Being able to tailor the force this massage applies to your neck via the straps is a great feature. It offers a great motion where it squeezes the shoulders and also rubs the neck with a swaying squeezing motion. It really feels great and does a good job of getting rid of tension in the neck. Its a good amount of heat as well which only helps with soothing pain. It has speed options but I found the regular standard speed to be enough. Getting to switch the direction it rotates is very helpful as well. I like how I can sit at my desk and lean back to apply pressure as this does it's job. The fact that it's portable and you don't have to have it plugged in to use makes it possible to use this anywhere. The leather like material looks very sturdy and this feels very well built. Plus it's not very loud so noise won't take away from the experience. Very relaxing and I will be using this often.

Received my neck massager today. Didn't take long to fully charge it. Have used it twice so far for short periods until my neck muscles get used to it. I plan on using before bed tonight also. Very impressed with the constuction of the neck massager...not cheap feeling and material seems very durable. Gives an impressive neck and base of neck, where it meets the shoulders, massage and the heat feels good. The second time I used it I would turn my head bit to localize the massage to an area right behind the ear where I tend to get real tight. Did that for both ears and it really helped. Hopefully with regular use I can prevent the neck pain and stiffness I get as a result of past injury but if I do I think thr neck massager will loosen things up The massager works the neck muscles like my chiropractor so hopefully the next time my neck gets real painful I can avoid a doctor visit.
Also like that it's portable so I can bring it with on longer car rides where I usually get lot of stiffness. I Like the fact that it has the strap you can hook so you can use it while doing your household chores like vacuuming.
One thing I would like to see it come with is little storage bag so you can keep the cord with it if you bring it in the car or even just storing it between uses in the house.
As I'm writing this review I just put it on again to try the three different modes because I was going to write about the manual doesn't say what each mode does. As I'm sitting here going through the modes I decide that it wasn't necessary. I can't say enough about how nice it feels. Im not sure which mode I like the best, they all feel relaxing....think I'm going to go the full 10 minutes that is recommended this time.

UPDATE: I just convinced my husband to try the neck massager. He doesn't think much about stuff like this but after I started it up I may have to fight him for it. I can see him being a regular user of it also. He sits at a desk for work all day and this should help the neck strain he gets.
Day two: brought over to my neighbor, who has neck issues like mine and she's sold on it. Also tried it in the car and I'll be bringing it on all my car rides

What a great product. Comfier always keeps getting innovative and comes up very frequently with products that address different parts of the human body and how to nurture them. This one is probably one of their finest products because the massager claws/clasps replicate the human fingers very well. Almost gives the feeling that you are getting a neck and shoulder massage done at a parlor. The heating element is much stronger than their previous products and that's awesome because you get a nice warm massage. I had my daughter try it too and she loved it as well. I bought this product because I’ve been dealing with neck and shoulder pain caused by working long hours standing and constantly looking downward. It has honestly helped a lot. It’s comfortable, easy to use, and I do notice relief when I use it consistently. The heat feature also helps so much and feels really relaxing on sore muscles. It’s not an instant miracle, but it definitely helps reduce discomfort and relax the tension. Overall, I’m really happy with this purchase.

This compact neck and back massager is great. It has 3 modes to massage and you wear it like a backpack with the straps under your arms so it stays on you. The heat function along with the massage rollers feel great especially while I am working for long periods. It has an automatic 10 minute timer so you do have to turn it back on if you want longer massage sessions, but I use this massager for at least 30 min a day. It has already helped my muscles loosen up and feel better and relaxed. Highly recommend. The carry case is very handy too and its completely wireless in case you want to bring it on the go wherever you go!

The feel is unique, but soothing. The neck massager really hits the stress points and the shoulder extension concentrates in the middle of the neck. The cordless capability is wonderful and the auto shut off prevents the interior l unit from overheating. Smaller than previous model purchased, but very satisfied this day l far.

