Great product!

Great product. I now own 8 of these that support my entire house. I don't have the a/c connected to it. Sturdy and works great.

An Attractive Option for Harnessing Solar Energy

What caught my attention most about the Callsun 450W solar panel was its bifacial design and double-glass construction. Its advertised features make it an appealing option for anyone looking to harness solar energy at home. Before purchasing, I recommend checking the dimensions and confirming compatibility with the equipment you plan to connect it to.

Love it!

My husband, just set up this 450-watt solar panel, and we are thrilled with it! On a sunny day, it was already producing 369 watts and charging our power station beautifully. The panel appears very well made and performs exactly as we had hoped. It is large, sturdy, and a great addition to our backup-power setup. So far, we are extremely pleased with our purchase and would definitely recommend it!

Quality built over delivers!

This panel has worked even better than I expected. I purchased it expecting performance somewhere around its 200W rating, but on a good day in direct sunlight I’ve actually seen it produce right around 215 watts.

Output has been very consistent, and I’ve been impressed with how well it performs when conditions are good. The bifacial design seems to make a noticeable difference, especially when there is some reflected light available behind the panel.

Build quality also feels solid, and overall it has exceeded my expectations. Getting more than the advertised output under ideal conditions was a very pleasant surprise. I would absolutely buy another one and would recommend it to anyone putting together an RV, camper, battery backup, or off-grid solar setup.

Working great so far!

Loving them so far! Used to build a solar generator for Burning Man, so they will be out to the test in a few weeks, doing great so far though!

Callsun, no one else compares!

Its currently 92 degrees 4pm and these panels have been baking all day. I for the fun of it tested these panels out because i was considering buying a different brand because i wanted more wattage to run an a/c. I THINK NOT! Look at these numbers, mind you this is two 200watt panels in series. 461.9 watts! I have 4 panels and Im sure these are capable of pushing 1000watts in series. I need to get 2 more to run the a/c and get my minimum voc needed for the solar controller. Need to save up my pennies to get more. It will be worth it! Callsun, keep making awesome products for us poor people!

O

online for everything

Callsun made me a believer in solar.

After trying other solar panels that never produced as advertised, I stayed away from further purchases of solar panels.

I am so glad circumstances forced me to reconsider.

I read the reviews on the Callsun 400w panels and seriously doubted that the reviews were real.

I took a leap of faith noting that these were refundable.

I have used them for one week and they have FAR EXCEEDED my very low expectations!

Of course, it rained the day after installation but still managed to produce 383w. My installer told me that was good. I told him that I only bought them bc the reviews stated that the panels can exceed the production listed - and they did!!

They reached 421w in full sun.

I didn’t realize how chained I was to propane and having to charge my camper and power station batteries every 3-4 days.

Now the fridge is on solar for most of the day and I have not had to remove my 2x1028wh lithium batteries and EcoFlow Delta2 to recharge in the garage. Loving the freedom.

So my set up is Callsun 2x200w (total 400w) bifacial solar panels, Victron MPPT 100/30, charging 2x1028wh (2056wh) in series lithium batteries which run all the camper stuff AND recharges my EcoFlow (Ecoflow is attached to camper batteries). So I have a little over 3000wh that I’m NOT having to micromanage.

VERY WELL PACKAGED & seller has been very prompt in responding to initial concerns.

To much either way I go

These work great only problem I have is in series I get 57volts but lower amps and my EcoFlow only allows 60 volts max so the volts are too close for comfort. In parallel I get 27 volts which is much lower but the amps are 20 I don’t k ow if I should send these back or if I have another piece of equipment to buy to make it safer I bought 2- 200watt panels

Power house

Great panel, well constructed, arrived well packaged and free from any damage. Produces far more energy than rating. I use it to run a refrigerator and charge my solar generator as backup. On sunny days it's common to reach 250+ wats

Can't go wrong with these solar panels awesome

I purchased 10 of these solar panels giving me 2000 W. I just couldn't believe kind of how power these panels Put out.. If it wasn't for me seeing it with my own eyes, I wouldn't have believed it.

Excellent Bifacial Panels — Perfect for My Off-Grid Garage!

