First it large and bulky around my neck and it doesn’t keep a good charge, and I charge it every night until morning also when I have it on it’s not on high speed I try to keep it on low speed but still don’t work long enough

Sleek design that is not bulky, heavy, or easily slides off. It’s comfortable and doesn’t look silly. It holds about five hours of charge and doesn’t blast like others I’ve seen. It’s just enough to keep you cool without being aware constantly that it’s cooling you. Perfect for a midday game at the ballpark.

Cooling fan

This cooling neck fan was a lifesaver at the Disney parks! It kept me cool while walking around all day in the heat, and it’s super comfortable to wear. I love that it’s hands-free, lightweight, and the battery lasted for hours without needing to recharge.

Love the look

I was going to work in Mexico and knew I would be walking in the heat for long periods of time, so I purchased this fan. Super easy to work and it has air ports all throughout so you have air coming to your neck at all different parts of the fan. Another thing to note is that I never felt like it was going to fall off my neck and I did not have to keep adjusting it.

My son is a footballer and we're always at the matches; it's very hot. This will be useful for next summer season.

Absolutely the best purchase, I am a Massage Therapist and keep the room at 76 so needless to say I get very warm. This fan is perfect for keeping me comfortable and my clients happy at the same time.

Finally relief from the heat!

I absolutely love this neck fan. I bought it because I always get overheated and wow—it cools me down in under 2 minutes. Sometimes I’m actually cold after a few minutes of wearing it! It’s lightweight, super comfortable on the neck, and the bladeless design makes it feel really safe and smooth.

The 3-speed settings are great, and I love that it’s rechargeable with a long battery life. I’ve used it while cleaning, walking outside, even just relaxing indoors. It doesn’t look bulky or weird either—really sleek and wearable.

I get this neck fan because I work in an extremely hot environment place,I usually use it with another waist fan product together, it is part of life saver for me lol. It fit perfectly on my neck. It comes with 3 fan speed modes! With this product most of the time it can keep running last till end of my 8 hrs work shift. Definitely worth the money for this item!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND it for the summer time, or hot environments like me!

Disney Vacation Approved!

I bought 3 different fans. This is the one he NEVER took off unless our 6yr old needed a fan. It lasted all day & only 1 day did it die & he had to charge it with a portable solar pack.

Great cooling neck fan

We are heading for Disney in August, shoot me now. Anyway, I wanted to stay as cool as I could, and I liked the look and reviews of this neck fan. Well, I love it, it is very comfortable, not heavy, the fans cool all around the whole neck, even under the neck hair. I even use it around the house now when I clean to keep cool. I am pretty cool on even the lowest fan where I live in Michigan, so we will see how much air I need in Fla. I feel confident I will be cool. Great product, and looks nice. Easy to operate, one button, full around the neck air. Easy on and easy off. Highly recommend!

blows strong, vents get blocked

I got this mostly too cool the back of my head at the brain stem. But the vents go right up against my neck and get blocked. They don't blow the air upwards unless I lift it up. I looked at several photos of women wearing this CivPower neck fan, and it seemed to fit them fine. Maybe a child size neck fan would fit me better but I don't think they make them.

Clunking noise coming from inside

As everyone else has stated. Does work pretty nicely and will help w keeping your neck and head slightly cooler, however I didn’t think the clunking noise would affect me but it’s become so annoying I decided to try and crack it open to see what was going on. Come to find out the whole assembly is a tab and snap on, so it took a little bit before I could crack it open. Once open and sure enough, I see 2 little pieces of metals clunking and sliding around, not sure if those are counter weights but once I removed them and snapped the fan back together no more clunking. They definitely don’t connect to anything at all, just a pocket for them to sit in. We’ll see how it does long term but the fact I had to do this was sort of an inconvenience because I didn’t wanna break the product hence the 3 stars. But it’s not completely useless as it helps. Otherwise a semi decent product for the price. I definitely wouldn’t buy it again unless they took the metals out and it had a stronger breeze coming out.