This cordless neck and shoulder massager by COMFIER is the closest thing I have felt to having an actual masseuse giving me a neck and shoulder massage. It actually feels like a simulation of someone’s hands and fingers. I found it very relaxing.
You can choose between three different massage modes with three different speeds and three heat levels which makes this massager very versatile. It has two handles and an elastic strap with a quick release clasp. It is a one size fits all design. The battery life is outstanding. I haven’t had to recharge it yet and I’ve been using it for about a week. This massager is very easy to use. It can even be used on other parts of the body. This is a quality cordless neck and shoulder massager.
Maintenance is easy as well. Simply unzip and remove the cover from the massage heads and machine wash the cover in cold water then air dry it and put it back on. Everything else gets wiped down with a damp cloth.

I work from home, after around 5-6 hours of working I often have shoulder pain in my traps area and I also occasionally wake up with a stiff neck. I have been on this fence about getting one of these and I bought it on a whim one night.. I've never bought a comfier product and I haven't heard of this brand before but since this was only around $45 when bought it, I figured it was worth the gamble given if I didn't like it then I would just return it and be out nothing but a little bit of my time.
I'm 6'3, have broad shoulders so honestly wasn't expecting much this but even though the battery life could be better, this has exceeded my expectations in many ways. The motor is strong and doesn't give out, even when on my back and leaning against it in a chair. This really works the back of my neck, the back sides of my neck and my traps. It has two speeds and one "pattern" of slow, jerky movement that I really enjoy. This also gets insanely hot and if I have been using this with the heat for a while I will have to take it off and take a break. The straps allow me to apply a lot of pressure when I need it. It fits well and is fairly quiet when running.
Overall, I really do enjoy this. It was well worth the gamble for me

I've had a painful stiff neck for a few days so I took a chance and bought this because I couldn't get the angle to massage myself. I tried using those massage balls and they only bruised me so made me feel worse. This was delivered today and I finally have some relief. It has a shut off timer but I kept restarting it. I used it for around 45 minutes, maybe longer bc I wasnt keeping time. I restarted it at least 3 times because it felt so good. It has different cycles, different speeds, and different heat levels. It does heat up very well. I love the cycle that massages and then pauses for added pressure. My neck is not fixed completely but it feels alot better after just 1 use. I absolutely love this and it comes with a very nice bag.

I bought this neck massager for myself! I have been using it for more than 2 weeks now. It's very easy to use, and works great for relieving tension in stiff neck and shoulder.
Overall, this is a great product if you have neck pain or just want to relax. I use it almost everyday and it really helps. Highly recommended!

I bought the Comfier cordless neck massager when it was on sale ($ 10 off regular price), in the hope that it could (at least partly) replace the $100 corded truMedic neck massager I bought 3 years ago from Costco. The truMedic neck massager had been doing well until it suddenly died during holidays.
After using the Comfier cordless neck massager for 3 consecutive days, my preliminary conclusion is that this new massager is better than the truMedic corded counterpart in several respects:
- Comfier cordless massager is very compact when compared with the truMedic corded (see the photo, the one on the bottom is Comfier).
- A massager being cordless rocks! That means no more dealing with the cord and adapter.
-The massager head designed by Comfier works better than the shiatsu feature from truMedia; in particular, the massager head penetrates deeply into the neck muscle, and at some point, when the massager works, I feel it is kneading my nerve.
-the hand-free feature is a plus! using the click-on strap on your back, you can work before the computer and type while the massager is at play; and
-This cordless massager can be used to massage my lower back, and it actually works very strong.
Further, a lot of people worry that a cordless neck massager is not as powerful as a corded one, however in this case, the cordless Comfier is massaging at least at the same level as the corded one, due to the massager is equipped with a high Ampere batter pack (the manual says it is 2500mAh). I am also impressed with the battery life: I have used it for 20-30 mins per day for 3 consecutive days and the battery indicator is still green.
The above is my impression after use for a few days. I will see if the massager holds up.

This neck massager works best when you hold it in the place that feels right for you, since everybody’s neck is different. It’s not really a hands free device, unless you use it lying down. But sitting up and holding it in the sweet spot, it feels awesome! You can feel relief right away, and it’s quiet. Nice!