I bought the Callsun N-Type 16BB 400W Bifacial Solar Panel 2-Pack (2×200W) to power my off-grid garage using a Bluetti Elite 400 power station. I have them set up on the ground, leaning against the garage.

On a sunny day I’m consistently hitting 420W peak output which is well over the rated 400W thanks to the strong bifacial performance pulling in reflected light from the ground and house wall. These panels are delivering better real-world results than I expected in this temporary lean-to configuration.

This setup easily powers my garage tools, lights, and small appliances while keeping the Bluetti charged. The estimated charge time drops fast, and I’m getting reliable off-grid power exactly where I need it.Great value, solid build, and real performance that exceeds the label. If you’re looking for panels for a shed, garage, van, or any off-grid project, these are an outstanding choice. Highly recommended! Would buy again!

Beyond advertised, looking at those numbers

I got the Callsun two 200w panels after I did my due diligence, I had gotten an Ecoflow Delta 2 with a second battery to replace my old lead battery system, I was only getting 260w from my 10 year old 100w panels. The power generator only receives 60v so the panels are perfect for my system. I'm getting 420w or more during the peak part pre noon and early afternoon 3pm 402w no clouds 4pm still 375w. I live off grid in Colorado in an alpine desert valley and get lots of sun. I have them connected to a pivot mount with two folding mirrors under them, I have not set up the angle to the sun correctly yet. I was able to pull over 504w before my power generator stopped charging for a couple of minutes due to it being restricted to 500w solar charging capabilities this is only because of the way the sun was breaking through the clouds around noon, happened three times but started charging again after a couple of minutes. It is 4:20 pm and my system is at 100% charged with Internet, fridge, small devices, with a tv on a couple of times. On a test can have a fridge running with tv, internet, small devices charging, swap cooler running with my system charging and 30 plus watts going into the second battery. This stays betwixt the 80% 20% and provides a 24hr system with just the two panels. If you are off grid or have a power generator than this is not a waste of money. I'm going to be buying another set for other projects, power in a greenhouse and a workshop. This is worth every penny plus a quarter so far for my needs. For once I feel I bought something that well over met my expectations. They are also durable, I had a 40mph or so gust of wind toss one into my large propane tank before I could catch it as I was installing it and no damage just a scuff from the tanks paint that was removed

Excellent!

these solar panels exceeded my expectations for initial use, 2 x 200w panels set up in series configuration, as the pic shows the today and yesterday shows well over 400watts for max pv, the 2 and 3 days ago are from 440watt folding panels and you can see the difference not even close! now I want to see if these hold up? very happy with these Callsun panels and will be buying more as my need dictates

JD Test Lab

Wattage exceeded advertise rating.

I tested this 200 watt Callsun solar panel. With a light intensity of 776 W/M2, it was producing 207 watts into my Ecoflo. This is very impressive! Outdoor temperature was 50°F. Windy day. Note: Solar panels do their best under cold conditions. I have to order another one now.

Only panels I’ve found that give you the actual full wattage

I never write reviews. Had to for these. I saw some reviews that you actually get the rated wattage and this turns out to be 100% true. I did so much research to see what would best fit my needs to go boon docking full time. I installed six on top of my travel trailer and paired with an EcoFlow delta pro we get OVER the 1200 watt set up when we have direct sunlight. I painted my Rv roof with a reflective liquid rubber coating to help get some use out of the back side. Paired with some renogy tilt mounts, boom. Pulls decent power even with clouds. Shade isn’t great but for what you’re getting would recommend these 10/10.

They work great, and often put out over rating.

I am very pleased. These work really great. It is very nice to see panels that will put ou what they are rated for. I frequently get more. I have purchased 4 double packs for a total of 8 panels, I was going to buy more but the space on the roof of my motorhome would not let me fit the right number in the space I had but luckily they make a 180 watt panel that is a little shorter, this made it where I could add 8 of those. So I have a total of 16 panels 8 of each type for a total of 3040 ratted watts. I have it set in 4 separate strings of 4 in a 2s2p configuration. I am frequently getting more than 800 from the 200 watt strings and over 720 from the 180 strings. That is when laid flat. When tilted i was getting over 900 from the 200 watt strings on occasion. I am very pleased and would buy from them again if and when I need more or change my set up.

