit for people of varying sizes and shapes. The heat and massage work fantastically and the red light I can only assume works but I’ll have to judge after further use.

The controller on the belt is out of the way and also conveniently placed. I’m very happy with this product.

High quality massager device and heating pad

Pretty high quality massager and heating pad. The materials feel nice and it worked well for me to recover after being sore from working out. I really enjoyed how this is wireless and charges via USB-C easily. The device diplays the battery level and also while charging in an easy to read way.

The buttons are easy to use to adjust the options and I was able to to get a snug fit with the velcro straps which stay even while moving around. I enjoyed the heating pad (and my girlfriend did too), and the massager feature as well. But the red light therapy option is cool as well.

Freeedom from cords

I got this in the mail last week and started using it right away. The material feels soft and comfortable against my skin, and it’s easy to adjust so it sits exactly where I need it. I’ve had a dull ache in my lower back for the past few days, and within the first half hour I noticed my muscles relaxing. It’s been simple to keep it on while moving around the house, and I love not being tethered to a wall outlet.

I’ve been using it off and on all day, switching between sitting, standing, and even walking around with it, and the heat has stayed steady the entire time. It’s gentle but warm enough to make a noticeable difference, and by the evening my back felt looser and less tense than it has in a while. It’s been a relief to have something I can just put on and keep living my day without having to constantly adjust or recharge.

Highly Effective

My wife and I have both suffered sacroiliac joint pain this year, so we eagerly awaited this new product. We wondered if mere light would help, but the infrared heat is definitely a recommended treatment. The specification of 60 inch maximum circumference means it will definitely fit around the sacrum. We didn't need the belt extender.

After unboxing, we charged the battery using the included wire (USB-A to USB-C) and our own adapter/charger. The heat feels great on the lower back, and the temperature range is great: 40 - 55 deg C. The vibration is strong enough to have a pleasant effect. The red light plus infrared light? Hard to tell, but there are plenty (50!) of bright LEDs.

The control panel is outstanding; the buttons and display are easily readable. In effect, you have three devices (a heating pad, a red light panel, and a massager) strapped on you, in one convenient belt. Run all three together, and pain relief takes just a few minutes. Five stars for sure.