I have herniated discs 4-7 and I sit at my computer 8 hours a day. I have inested in hundreds of dollars of relief products; some work while others bombed. This little thing right here is a keeper. I have only had it for 3 days and it has already made the investment worth it. As long as it continues to work it gets a thumbs up from me! AND IT IS WIRELESS!! So the mobility benefit is a plus !!

I’ve been anticipating trying this neck and back massager. It did not disappoint! It literally feels like a person is massaging me. It has just the right amount of pressure. This is a very nice massager. It gets both your neck and shoulders and even has a waist strap for your mid-lower back. I was surprised at how comfortable it was with the arm straps as well. It has 2 massage types, and multiple levels of intensity and heat to suit your needs.
This thing has very nice pressue and gets deep into the tissue. As a 6'4 270lb human, I NEED something with some pressure and this was it. My wife who is smaller also enjoys it on the less intense setting. The arm straps also allow you to lighten up pressure as well.
It is wireless which is a huge plus. It charges fairly quickly via a USB-C charger that is provided and last for over an hour of continous use. I highly recommend this massager.
FYI It took me a few trys to figure out how to use it so don't give up if it isn't working out right away.

This cordless neck massager is so easy to use. It hangs on your neck and shoulders and you can adjust the pressure with the wrist hangers while sitting or you can attach the included strap around your back and walk around, no cord.
The adjustable heat on the "fingertips" is so relaxing you'll just want to sit down and feel the full effect.
There are two modes of massage to fit your preference; one more energetic and the other more soothing. Also two levels of speed.
The zippered removable cover makes for easy cleaning.
Included are a full manual, charging cable and don't miss the extended warranty at the end of the manual.

This neck massager is amazing! It’s super powerful and effective while relatively quiet and simple to use. There is an adjustable strap with a buckle that you can close behind your back by bringing the straps from the front of your torso underneath your arms. It fits easily around plus sized bodies. The strap keeps the massager in place, but there are also two loop shaped handles that you can hold onto or drape your arms in. The handles serve as an adjuster for the positioning of the massager, too. If you pull forward/down, then the nodes of the massager move forward on your neck. The smaller massage nodes sit further up on my shoulders than the image implies but I don’t mind. I am a sloucher, though, and that makes a difference with this neck massager. I actually needed to adjust my posture, so that I sat up straighter than usual, in order for the small massage nodes to reach me in an effective manner. The effectiveness overall is extremely impressive. The massage feels deep and it allowed my neck to pop/crack and my head to turn further after only my initial 10 minute use of the product (not that I stopped there). The device turns off automatically after 10 minute increments, but the battery (which is rechargeable via a USB cord) lasts for at least the 70 minutes that the pamphlet says. It’s awesome! The cord is a little bit difficult to remove from the massager, though. It is fine to plug in, but a tight fit for removal. There is an indicator light that shows when the device is charging vs charged as well as indicates the heat level setting. The controls sit on your right shoulder when you use the massager. There are four buttons: a power button (which you hold to power on and off) a mode button (there are two modes, one that provides a smooth movement, and one that is jerky, with brief pauses interspersed), a heat button (there are two heat levels), and a speed button (there are two speeds, which are adjustable for each of the two modes). The massager is technically versatile, because it can be placed against other parts of your body. The pamphlet mentions your waist, but I am too wide for that to be effective, as the nodes of the massager are curved in in an appropriate position to massage your neck. I did use it on my hip for a few minutes, though, and it worked well for that. The booklet also points out that the cover of the massager is removable, and you can clearly see the zipper, but I have not removed it. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the quality of this neck massager and I am so excited that it works as well as it does. I would beyond recommend it!

I bought similar one from Costco for my mom for Christmas gift and she loved it. It was $99 plus tax. I used it whenever I visited her. It was way cheaper than Costco one so, I wanted to buy for myself and Loved it. Love it. I am 5.3. Even its handler fits way better than Costco one. It is durable.
