This is just not a good product. I mean, it worked fine (we even liked it), but it's lacking in quality and longevity. Had for 4 months, used it 4 or 5 times, and then it flat-out wouldn't take a charge. Seller approved the replacement, but wouldn't pay for return postage. I don't know about anybody else, but I refuse to pay an overall $80 or so for a product worth $50 that could potentially be faulty as well. If you think the same, stay away from these folks unless they change their quality and their policies DRAMATICALLY. I know I will.

Strong neck massage with a bit of heat which may be turned off. Weighty. Not a soft pillow.
This “’Bright Pink with Unicorn” Comfier travel pillow arrived in a branded box with a helpful user manual and a USB-C/USB-A cord that was just over 3 feet long.
I used a wall block (not included) to fully charge the pillow, and it took almost exactly as long as the manual stated (3 hours vs 3.2 hours), but the product may have started with a bit of charge, I forgot to check. The pillow won’t operate while it’s charging.
The pink unicorn pillow is adorable; it looked exactly like the listing. However, it is on the heavier side (the manual states 2 lbs) and it is harder due to the massaging function, so don’t expect a soft pillow.
The three buttons and charging port are obvious, but once the pillow is around your neck you won’t be able to see them. However, after using it once I was able to memorize the button placement so I could feel my way through them since they are raised (power/heat/massage).
I didn’t find either heat setting very strong, but there was some heat. The indicator light indicates the heat level (red=high heat (the default), yellow=low heat, and green = heat off but the unit is on so the massage is on.
The three massage settings worked well. The default is “low speed”, which is the one I liked the best. A second press speeds things up, and a third press is officially “auto mode”, but to me it felt and sounded odd because it’s not a fluid movement. Instead of constant movement it’s one audible move at a time with a rest in between. There is no way to have heat but no massage. If the unit is on the massage will be on.
The pillow won’t remember your heat and massage settings, so you’ll need to choose them each time you use the pillow.
The pillow shut down within 20 seconds of the stated 15 minutes both times that I timed it.
The pink polyester cover does completely zip off, but the tag didn’t have any washing instructions on it.
I’ve used this pillow more than five times (so more than an hour and 15 minutes) over a good week and it’s still going strong on that initial charge. The manual states the max run time is greater than or equal to 3 hours.

The materials and quality are legit. Very nice. The massager has plenty of power and is cordless. Just charge it up and go mobile.
- Each massager ball/stick is covered with a very smooth and silky material.
- The outer material is a nice quality PU Leather.
- The controls are easy to use. The button layout is: Power, Mode 1 or 2, Heat, Speed.
My only complaint is I wish there was another strap that helped keep the bottom part of the massager from flipping up when you pull on the handles. This isn't a serious concern and another strap may actually be annoying now that I think about it.

I am planning a trip to Barcelona this fall and the overnight flights are never the most comfortable (unless you can afford first class....). The last time I flew to Europe, I was FREEZING so the heating funtion of this caught my eye right away! The pillow itself is not the softest neck pillow I have use, but thats the trade off for the massage function which I couldn't wait for my trip to try! So I am sitting in my living room chair sleepily typing this review. The pillow is significantly heavier than some of the lightweight foam and beaded pillows. At first I was thinking I would try to take the little unicorn head off but it actually makes a perfect rest when your head tips forward. Overall - you trade softness and weight for heat and massage....

Really adorable. Very easy to use. Has 3 settings for strength. It also has a heating element. It can be mistaken as a child's toy but it isn't and you want to monitor use. The white straps help to tighten the massager around the neck. It says it can be used around the lower back but maybe my waist isn't small enough.
