Overall I am satisfied for the price paid. I picked this model because it includes 2 receivers and one is wireless with AAA batteries, meaning I can keep it on my person. It works as described, so I can't criticize too much. For $40 I got 3 call buttons, 2 receivers, batteries and some lanyards.
For $40 name brand batteries should be included. To be prudent I spent $10 extra for Duracell batteries (AAA for wireless receiver, 21A for call buttons).
Now to the bad. Let's talk about the cheap parts.
- "Wall mount" is literally just a small piece of 2 sided tape/putty. Very lame
- Volume feels too loud or not loud enough. It works, but I wish the volume was an adjustable dial.
- Click button and LED on pagers feels flimsy
- Lanyards are very cheap, not sturdy at all
- Battery holder and inner PCB also felt cheaply made
I'd much rather this product felt well constructed and sturdy, instead the parts feel light weight and flimsy. There really wasn't a lot of good options on the market at this price, so I guess this will work. 4/5 stars

Loud and Effective
I’m a caregiver with a love/hate relationship to this pager. It brings me peace of mind to know my client can call me from the other room day or night and I’ll be able to assist. However, I now wake up dreaming I heard the “ding” or “ring” — fortunately the wall unit will light up when it’s actually rung so I roll over and see if it’s lit up and then go back to sleep if it’s not! LoL

Simple to use and very beneficial!
The system works great and is extremely helpful for my grandmother who is on hospice. I only wish the belt clip on the pager was more durable… the clip is made from flimsy plastic and broke after just 3 weeks. Might be a good idea to include a spare clip for replacement or increase the quality of the clip, possibly metal rather than plastic? Overall very satisfied with the purchase.

Poor construction
The construction on the receiver is poor. The buttons are sunked to the side, especially the buttom that lowers the volume. Reached out to company to see if I could get a replacement and they completely ignored me. Returning and getting another brand.

Satisfied with purchase.
Got for my mother who lives with us for when she has her falling spells. I'll agree with the other reviewers that it was a bit trying to get them set up....but we did it. Putting the cords on the discs was not easy either.
Mom wears one daily, sets it by her bed at night, and I have one hanging in her bathroom too. The receiver is right by my bed. I have it set loud as I am a sound sleeper. It woke me up at 3am when she went down a few weeks ago. We are more relaxed at night now with some peace of mind thanks to these. I don't really use the portable receiver and just keep it by my bed too.
