Una locura el sonido, es mucho mejor de lo que esperaba, en el down/up tunning es buenisimo, el balance funciona muy bien, y ademas el plus de poder conectar un exp pedal y tener hasta 3 presets lo hace aún más util

Great Pedal - No latency till 4 semitone drop.

Demo for the BOSS XS1 Poly Shifter. Played the same riff while dropping through one semitone every time. The pedal sounds good however over 4 semitones drop, you may notice slight latency. When I played individual notes, I could hear the harmonics overlapping the dropped note and the original. Recorded using STL Tones Amp Hub. Let me know what you think. They run around $200, it is a nice investment for practicing at home especially when you have a Floyd Rose Bridge and like drop tunings for heavier riffs. The more you reduce the gain or volume, the more harmonized output comes from the amp with the original note + the dropped even when you have the mix all the way down.

Better Than The Digitech Drop

This was a toss up between this pedal and the Drop. I chose this based off of some reviews and the fact that it does more, tracks better than and is fifty bucks cheaper than the Drop. It’s nice to not have to bring several guitars or basses to a gig. I can do quite a bit with this! A lot of country tunes will use a capo on the third fret, I can skip that now. I can also djent if I want to without having to purchase a baritone seven string or eight string guitar.

Best pitch shifter overall

The best pitch shifter, great quality, can go down or up between 7 semitones and 3 full octaves, plenty of options if you want to explore new sounds, I can shift down to D#1 in my drop A#1 6-string guitar, not even an 8-string guitar can do it as clean and quick. The sound is crystal clear and the latency is low, I can do ultra-fast tremolo picking without any delay. It is expensive but worth every cent.

Check the Battery it Ships with- It may have Erupted

The pedal works very well as expected.5 stars there. I bought two. One was a gift. The unopened second one that I gifted came with a battery that had seeped out a lot of acid inside of the battery compartment. I am not sure how far it went into the electronics. I don't think these should ship with batteries in them. I will be seeking a replacement for the gifted one. Not what I would expect from Boss on a $200 stomp pedal