Not Recommended

This neck fan does work and works pretty well. It’s very quiet on low and not to bad on high. The top portion of the band is rubber like, so it’s easy to place on your neck. It has 3 speeds and will last about 9 hours on low. The charger fits securely.

Unfortunately, there are a few vital issues with this neck fan. There seems to be something loose inside. You can hear it rattle pretty loudly. It doesn’t seem to cause any functional issues. In high temperatures outside, it blows hot air on you and doesn’t seem to help. Once you get inside, it definitely cools you down faster. Great for big stores that aren’t air conditioned well. Or treadmills. If you have long hair, be careful. It will suck a strand or two in the circular intakes. It hasn’t caused a functional issue yet, but it will make extra noise for a minute. These should have been made with a fine mesh to prevent this.

Overall, the concept is great and I’ll get my money’s worth out of this one, but I’ll be doing better research for its inevitable replacement in a year or two.

Very nice!

It really works! It cools up the back and the sides. Wet the underside of your hair and put it up. You'll be nice and cool fast. It was 108F here in North Texas and I was afraid it would just blow hot air. It was warmer than the a/c air, sure,, but it wasn't hot. It was very nice. There is some sound, but I wear a hearing aid, so I cannot tell how loud it truly is, since it blows right into it. Three speeds and the top speed is very strong. I could not live without this thing now. It lasts about 30 minutes and charges slow, but it is well worth it. Very light on your neck. It also stays in place as you move around, but it's not choking you (and I'm a bit overweight, so my neck is bigger than it should be)

360° Air In Motion ~ Lightweight Relief To Go!!

The air flows in a complete circle around your neck and with it comes relief from the heat and humidity! I grew up in Oregon where rain has always been the norm and love cool cloudy days with a bit of a sprinkle here & there. Normally we never see anything above the 80°s at most and I don't care for anything more than 70°s myself. The last 2 years we have had several days over 100° and even had it that high for a week or 2 straight. I have been miserable to put it lightly.

This neck fan is better than several other brands I have tried and I make sure I have it with me anytime I may be away from air conditioning now! It is instant from the hot muggy air. Instead of feeling like I'm suffocating I feel like I can breathe normally again.

The fan is lightweight and quite comfortable. The battery lasts for several hours. I haven't ever had it die even when I head out early in the morning and don't get home till after dinner time.

Level 1 sounds like a fan inside of a loud ps3 or a laptop.

Level 2 - same thing but louder.

Level 3 - Sounds like an air conditioner.

Life saver

I wish I had bought this months ago. I have been overheating for months and had a hard time this summer. I deal with anxiety and panic attacks and this neck fan has been such a huge help to me. I charge it at night, put it around my neck when I’m leaving the house, then turn it on as needed. It has three settings and the battery lasts all day. Several people think I have cool beats headphones around my neck and are always surprised that it is actually a fan. It’s very lightweight and blows up into your face. It’s also quiet so you can be discreet. I wish I had bought this months ago. It has helped me so so much

An amazing neck fan!

This neck fan really is a life saver for my sanity. I have hot flashes with my bipolar disorder medication (Risperidone/Risperdal) and I don't want to stop taking it just because of that minor side effect, because it works well at stabilizing my moods and I'm back to my old self even though it is rather annoying I keep getting hot flashes. So, I took the plunge and bought it, and I am extremely satisfied with it.

It is lightweight, and it provides total cooling for me, on my neck AND face. It has three settings: low, medium, and high. I use it on the highest if I am cleaning or exercising, or simply in the heat. I use it on low or medium in the house if I am just simply lounging. And the battery life is fantastic! I stopped charging it at I believe 5 pm today, and it's almost 9:30 pm in TX, USA right now and it is STILL going strong while I am cleaning my room! When I am done I am going to be cooking, so the fact that it has last 4 1/2 hours on a single charge on a HIGH SETTING so far is absolutely amazing!

Plus I love how aesthetically pleasing it is. The white with the rose gold looks very cute, and fits my style!

Overall, I give this 5 stars. I love it. You can use this for any of your cooling needs and I highly recommend anyone debating on buying this to please take the plunge!