Very impressed so far

Really impressed so far. Today is sunny here in south Florida but not perfectly clear. My panels are facing north and not south at a slight angle, however, they are almost parallel to the ground. So not very efficient. I have these connected to my Bluetti which has pretty reliable monitoring. At peak sun points I am seeing a lot more than their rated output which is really great. They are on an aluminum porch roof which is white so I bet I am getting a lot of bifacial gain. In any event I have seen as high as 464W out of these two 200W panels connected in series. Cant beat that for the cost of the panels. The size is manageable and easy for one person to lug around. They seem durable and arrived undamaged.

Update: I ordered 4 more. I am now maxing out my controller at 1200W which is at or above the panels rating. Well done Callsun!

Workhorses

These panels are great workhorses! Peaked at 365W output around 1PM, with decent temps for being out in the blazing AZ sun.

Using these to charge my Anker solix. With full sun takes about 8 hours of good sunlight, so I feel confident I could get at least 75% back during a sunny day.

Really well constructed, solid, great shipping box too. Wiring is dead simple.

Outstanding output un-expectable CallSun solar panels!

I need total of 10 solar arrays for 2000W.

I am a fan of Renogy but I've heard lot of CallSun bifacial panels are good so I ordered 2x200W to test it out. I am so Impressed with the result even without a reflector on Cloudy day at 1PM pulling 425W in series configuration. I definitely will buy more to complete my array.

Btw, I know there are some foldable solar bracket people having problem with wobbling mounting, please see my photo for new configuration more steady and stackable. Hope that helps.

Way more efficient than I expected! 👍

Well, I finally got around to trying out these panels: March 1st, 2026, in Augusta, GA on a mostly sunny, 77° F day.

Each panel claims to be 200 watts. Everybody knows you never get anywhere near the official claims, right? Expected 160w to 170w. I was shocked to get 196w input when my angle was fine tuned by hand. Even a wild guess of the angle got me 185 watts before fine tuning.

Also tested them in partial shade. This usually shuts down a panel completely. A single panel still produced nearly 100 watts while partially shaded out.

Two thumbs up on these panels. 30" x 60"

Excellent Panels with Strong Output

I added these to my ground mount setup a few weeks ago, and they’ve been performing great. Even on partly cloudy days, they still pull in a solid amount of power, which really surprised me. Installation was easy, and the panels feel sturdy with top-notch build quality. The bifacial design seems to help capture extra light when the sun hits different angles. So far they’ve kept my batteries topped off every day, and I’m really happy with how efficient they are.

Best Solar panels that produce 100%

Wow. Is my first response. I set this panel up and was pleasantly surprised that it had the wattage of 198. That’s amazing for a 200 watt panel. Later in the day I had something behind it on the ground (the bottom of my table) so it would reflect on the back of the panel, and again pleasantly surprised it increased the watts by 40 watts. This was my first panel, I will definitely be purchasing more to complete my array of 2000 watts. Hope this review helps someone to decide what panel would be best for you. This panel bypassed my expectations by 100%. If you’re looking for a light weight panel with amazing wattage these panels are for you. Out of the box I’d say they weigh half of what a gallon of milk weighs. They are pretty light, maybe 5-10 pounds tops.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceeded Expectations – Producing Well Above Rated Output

I’m upgrading the solar system on my fifth wheel and I’m glad I found CallSun. For the price point, this 200W 16BB bifacial panel is an excellent value.

I tested the panel in my side yard, and even in January in Florida it consistently produced over its rated 200 watts. The highest output I’ve seen so far is 245 watts, which is impressive for winter conditions. Build quality is solid, and the bifacial design clearly helps.

Shipping and packaging were fantastic — the panel arrived well-protected and in perfect condition.

