Hardware quality is trash

Sound is great but I've only had them for a little over a year with moderate wear and they have snapped in 4 different places. I've gorilla glued them back together twice. They snapped again recently so I'm done with them. Very disappointed with this BOSE product

Didn't even turn on, light kept blinking white and yellow, troubleshooting or resetting did not help.

Very Good Buy

I’m very pleased with the renewed headphones. One of the ear pads has a slight mar on it which isn’t bad but other than that these work like new. I think they are worth every bit of the discounted price.

DO NOT BUY!!! Falling apart

DO NOT BUY!!!! They don't last a year. The Bose Quiet Comfort 45 are kept in a case and used maybe a couple of weeks total. But went to use them one night and the dang ears started coming apart. Ridiculous for how much we paid for them. No better than TEMU. We didn't even get an apology or reply from seller.

Bad experience.

Works good and the seller says that the product was refurbished, but it's really clearly the wear on the product, they really look old and tear. I'm disappointed.

I would not have purchased had I known this is how they come.

Not sure how they work yet but these are a gift so presentation was horrible as they don't even come in the original box.

Fragile. Both headphones broke off after normal use. Noise cancellation not that effective.

Bought these during Black Friday, now both headphones (L & R) broke off by just putting on the headset. About a month outside the return window of course. I looked for solution or ways to see if fixable but nothing, forced to glue them now, but it kinda ruins the quality feel and goes against the foldable purpose I bought them for. Also not very sound proof, can steal hear others when having them on, even when it says "quite" mode. There is a slight dampening but if you're looking for good noise canceling then there might be better choices. I tried to go to website to see if there is

Broke after just a few months of use

BUYER BEWARE! Do not make the mistake I made by buying buying these headphones refurbished to save a few bucks. The top piece is glued together very poorly and will unravel after just a few months of use. Posting this so that another person does not make this mistake. The actual headphone sound quality is fine, but the make and build will basically render the headphones unusable after light use.

Worked perfectly only for two months

I received this headphones as a birthday gift in November 2025 and the left side is not working anymore already. Worked perfectly only for two months. I have other headphones from Sony brand and have been working perfectly for three years.

May be Fake Bose

I bought my original QC Bose headphones from Bose. These feel like they are fake BOSE. The feel of the ear cushions, the on/off switch is different/ cheaper feel, the usb charger doesn’t appear to connect consistently and the chord is a foot long. Bose chargers are usually longer. So many things don’t add up and have me suspicious of it’s authenticity.

Are they authentic?

I think these might be knockoffs, because they don’t really do much noise canceling and the earpiece ripped after a few months, so I’m holding it together with black electrical take and the inside of them are falling apart. I was hopeful they would last longer than 6 months

these Bose headphones look great comfortable, but NO PAPERWORK TO EXPLAIN HOW THEY WORK , therefore useless. gonna return looks to hana e mini jack to plug in to somethingmy iphone does not support a wired connection see no way to get them to work with my iPhone 15

MONEY WASTED

Don't buy this product, I thought Bose was a good brand and it is not , after it broke, Bose doesn't want to give a guarantee because they are plastic parts. MONEY WASTED

Unmatched sound.

Bose for the WIN AGAIN.

This is a repeat buy. My 2nd pair of quiet comfort over ear headphones. My first pair is 12 years old. She finally died, but owes me nothing. Bose sounds are unmatched, new or refurbished.

Great product it seems brand new and all the functionality is great awesome sound and noise cancelation can't go wrong with Bose.

Excellent product!

I bought a gas-powered golf cart last year. I recently developed Tinittus in my left ear and needed to give my ears additional protection to ride in the golf cart. Knowing Bose is a good brand, but not wanting to pay full price, I took my chances on this refurbished headset.

They arrived in like-new condition. They were missing instructions but I was easily able to figure it out and had them charged and connected with my Bluetooth and the app downloaded within a matter of minutes.

The real test was going to be in how well they cancelled noise to protect my ears, so I put them on and took my golf cart out for a test drive.

I could still hear but the noise was much softer. The option to to reduce or increase the noise cancelling option was amazing. The button is very easy to click while using them.

Overall I am extremely happy with this headset!

Compré estos auriculares Bose QC45 y funcionaban hasta que se terminó la batería, luego cuando quise cargar la batería tenias problemas en el pin de cargas y jamás volvió a cargar. Se me pasó el tiempo para realizar el reclamo pero necesito me brinden el numero de serie del articulo para arreglarlo en la tienda oficial ya que el producto vino sin el numero de serie lo cual no me permite arreglarlo en un sitio oficial sin este dato. Solicito sea tan amable de brindarme el numero de serie. gracias

Love these!

I bought these in good condition, rather than excellent, and for just $200. I thought, for the price and condition that they'd come in rough shape, but nope! They look and feel basically brand new, under sunlight I could not notice any scratches. They even came in an official Bose refurbished box.

They feel great. For comparison, I had the Sony WH1000XM4's before these, and the noise cancelation and the earmuff feel is a bit better on these. These have a lot of earroom, and it seems to be a bit better at blocking out more frequencies. While some complain about the headphones feeling low-quality, they're also very lightweight and that's a plus for me, and I also like having physical buttons. The sound quality is also just as good I'd say, it's a bit more balanced yet still has a lot of bass. Battery life is also decent, they have about 20 hours of battery, which is plenty if you charge your headphones at some point during the day or night.

Real Bose?

For the most part, they sound alright, but certain songs sound muffled and crackly. Not the quality I would expect for a $300 pair of headphones.

Wouldn't power on at all

This rating is only regarding the renewed product I received. They wouldn't power on. I charged them or believed I did. When plugged in the light that shows its charging kept blinking. There was never a solid light. When trying to power them on there was no tone or voice saying that they were powered on. Overall all they are great looking and comfortable but this particular set of headphones were defective. I'm in the process of returning and will be buying new.