If this is what it’s doing in January, I can’t wait to see summer performance. Highly recommended.

excellent product must have

Amazing numbers just had to stop and show my results. The other day while charging my panels I saw 505 watts at a glance and brushed it off. Today is 2/1/26 and charging my home made power station and was pulling 503 watts off 2 each callsun 200 watts solar panels. The voltage open circuit I think is 27.31 volts. However when I checked the voltage I got a reading of 58.1 which is too much for my aferiy 2800 watt unit rated for 55 volts at each solar input. Nonetheless well pleased with results and wanted to share with you. I'm sure the snow had lots to do with it, I do own 6 of the 400 watt panels and very pleased.

Very happy with the output in autumn sun

So far, pretty happy with them. I have the "newer", silver style. I initially bought two of them, and ran them in series. My Victron controller reported up to 505W. This is having them mounted around 45-50 degrees, facing an autumn sun in Florida, with the bifacial back side close to a white fence. I mounted them to those simple, aluminum kits that allow you to adjust angle from 0 - 90 degrees.

I was so happy, I bought another pair, and max out the current 700W limit of my charger. But, I'll be switching to 24V, which should allow me to make full use of the 2S2P setup. Depending how things go, I may move up to a 3S2P setup to max out the charger.

C

Chris

Happy with these.

Currently have 2 in series. Going to 3s2p eventually. I seriously doubted claims of 400 watts (especially by reviewers who submitted in early January). The sun isn't strong enough in Alabama (at least) during the winter to get that. I installed these initially in late December and was maxing out around 230 watts in full sun at proper angle. After the winter solstice things have gotten muuuch better. I'm getting around 340 now. I expect it to continue to rise as the sun "gets stronger." I replaced a single Dokio 400 watt panel with these 2 - 200 watters. I prefer these as they are lighter and smaller and easier to move around than a 400 watt panel. They are sturdy and I don't worry about the frame bending or breaking. i have zero issues with these and will purchase 4 more. I can get about 1.7 Kwh in a day right now. I'm hopeful I can get that REALLY close to 2 (per pair). That would be ideal for my 4 - 200 ah battreez.

My only qualm is that the cables are a bit short but thats splitting hairs.

Update. I Implemented my other 400 watt panel in a different power system. it's orientated in the same direction with the same angle but it vastly underperforms these. Granted, the others aren't bifacial and are 12bb vs 16 but I didn't expect such a big difference. The top Victron connect is the one hooked to the Dokio. the other is the 2 - 200 watt panels. and that must have been during some shadows as it hit 356 that same day. and it has hit 393.

update - I finally got around to going 2s2p at least. I pulled 811 watts on those four panels. in April. So I'm beyond happy with that.

my 400w dokio panel has yet to break 230.

update - pulled 986 on 800 watts worth of panels. bifacial is for real. you can expect a 25% boost in optimal conditions. on these at least. want 1 more pair and I should be able to run my mini split pretty much fulltime. great panels. can't recommend enough.

Update and previous correction... I didn't realize it at the time but colder weather is better for peak performance. meaning your incoming watts will be higher on a cold day than a hot day. but you'll get more overall power on a hot (summer) day due to the sun being in the sky longer. As such I never beat that 986 watts during the summer. in fact, I don't believe I got above 800. but I don't spend much time there in the summer so not a lot of opportunities to bulk charge. Still extremely happy with these and would highly recommend.

Update.

Finally got to 3S2P. I pulled 1351 on 1200 watts of panels. I bet I could push 1500 if my controller would allow it. I think my max for a single day has been 6kW. I'm very happy with that. I had one get flipped over in a storm and no sign of wear and tear or diminished performance. Still extremely satisfied with these!

Excellent panels so far.

Just got this 2-pack of the 200W bifacial, 16bb panels yesterday. Tested them both today, 12/3/24, around 10am. SW FL area. 64 degrees, clear skies. Just had them on the ground for now. Each were pulling in over 200 watts. Very good price for the 2-pack, especially for black Friday. Seems to be well-constructed. No obvious defects. So far, so very good.

Very reliable solar panel

I have thoroughly tested this delay panel, and it performs exceptionally well. It delivers the expected watts, along with accurate current readings, and even slightly higher voltage. The construction quality is impressive, showcasing solid craftsmanship. Given its affordability, I firmly believe it stands out as one of the best options in the market. I highly recommend it without hesitation.
